Love this place! The workouts are awesome, they're a combination of strength, cardio, and flexibility. The fast pace can kick your butt sometimes but that's a good thing; I joined the fat loss challenge to get back in shape, not to to lose weight but I have to admit it has bee a pleasant surprise. What has helped me the most was their guide for eating, I have always eaten healthy that has never been a problem but the proportion recommendations changed a lot for me. It has now become a habit for me to eat smaller portions; even if I go out to eat I now find that stop eating when I reach my limit, I don't mind taking food home and giving it to someone else or just leaving it at the table. That has been a huge adjustment and I am better for it! I would recommend to anyone to find a fitwall near you and check it out; the people there are great, they are knowledgeable, dedicated, friendly and just good people. The workouts not only get you in shape but help you relieve stress, and when you're finished with a class you end up leaving with a euphoric sense of confidence and relief that you made it through and accomplished something beneficial and all together good for your health. I plan to continue using fitwall as terrific resource for continuing my fit and healthy lifestyle; I encourage everyone out there to do the same. read more

This gym is AWESOME! I have been to a lot of gyms before and never felt as welcome or as happy to see results! The workouts are perfect and just 40 minutes, yes 40 minutes!!! I love that they are short and effective, I'm not spending endless hours at the gym or other class focused team workouts. Just finished my 30 day challenge and couldn't be happier...lost almost 7lbs and 6 inches overall with diet, 3x a week workout and lots of help from the staff! So thankful I found this gym and I highly recommend anyone to join, for not only a great atmosphere but great results! read more

Fitwall is a great workout. If you're looking to switch up your routine, this gym offers something unique. I tried Fitwall during a fat loss month promotion and completed it successfully. I went to the gym about 15 times within the month and truly got to know the staff. Fitwall has a great community of teachers who help newbies with the moves. The classes vary day to day and focus on strength, cardio, and stretching. This is by far one of the best and more challenging fitness classes I've done in Denver. My only hesitation is the price for unlimited classes. However, it is comparable to places like CorePower and Pure Barre for a month unlimited classes. Overall, it's definitely worth a try! read more

I love Fitwall! It is a great full body workout in only 40 minutes. I find it easier to squeeze this workout in than other HIIT classes I have done. The instruction is very clear (there is a coach modeling and correcting form as well as a recorded demo on the screens). I love the music! It is selected to go with the specific moves you are doing, so the tempo is always great and often the lyrics match/accent in a fun way. Every day of the week is a different workout (both with the specific moves and with the style/goal of the workout) so you'll never get bored and your body is always pushed in new ways. The workouts also repeat over the course of the month (for example each Monday in August will be the same). I like this because then I have a chance to do some of the moves again and have better form, no how heavy of weight to select, etc. Then the next month they are totally different. Great workout that I think is fun and goes by quickly and gives you maximum results for the time invested. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars to Fitwall I would! I started the 30 day fat loss challenge with my mom and I didn't have high hopes honestly. I was worried I might not get my money back at the end of it because I thought it would be impossible for me to lose 10 pounds. Not because I didn't have the weight to lose but because I am a generally healthy eater anyways and I work out 5-6 times a week and had not been able to lose much weight for the past 6 months on my own. But my mom really wanted to jump start her weight loss journey and I wanted to support her so I joined. I was worried the challenge would feel scam-y so that they could keep your money no matter what. I was so wrong. From the very first day, you are supported by every member of the Fitwall team. You join a private FB group full of others on their 30 day fat loss journey, you get access to nutrition plans and recipes to make the journey as easy as possible, and you can ask questions whenever you need in person at the studio or text them to a Fitwall team member whenever they come up. My mom and I followed the meal plan very closely- shopping, menu planning and meal prepping together on Sundays. This made sticking to the nutrition plan easy as we had everything made or planned out so we didn't have to think about it each day. The lunches and dinners were easy to prepare and actually quite delicious. I am going to continue to follow the meal plan so I can keep on my fat loss journey. I lost 14 pounds in my 30 days and I feel great! Before, I was just always bloated no matter how much water I drank and this challenge helped me see that it didn't have to be like that. I never lost energy, I easily kept up my workout schedule and didn't feel the need to constantly snack or eat sugar. I cannot recommend Fitwall or the 30 day challenge enough! If you need a kickstart to fat loss ask Fitwall how to join a fat loss challenge! You can do it! read more

What an amazing month! Scrolling through Facebook one day I came across the Fitwall 30 Day Challenge. I'd been telling myself that today's the day, I have to get back on track. Well, funny thing about that line is that I'd been saying it over and over to myself for more than a year. I decided I'd stop in and check it out. After all, what could it hurt? I talked my daughter in to going with me. I completed the challenge and lost 13 pounds and 6 inches off my waist. I could tell I was making progress but weighing in after 30 days and actually seeing my before and after photos really opened my eyes to how much I'd accomplished. The workouts were challenging but so fun. Not only did I lose weight but my balance and flexibility improved. The instructors were amazing and motivated me to want to give each 40 minute workout my best. Every staff member always greeted me with a smile and encouragement. Their support made me want to push myself because they believed in me. Now I believe in me! I love Fitwall, the workouts and the entire Fitwall team. read more

If there is one workout to get addicted to, it would be this one. It is so much fun and the coaches are exceptional! They always make you feel welcome and are a blast! Fitwall provides a full body workout! Their classes mix strength and cardio and are only 40 minutes which makes them easy to fit into your schedule. Especially because they are offered at various times everyday of the week. The workouts are different everyday of the week and they change out every 3 weeks so you won't get bored. Learned a lot of new moves and improved my technique. I would highly recommend! It's daunting at first, but don't fear the wall :) read more

Great new approach to wellness! The guided classes are fast moving, very challenging and very tuned in to working the entire body for strength and flexibility. Great staff and guidance on nutrition. Facility is new and immaculately clean. I lost 17 pounds in 4 weeks by digging in and staying consistent. Would recommend highly! And the chilled Herbal washcloths individually distributed to each participant at the end of each class are a thoughtful touch! Thanks everyone! read more

I heard about fitwall from a few friends who have been going there, so I had to try it for myself. I was working so much that I did not realize I had gained about 15 lbs and was not happy with how my clothes were fitting. SO I decided to join the 30 day challenge. It was so great to have the accountability and all the coaches were so helpful. Even when I did not feel like I could make a work out, I did because I wanted to see results from the challenge. I was pleased to do the final measurements and see I lost 7.25 total inches! I am not where I want to be yet, but I cannot wait to keep going and fitwall helped me get back to feeling better about myself. I love Fitwall and cannot wait to go back for more!! Thank You! read more

Awesome experience! I did the challenge and lost 10lbs. The plan and resources that come with the plan are super helpful. The class goes by really fast too! read more

Just want to put another shout out about how efficient --40 minutes-- and complete --cardio, stretching and strength-- and FUN the Fit Wall workouts are. The workouts are different each day and change in total every three weeks so you and your muscles can't get bored. The coaches and fellow Fit Wallers make the experience complete. Try it, try it a few times to get the full range of class types. read more

I just finished up the 30 Day Challenge and I'm super excited about my results. I had to do my end measurements early bc of travel and I still lost 9 lbs and 4.25 inches in 25 days! I enjoyed the workouts and all the instructors I have decided to continue my membership. The workouts are fun, lots of variety and fly by. The gym is clean, good equipment and provides a variety of work out times. I highly recommend Fitwall! read more

I got very burned out with my workout routines, so I decided to give Fitwall a try. I loved it immediately! I like several aspects of it. Every day, they put on a different class. So you can go Monday through Friday and you will not do the same class twice. I believe they rotate classes every two weeks or so, which is great, because the workouts are constantly evolving and changing, which is great for muscle confusion (and boredom). All of the classes are challenging in some way or another. Some really push you to the max. Each class is 40 minutes, which is great. The time goes by extremely quickly. The music is loud and fun, and the instructors are very motivating. They each have a different energy, but they are all focused on making sure you're learning the moves and executing them correctly. They will also show you modified moves if you have an injury, are pregnant, etc., or if you are just struggling with one particular move. Classes start at 5:30 a.m. and roll throughout the day until around 6:30 p.m., which is great, because you can make Fitwall work into just about any schedule. You schedule your classes online, which is convenient. In one month doing 3-5 classes per week, I lost over 3 inches. In sum, if you make the commitment, Fitwall will deliver results. If you're hesitating, don't! Give it a try! read more

Great workouts and incredibly friendly staff! I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to change their fitness routine to something fun and effective. read more

@fitwall_denver_highlands thanks for having me in this morning! I've never done a workout like this but somehow it feels familiar. Reminds me of climbing on things as a kid. I can see why people love it for "getting into shape". If you're not where you want to be with your fitness, this is a doable intensity. I think it's a great workout for anyone at a higher level looking for something fun and different too. I didn't get to record my class this morning but this video is spot on. Great music and coaches! Fitwall is my favorite way to workout. It is a high intensity interval training class, for 40 minutes, led by positive and knowledgeable coaches. The workouts are different each day of the week and they change again every month. The atmosphere is clean and professional. I've been going for a couple months now and it is a killer workout that is helping me find sanity and improve fitness after having kids. Love me some Fitwall. read more

I love fitwall! Best gym/workout program I have ever tried. The trainers are so friendly and fun. The classes are challenging but go by quickly, before you know it the 40 mins are over. Best yet, I have seen noticeable results within weeks. I love the structure of the classes, you get the best workout without having to spend hours in the gym. I truly look forward to going to class. I did the initial 30-day challenge and am definitely hooked. read more

I highly recommend this workout and the friendly and encouraging staff. I did the 30 day challenge and loved that they included unlimited classes of around 40 mins (I did about 14 classes in 30 days), easy to follow meal plan and class schedule which made my great results a possibility. I lost several inches from my waist and hips which is exactly where I wanted it. I had not worked out in awhile due to an earlier injury and found the workouts could be modified and still be challenging. I also liked that the classes change every 2 weeks so you hit lots of muscle groups and there are recovery days. The staff were on top of keeping me accountable. I was in the process of moving to Denver and hope to continue when I am settled. Great experience and results! read more

I did the 30 day challenge and saw awesome results. By sticking to the rigorous meal plan and taking 3 classes a week, I lost over 10lbs and many inches. I felt stronger and more energetic. The classes are intense, but the results are real! read more

I still love this workout. It's fast paced but personal at the same time. You can modify as needed. Nobody cares what your doing on your own journey and there's no judgment from other class members. You see results quickly too. Highly recommend. read more

All of the trainers motivate, inspire, and encourage members like no other gym I have ever experienced! A little over a month ago I was eating poorly and not exercising consistently at all. Something popped up regarding a month long fat loss challenge at Fitwall, and I decided to jump at the opportunity. With the program I received and easy-to-follow meal plan, exercise plan (minimum of three Fitwall classes per week), support of an online group, and constant support from the trainers, I was able to stay on track and I was able to lose 15 pounds, the right way, and inches off my stomach, arms, hips, and thighs. I cannot say enough good things about the staff or the gym! Go try it out! read more

Great workout!! I've been doing Orangetheory Fitness off and on for the last few years and wanted to try something different. Fitwall has more of a strength focus and cardio is built in by moving quickly through the exercises. At OTF, I felt like the cardio blocks on the treadmill and rower took away from the strength training plus wasted time while transitioning between the stations. Additionally, the strength blocks at OTF seemed to focus primarily on lower body (lots of squats, lunges and step ups) while the upper body and core exercises were disproportionately scarce and too little and too infrequent to really build and progress. Because Fitwall's workouts don't transition between stations or spend time on cardio only blocks, they're able to provide a more balanced full body strength workout. I'm about 6 weeks and in and I've seen significant improvements in terms of both fat loss and building muscle. Check it out! read more

Fitwall is amazing!!! As pretty much every reviewer has said, the 40 minute classes are extremely convenient, so are the early class times for busy individuals. The coaches are extremely friendly and helpful. They push you to reach your goals and also provide modifications for injuries or for people who are just getting started with fitness. This is probably so strange, but the cold towels at the end of workouts are kind of the cherry on top in regards to going that extra mile. I hope they open up another one closer to me because it is by far the best gym I have been to! read more

As I began approaching my 44th birthday, I knew there was something I needed to do to get my nutrition and overall health back on track. Fitness has been part of my life for several years but I had lost that extra passion and push! So, when I saw that Fitwall was doing a summer fit challenge, I knew this would be exactly what I needed. The past month has tried and tested me-it's never easy and a bit overwhelming to try a new workout and meal plan. It has been so worth it! The coaches and staff are fantastic and so supportive! Are the workouts hard? Yes they are but that is what makes Fitwall so wonderful! The motivation of the coaches and those taking class around you makes push yourself farther than you would if you were working out at a regular gym. My favorite workouts are strength emphasis and Sunday mobility. Thank you Fitwall for helping me shed 6 lbs and 3 inches and celebrate my birthday healthier and happier! read more

I first started going when they were offered a deal on a fitness challenge back in October of last year. Since October, I've never looked back. I've done two of their fitness challenges, losing 9.5 inches total so far. I'm also currently on my third challenge and a full time member of fitwall!!! I am obsessed with going. It's a program that gives you a sense of community, esp with the coaches. All of them know me by name and greet me when I walk in, and I do the same to them. Bradee, Matt, Cliff, & Marlin are the coaches there! They are fantastic. The owner, Megan is wonderful and accommodating to you. Fitwall has the best vibes and music. The workouts change monthly....Ie every Monday is the same for one month, Tuesday is diff than Monday but the same every week for one month....etc and then by the following month the workouts change again so you will never get bored. I highly recommend fitwall!!!! read more

Awesome workout! They do a great job of combining cardio and strength in the same workout. Really sore the next day but in a good way.

I fortunately took the chance of visiting Fitwall. Conveniently nearby, my curiosity led me into Fitwall and I have been a monthly member since last fall. This dynamic 40 minutes of moves makes me excited to workout! The music is amazing, the environment is positive and supportive, and my body is transforming.
