You can drop off your clothes and show your driver's license and they will text you when they are done "buying." When you return, you can see what they chose to by and how much they would pay. At that point you can accept or deny it. They do give you a coupon to promote shopping at same day which is appreciated. I do understand as they need to make some profit on the items however I wish I was given more. If you are in the area, you can give it a try but I wouldn't make an extra trip here. I've also known the owner for years - she is a kind, respectable person who truly cares about her customers. However, over the past year or two, I've noticed a decline in customer service. There are a few sales associates whose approach often makes shopping uncomfortable. They seem eager to help younger women or those who fit the mold of a certain aesthetic, but if you don't, the experience changes. Instead of showing flattering pieces that could accentuate your positives, they tend to pull oversized items - with more of an appeasing "let's cover you up" attitude rather than talking to you positively about what could look good on you. Even when I share my preferences and typical size, I'm often presented with clothing that feels mismatched to what I've expressed I like. At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like inexperience or a lack of understanding of how to style different body types. Additionally, hiring only sales staff who look and act "trendy" misses the mark when it comes to connecting with the broader demographic of women who should be embraced and celebrated as valued customers. It's too bad, because the clothes themselves are cute - but the experience has become so unpleasant that I will be taking this place off my list of places to shop.

The place is much larger than expected from what you see outside - it just seemed to be cavernous to me. I went back in yesterday and unfortunately he was the one to " help" me again. I asked him if he could look me up in the counter from a few months ago, and that I just wanted the same suit in a different color. He immediately and rudely snapped back " why would I do that , I know your size already ". He then proceeded to mis size me no less than 4 times which then unleashed a series of events. He walked away in the middle of helping me to help another customer, he passed gas while talking to me ( wish I was joking), he made a fat joke about another customer who was looking at some Hawaiian type button down shirts. Finally when it was time to remember he was helping me, he told me the pants for the suite I wanted after he argued with me about the color being what I asked for , when it was in fact not. The pants weren't in stock and he could not give me a concrete time for receiving them , and I was on a time crunch for getting the suite. I asked him if the pants were in stock at another store somewhere, I could just go there. His comment back was "'why would you do that , if the pants are in Kentucky would you go there to get them " At one point when he walked away from me another sales person tried to help , but had no clue where we left off before he farted and then left to help anther customer in the middle of helping me. So I just had to wait. That was the end for me. I told him I had no tolerance to play games or waste my time , he worked harder to be unhelpful and argumentative than it would have taken to just help me. I ended up walking out of the store which was by far the most convenient option being less than a mile from my home just to drive to another store to give them my business and to help me. It's a shame that someone like this represents the brand , as I will not step foot back in there as a customer ever again. Unprofessional, unwilling to use technology , and unwilling to listen to the customer who was asking for something very specific lost a customer as well as the other family members in the home that will be needing a suit in the future. Honestly he's an older gentleman and I could have gotten past him farting while talking to me if he had actually been even remotely helpful. Thank you to Lou and Jos A. I bought a suit today and noticed that the sales person rang up the suit for the full list price. I…read moredidn't say anything, I wanted to see if he would correct the price to the sale price, which would have reduced the price $150. I asked to have the suit seamed and I would pick it up later in the day. Before going back to pick up the suit I checked online and confirmed the sale price. When I went back to the store I told the sales rep that he failed to give me the sales price and that he needed to credit my card back $150. The sales rep response was that I didn't ask for the sales price!!! I told him that I have been a Josh A Banks customer for more than 20 years and I never had to request the sales price. The sales rep had a chance to be ethical and charge me the correct price but fail. Needless to say I'm disappointed and will think twice before going back or recommending Josh A Banks to anybody.
