Finally they responded that they had to check with the manufacturing plant. After, 2 months of putting me off with various excuses and my having to email them once a day they finally agreed to replace the cushion cover but i would have to pay for is delivery or drive to high point to get it. The drive is an hour and a half away but they would not budge. I believe a reputable business would have responded to my initial emails and that they would have, either repaired the cover or sent me a replacement without playing games for 2 months and making me go up and get it.
