The second time, they tried to deliver 2 more box springs, no frame. Am now at the store for the third time. Frame is in stock, so I am hauling it home. Will have to have husband and son do setup. Associates refused to acknowledge they made any mistakes - they were more exited about "making the easiest sale" they ever made. Despite everything, no compensation was offered. On a separate note, the store opens at 10, and I arrived shortly after. The computer/payment system was not yet up and running, and I had to wait 20 minutes or so for it to come up before they could complete the transaction.

They sell everything for indoor and outdoor, furniture, decor, bedding and so much more. We found their carpet section, which offered a huge selection, many of which came in varying sizes. We had trouble finding a specific carpet we saw on the racks, so pushed a button on the end of the aisle to call an assosciate, and I've got to admit, I was surprised when she not only showed up, but in just a few minutes. At Home gets bonus point for that, unlike other stores, where you can push the button, and no one ever comes to help. In the end, we found the carpet, along with a few other small items. Pricing, is very reasonable, that being said, most of their products probably aren't meant to last a life time, but you get what you pay for, and if you take care of your stuff, it will hold up. I'll definitely be returning in the spring to pick up some outdoor patio seating!

We were not sure what color we needed and we wanted to make sure we had the right color. So we went home and got the drawer that we needed to match to and went back a second time. Debbie was not there and there was no one to help us. But we found the color samples and checked other pieces for the color and decided what we wanted. My wife called back later in the week and wanted to place the order. Debbie said she had to "check the price". When she came back to the phone, she alleged that she had made a mistake, and the set would be about $859 higher than her written quote. Had we been given that price to start with, we would NEVER have considered the set. She then went to check with the Area Sales Manager to see what she could do, and could do nothing. We discussed it and decided to offer to split the difference in price and made that offer to Stickley. The Sales Manager refused to move at all. Needless to say, we did not buy the set. Basically, what we have here is the classic "bait and switch". I would never do business with such an unethical company and urge you all to stay away. The only reason I give them 1 star is that I cannot give them less. We wasted a lot of time and effort due to their shoddy business practices and/or incompetence.

As for the store purchase, Mattress Firm deserves 5 stars. The delivery was a bit different. I was told that they would deliver between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM. I was out with some friends when they called me at 6:05, and they were ten minutes away, so I had to rush home. (I know, I'm complaining because they were early---of course, I'm happy they arrived before 10:00. I'm just giving all the details.) The men who delivered were super nice, and everything was going well, until they needed a screwdriver. Unfortunately, I didn't have the one they needed, so I had to ask a neighbor, and luckily, he had one. It had me wondering though, what would have happened if I DIDN'T have a screwdriver? It was just strange. Why wouldn't you pack the tools you need?? Anyway, they got it done quickly, but they did leave a bit of trash in my bedroom that I'll have to discard myself. Overall, the store experience was awesome, but delivery leaves a bit to be desired.
