Go to another target if you have a return or pickup order. I've only needed to return about 3 items in my life and all of those times I've came to this target, and left angry and confused. I don't know if the employees are just having a bad day, and I know retail is difficult so I like to walk in with a smile and not make their jobs any more stressful. But my god, it's like they are trying to upset costumers so they leave them alone. They can be very short with you and rude, and I'll be honest it's usually the younger employees who behave this way. Most of the employees are left to stock shelves by themselves which I'm sure is very overwhelming and if you try to ask them something 5/10 they are irritated or don't know where the item is. There is usually only 1-3 registers open and the self checkout is constantly packed due to this. Which makes self checkout even slower than normal. To me, it seems like this location doesn't hire enough employees to stock, do returns/pickups and work registers and they are overworking the employees they do have. Everything else is fine. The store is decently organized and they do offer price matching here, which is great! Usually the employees assisting with self checkout are very kind. read more

Target is priced a little higher than I like, compared to other places, but like finding cool stuff here from time to time. Saw some cute little Easter tumblers for kids and found Olipop in a four pack of mini cans. Wish they had more flavors but I like the lemon lime. I also like that they have Starbucks, which I discovered does not take tips. This is rather refreshing to me, TBH, because EVERYBODY has an "ask for a tip" point of sale these days, even on to go orders and I feel obligated to tip for the smallest of things, which I always end up doing. Anyway, the coffee shop also has two little tables and four chairs which I enjoyed while waiting for my car to be serviced nearby. read more

First time. The store was kept pretty tidy and organized. However during college move in week is chaotic. But this is no surprise to anyone that's moved a college kid into a dorm. The most frustrating aspect is customer service which lacks at most Targets. They are more concerned with stocking shelves than answering questions. Also the lack of service is evidenced by the self checkouts which are 90% it seems. I will be honest, I don't like them. Bottomline I like Targets wide selections, goods and prices. They have a few areas that annoys me, but they are better than the alternative. read more

I've tried to leave my red card at home to mitigate the unnecessary shopping... but I guess Target offers retail therapy along with me not having much self control when it comes to getting cute things I didn't know I need. I was supposed to get hair products yesterday but ended up with much more in my shopping basket. Place is organized, good selections of items. I love the summer dresses and cute shoes. Fitting rooms are available, I guess I get excited about it since Covid. Restrooms are always clean, and they have a Starbucks inside read more

Your average target experience located in a very busy shopping center. Store is typically well maintained. Shopping buggies can be hard to come by. It seems as if they stay in the parking lot more than they do in the store. Self checkout seems to speed things up in the checkout process. This location also has a Starbucks located inside the store. read more

I am not in good health and have been ordered not to drive for 6 months by cardiologist. I have to rely on friends and order delivery. I ordered the Shipt through Target. I have had great service with them-reliable, timely, correct and friendly plus sometimes go above and beyond. read more

Trying to find anything in the electronics department in the store is challenging. Wanted a simple adapter to go from DisplayPort to HDMI. It would be one thing if they were out of stock on just the single product, but the entire wall was empty. Screams of a store that has issues with shrink and no proper cycle counting processes in place. I can say that the staff was very friendly when they told me that they were limited to the product that was on the shelf. Of course, I didn't go in for the company. I needed the product. read more

I like this Target. It's close to home & they have some good deals. I love the grocery area with fresh meats & fruit. I also enjoy their dog supply section. They always have good dog treats & pet toys. read more

this Target location used to be my favorite, but I visited yesterday and it was terrible. things everywhere, restroom was filthy, staff was not friendly at all. very disappointed. I know places are short staffed, but the employees I saw were busy talking to one another or standing around. I only saw one lady folding and trying to fix items in the children's clothing section. read more

Worst service I've ever received in a Target. Never greeted at any time during my visit to the store. When I go to check out there's only one cashier working they have four self service cash registers open. There is a line for the self-service to where she's having to direct people to the open cash registers then there's also at least five to six people deep for the one cashier that is working. The cashier running the self-service just keeps looking at the people in line for the cashier and just rolls her eyes because the line is so long but never offers to help never offers to send anyone to customer service. I stood in line for at least 10 minutes to get one item. I was going to get Starbucks on my way out but the Barista for Starbucks was off talking to the cashiers at a customer service desk. I went at 3 in the afternoon so it's not like the dead of night. read more

I purchased JBL tune 500 headphones. The headphones so not re-charge. Wrong cable is what it looks like. Went back to the store for a correct cable or return or store credit. No, you get NOTHING. New policy. Sorry. Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from Target. If it's defective they will take your money and you are out of luck. This borders on FRAUD. read more

As far as large department stores goes, Target is above Wal-Mart in my book. However the stampede of smell from the random ass pop corn machines as soon as you walk in the door is a huge turn off. Odd right?! Such a great smell. They must not be doing it right. The place is fairly clean and the people that work there don't seem to hate their jobs too too bad. But at this location the thing that bothers me the most is that there is always a corner of the store that has unstocked shelves and it makes the place look run down. The food section is never fully stocked and even when it is you can't find what you want. The prices are what I would call moderately fair. read more

This isn't a local business- it's a national chain, and every last one is the same. They've got three store layouts, so you can probably walk into any one in the country and know your way around. Just like Wal-Mart, most goods are from China. Also, you're still shopping in a warehouse. It might be a modern necessity due to elimination of any local alternatives, but that doesn't mean that it "rocks". read more

This Target has a good location. The store is always neatly maintained and well stocked. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The checkouts can be pretty quick, except if the person in front of you decides to apply for a card! If you want fresh produce, however, this is not the store you'd want. read more

Friendly helpful staff, always ask if I need help finding anything and have great attitude towards work

Target, to me, is one of the better big chain department stores in the country. I usually tend to like their products better than others (such as Walmart) and I also have a better shopping experience as well. This location isn't bad. It's not as big, nor does it have as many items in stock as others do. I was very disappointed in their electronics section and found the selection of men's clothing to be disappointing given my experiences at other stores. Still, it is very clean, and the customer service is great. There was hardly a line in the store when I visited on a busy Saturday afternoon, which was pretty cool. read more

I've gone to this Target probably 10 times and of those times, they've either double charged me or misplaced my items at least 3 times. At least 4 times the cashiers have been unpleasant (they've not greeted me or looked miserable) or have been unbelievably slow. One cashier even started checking out the people behind me before my transactions was even completed. I literally ripped my receipt out of the printer myself and walked out. I'd rather drive across town and pay more at Harris Teeter than deal with these people. read more

3 checkout lanes open with no wait, and customer service line was allowing people to check-out... causing a line of 10 people for whatever reason with only 2 cashiers and no staff assisting with the flow of customers. Ended up leaving without my pick-up because of the lack of anyone being helpful. Would've preferred just having it delivered to not interact with not helpful customer service staff. read more

This is not against the location as much as it is against the manager. I was checking out and went to use the gift cards I had received from my baby shower. When the cashier went to use one of the gift cards it wouldn't read. She thought it was something she did and tried the transaction all over again. She ended up calling the manager over to help. It took him 10 minutes to finally come to the register to help. Then he said sorry there are no funds on the card. The cashier who was very nice and helpful told the manager, that she just saw me take it off of the paper and she scratched the code off. That she didn't understand how there could be no funds. The manager took the card to see what was going on and returned back 15 minutes later. He said there are no funds. Where ever the card was bought the cashier didn't load the money in the card. So sorry, you should call the people you got it from and tell them the card is no good and have them take it up with the target that they got it from. I told the manager that would be rude for me to do and that target already got their money for it so why was there nothing that he could do to make it right. He stated it wasn't his problem and said take it up with the person you got it from. The cashier was embarrassed for the manager and apologized profusely. Starting it was only $25.00 an she didn't see why he couldn't just make it right. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location and I hate it for the people that work there. If the manager was that rude to a customer, I would hate to think how he treats his employees. read more

I am usually a big fan of Target. In fact, much of my family has worked at various Target stores throughout the country, this includes my daughter. We call Target the "family business"! I'm not a big fan of this store near Walmart, of all places! The store is very disorganized & messy! I ended up not even buying anything at this location& going to the one on New Garden instead. Doubt I will ever go here again! read more

I'll be honest, typically, I LOVE Target and I still do; however, this particular location is getting to be like Wal-Mart with the folks that frequent. Maybe because Wal-Mart is right across the street? Its one of the more crowded Targets, people everywhere and not paying any attention to what they are doing or what direction they are headed in. Isnt this the behavior that we try and avoid at Target? Afterall, thats why I come here and not Wal-Mart. Anyway, I would go to New Garden or the one in High-Point before going to this location. Just too congested. read more

Yes, I'm the goober writing a review about Target. All I can say is that I love it with all of my consumerism-saturated heart.

What can you say, Target rocks!! A little more pricey than Wal-Mart, it generally has better quality merchandise and an eye on style. The kind of place where even your spatulas and mop buckets are pretty. Terrific handbags. read more

Just had the worst experience trying to return drapery to this Target. Even though my wife had talked earlier to a real manager, the supposed manager at the return desk,Andrea made no effort to help. She didn't care what my wife had been told. With a snippy attitude she did ask if I wanted the address of the drapery manufacturer. Not helpful, unprofessional, and I seriously doubt if she was really a manager. If she is a manager, there is need for some serious training. This visit made Walmart customer service look good - amazing, isn't it? read more

The employees there seem to be the unfriendliest people out of all the targets I've been to in Greensboro. On my most recent trip, I went to register 2, ( which the light was on), and the girl was busy leaning on the back wall talking to her coworkers instead of seeing me walk up. When she turns around, she looks at me and flicks the light off. There were wet dirty bags on the belt, and when I asked if those were there for a reason, she just shrugged her shoulders and left them there. She didn't smile once and after she rang me up, she immediately turned around and went back into the corner to finish talking to her friends. When I went to pick up my bags, i noticed one was missing, and I had to walk back begin the register to pull it off the bag holder myself. She could care less to be there to work, only socialize. Horrible customer service. I will not go back there, I would rather drive to the new garden target from now on! read more
