Target Huntington Store is located in Huntington Station, NY. There are plenty of parking spots. Usually all Target locations have a very similar setup so it's not too unfamiliar. The aisles were very organized and stocked. I came around the holidays and always enjoy looking at the Holiday Shop. There are Christmas Deals, Christmas Decorations, Christmas Outfits, Christmas Trees, Christmas Ornaments, Advent Calendars, Christmas Dining & Entertaining, Christmas Stockings & Holders, Christmas Wrapping Paper & Supplies, Christmas Candy & Treats, Christmas Crafts, Christmas Toys & Games, Christmas Lights, Christmas Cards, Stationery & Invitations, Christmas Party Supplies, and Christmas Inflatables. There were many Sanrio products too. The Target App is an easy way to shop and save. If there is a specific item you are looking for, the app will tell you the exact aisle and how many are in stock. Target has a free membership option called Target Circle that offers every member access to automatic deals applied at checkout, earn Target Circle Rewards, and save with personalized deals. I have the Target Circle Card (previously known as the Target RedCard) that will offer an extra 5% off purchases, access to no-rush returns, and free two-day shipping on Target's site. This card does not have a fee. Target Circle 360 is Target's paid membership with even more benefits. There are self checkout machines and only 2 cashiers. I thought there would be more cashiers during the holidays, but the lines did move. read more

Clean well organized Target that had a surprisingly good selection. I would go back if I were in the area.

This is my new in and out store for picking up cauliflowers and dark chocolate. It is very convenient for me since It is on the way to my boy s school. Few shoppers in the morning. Love that! The staff at this particular location ate genuine, sweet , patient, very helpful, efficient and polite. They will approach you and ask if you need any help! No other big chain stores are like this. The entire store is fairly neat. I almost feel like in Neiman Marcus. LOL! read more

This is a review from Eleina and Emily (the 2 cool girls with sunglasses on their heads). We have a lot to say about the amazing customer service we recieved today at returns and exchanges. Erik kindly blessed us with his amazing service, kindness and great wit. He was a ray of sunshine to say the least. He was so helpful, even with the long line, he made the wait extremely worth it. He processed my return quickly and efficiently and lifted our spirits in the process. We need more employees like Erik, he's truly one of a kind! Target of Huntington thank you for hiring this sweet soul!! Erik we hope to see you soon! read more

Usually we have a good experience shopping at target. Yesterday we bought about $150. worth of goods. There was 1 cash register open with approximately 8 people with shopping carts. People with less items went to express checkout which had a ridiculous long line. Again, 1 checkout open. I looked for a manager and was told there was no manager. Finally after some pursuing I found someone that was in charge. He was somewhat rude, and told me he was having his meal. He got on his intercom and opened another register. It took my wife close to 25 minutes to get too the register. What i learned dealing with customers is there is no excuse. It is not the shoppers problem that you were having a meal. You should always have someone overseeing the store that can make a simple decision to enhance customer satisfaction. read more

It's not often that I'm willing to go to a big box store, but when I do, I always seem to have a great experience when I come into the local Target. The store is always very clean and comparatively speaking, extremely well staffed. On my latest visit I came in for some printer ink- a thing I would normally go to a closer store for- but since the store that usually has that was out, I bypassed the "$10 off and free shipping" and got what I needed here. There are always tons of people who are friendly and polite on staff to point you to the right area and answer any questions. What more could you ask for in a local retailer? Oh right..... having what you need in the first place... Great job guys and gals read more

If there was a Zero Star rating I would do so. Purchased Turkeys on my EBT card so i can donate them. I went back to refund them. They did not let me. Store manager rude, Nick, security manager rude. I offered to pay the difference, they did not want to give credit, adjust amount instead they called police on me. I was never discourteous or belligerent in any way. And BTW they double charged my credit card. First time in this store, will never shop Target, certainly store. Huntington Station. read more

Worst customer service . Have young girls working at return who don't know policies. When trying to get a solution, to which i don't know, since I'm not a target employee, had a hostile old woman yelling at me. Do yourself a favor and never go to this target , filled with rude , low class employees :) Do better . read more

I was never a big Target person. I have gone, but I was never one to be all about it. Then I had a baby. I am there once a week now at least. The place is huge. The prices for diapers and formula are the best around from my experience. If they don't have it on the shelf, they might have it in the back or order it for pick up. It is a big game changer. It has a CVS pharmacy, but the hours aren't late. It has a grocery area, but it isn't a supermarket. I am constantly picking up all things there for my wife. I highly recommend this place. The only drawback is the cashiers to customers on line when it gets busy. read more

This Target is beautiful and HUGE! We came here after visiting the disaster that is Kmart down the road. I love most, if not all, Target locations. The outside of this one looks like it belongs in a garden. The inside is clean, bright, and the aisles are nice and wide. Even on a Sunday it wasn't as packed as some other nearby locations. Plenty of checkout lines with a friendly staff and self-checkout is available too. The cafe area is cute with a Starbucks and big windows so you can people watch Jericho Tpke. Plenty of groceries available in the back. Clothes are right up front. Toiletries are neatly stocked by the pharmacy (which was closed quite early on a Sunday). Huge electronics section. And as always, use your Cartwheel app paired up with your RED card and save ALL the money. Okay, I really love Target, can you tell? read more

I have been eagerly awaiting the grand opening of Target for months. I watched it being built while reminiscing about my middle school dances held at the Town House still in shock they chose to tear it down. I was very disappointed. The set up is very poor. Upon entering you immediately have the women's clothing department to your left. What woman wants to model a potentially new sweater in the mirror right next to the entrance where people are constantly walking in and out? Not me. The aisles were messy and bare. The produce was not very fresh. Customer Service workers were a bit unprofessional and spent more time chit chatting with each other rather than assisting customers. I'm going to chalk the iffy experience up to the fact that they are new and it's the holiday season. As for the organization of the store, eek. I don't see that changing. read more

I just want to say thank you to Jose' who helped me at the bottle return. I like this location a lot. It's on the site of the decades old Huntington Town House. The staff here is above average and nice and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked...... The parking lot is HUGE and strangely divided into 2 sections. So there is plenty of room... so WHY WHY WHY is the "mouth" of the entrance/exit to the store--barely big enough for 2 medium sized cars to get through ???????????????????????????????????? (I don't think 2 large SUVs would fit at the same time! And around here- this is SUV-Land !!) It funnels the entire big and busy parking lot onto a TOO SMALL exit/enter space. REALLY bizarre !! And kinda dangerous if 2 cars are in a hurry and not slowing down to 5 miles per hour. My last review stating this...got pulled off. WTF?? read more

I use to be a frequent flyer at this target and really enjoyed coming here. A few of the new woke employees are rude and leave little to be desired when dealing with. I didn't mind spending my money at a big corporation but after my recent encounters with these employees, i might just come here to give them a hard time now. read more

let's start the review with i do enjoy this target and recommend to shop here over wal-mart which always seems to be a chaotic experience there. the amount of parking is nearly unlimited so don't complain about the parking! check out is normal like any store depending the time and what day you shop (i am a nighttime shopper.) I do however feel this target focuses on food rather than merchandise. There's an entire side of the store with just food products.. this isn't supposed to be a grocery store target! i feel there a times though that stock isn't refilled for a while i never asked a worker about it. there have been times I'd check the stock everyday on the app and still wasn't restocked. the stores very clean and flooded with workers who seem to be all teenagers though not that it's an issue but we know teens aren't usually the most reliable and eager to talk to customers at any kind of store. lastly, my one complaint that has bothered me was last week i went in for a specific item a few times waiting for it to be restocked and there were 3 associates in electronics at their personal register just talking about non work related conversations. there's nothing wrong with having a good time at work but when a customer is blatantly standing by staring at all 3 of you for at least 3 minutes and there's no acknowledgement is just wrong. i decided to walk around and make it my last stop and the guys were still all there so i that's when i had to intervene and ask my question for help. that was just one experience in electronics otherwise I love this target read more

Update 11/8/19 - Lena at the register showed me how to use my Target app! Thank you, Lena!!! I had no idea! // as a sidenote the clothes in this Target are the best I've seen in any Target. . Now for the previously-posted review: . I had to stop myself from wanting to ride these shopping carts. Yes, that's what I wrote- that retro feeling that you got as an eight-year-old can be replicated at this particular target store with these particular shopping carts. I'm 47 years old. Considering how many shopping carts we need to use in our lives, the fact that the shopping carts at this Target drove so smoothly was actually worth me opening up the Yelp app and putting it here in a review. Yes, I can't believe I'm doing it as well, but here we are. My cart drove buttery. Great steering . Aside from the shopping cart I can tell you that I just saved a pile of money gathering salad ingredients that would have otherwise cost me twice as much in a deli. Consider it. . read more

The pharmacist here (it's a CVS pharmacy *in* the Target) is the nicest, friendliest, and the most patient and helpful pharmacist I've ever come across. She's happy to answer questions and double check that insurance covers prescriptions. It's clean and convenient, but the sales tags never seem to match up with the item on the shelf. I think it's done deliberately. Also, went out in the snow to get milk for the kids and the Horizon organic skim milk, which is usually good for a couple of months, expired 2 WEEKS AGO. That means its been out for a LONG time. I've seen some furry strawberries and brown grapes here too, so I won't buy fruits & veggies here. read more

Target is always good. It's target! But they don't always have enough registers open. At the self checkout line they did have an employee cashing people out who took credit cards only and that helped a lot. read more

My son just had a situation at Target. My wife and I bought him Assasins Creed for Xbox for Christmas not realizing he already has it. He tried to exchange it for another game and they told him that he could not. They proceeded to tell him that they credited the original credit card back the money and that they could not do anything else for him. So My wife checked her credit card and they only credited half of the cost of the game. When we called target back they said the game is now on sale at 50% off. So we told them we paid full price how can they do that, the game wasn't even open. They did not care and they said because it's Christmas time they would email a $25 gift card. So even after that she still lost $11 plus tax. Shame on you Target. Very bad business. read more

Pretty standard run of the mill Target, it's basically the high end Walmart for the average consumer. I honestly hate Walmart and Target is all love. This particular location is very new, probably only a year old, if that. With new comes more efficiency with everything. There are usually an ample amount of employees working, decent amount of cashiers, so you typically do not have to wait very long during checkout, the carts are all new, and the shelves are usually very well stocked. Employees are usually very friendly, which is nice for any retail business, especially for a larger chain. I'm a frequent flier here, mostly because of the proximity to where I live, but also it's almost a one stop shop for pretty much all of my needs, they have a little of everything here. Their hours are decent, open weekdays until 11pm and Sunday's until 10pm. They have a bit of grocery, in addition to the normal Target items as well. Parking is more than sufficient, and you don't have to drive around aimlessly to find an open spot. On an odd note, I came here last year for Black Friday pretty early, and even with all the specials and deals they had, this location was not busy at all. I would say maybe 50 people in the store at the time I went, which was pretty late/early. All in all, this is a great place to shop, as I'm sure most people have either heard of, or been to a Target store before, so I'm really not saying anything new. 4 Stars. read more

I went to target today with my infant son to get formula for him and took 10 bottles off the shelf which they had left. I got to the register and the lady first asked me how I was paying so I said food stamps I went to the register and started ring up my items and then she saw the formula bottles and told me your only allowed to buy 5 which there are no signs by the formula that stats that and I think target should know that an infant who is 11 months old drinking 7 ounces of formula goes through 1 bottle within 1 day. So she only let me purchase 5 bottles and took the rest I had. So then I asked her if I could go to a different register to purchase the rest which I had money for but she acted like I was going to steel them so her response -no cause there are cameras and they are watching. So heads up to mothers expecting or mothers with infants target only lets you buy 5 formulas at a time. read more

CoronaVirus, employees don't wear gloves and masks? Makes no sense, don't want to go back during the CoronaVirus outbreak.

This. Place. Is. Huge. I think they store planes in the back. Seriously, it's massive. Bc of the size you can get anyyyything you desire here. Groceries, sporting goods, clothes, bedding, kitchen items, kids stuff, electronics.... you get the point. The store itself was clean and organized, plus there were a ton of registers open.
