Because of those positive experiences I returned in April again. Preston was now the manager. At first he was very helpful. UNTIL I purchased the furniture. I was told terms of the payments that differed from the final result when signing the agreement. I let that go without much thought because overall I was happy with my purchase. Then came the delivery and there were problems from beginning to end. Preston assured me he would assist me until everything was resolved. He did not! I am STILL waiting for a refund on my delivery, as well as for someone to even think to offer compensation for the almost 2 months of aggravation I have had to deal with at this point! Preston is very polite but doesn't follow up or follow through! I have continued to leave messages and texts through his work number and I have now decided to leave this review! It's a shame because I love this store and had planned to continue to return but if this is what I have to deal with it's absolutely not worth it! As a manager he should have the ability to reach out to whoever he needs to if someone is not doing as they said they would in another department. The lack of communication fort and communication is unacceptable!!!

Nobody in the store knows where my order is. Finally at 9pm.. they bring me the wrong one. Late at night, in the rain. I tell them take it. They say keep it and call tomorrow. They promise my sofa will be delivered same day, but no it wasn't our brand new handmade one it was the one on display because it arrived with no tags and my family can't stop sneezing From all the dust coming out of it. I call to get a refund and they say they are keeping a 25% return fee. 25% of $2650???! So y'all want to keep $600 for me not getting what I want!? Now my options I'm stuck with a piece of furniture my family is allergic to or I'm out of $600. That's crazy work. They are very unprofessional as well!!!! When I questioned the sales tactic to the store manager, I was informed that company policy forbad refunds without the said fee. After reading other sources I have seen a common thread in promises made and those actually honored. To me, honored is the key word. I made a deal with a salesperson, in good faith, and the conditions he said he could do were not as he said. I can only cite my first and last experience with this vendor.
