Pearl Street Fitness - When you become part of the PSF family, you are supported by everyone around you!

I've visited Pearl Street Fitness twice via ClassPass while in Denver. Both workouts left me…read morefeeling exhausted in a great way. The instructors (Ryan and Cory) were welcoming to this newcomer and every day is different, so it was easy to jump in despite not being a regular. Each class involved multiple rounds of exercises targeting different body parts of the body utilizing free weights, body weight, other equipment like jump ropes and steps, and lots of cardio. It's not easy, but the classes really fly by! The instructors were motivating throughout and blasted music to keep up the energy. I went early in the morning and street parking was easy to find outside. They have some cubbies to put your stuff, as well as a water fountain, but don't expect too many other amenities like towels or showers.

WHATTTT?! I can't believe I haven't reviewed the best workout in Denver until now. As a former…read moremember, I gave ClassPass a try and now I'm back on that PSF train--it's THAT good! So here's what up: 45-60 minute HARD AF full body workouts. They have lots of class offerings throughout the day, and you never quite know what you're gonna get. It's a mix of lifting/body weight/HIIT that'll leave you tired and sore and full of endorphins. They have a great, small group of dedicated teachers who are super motivating--I've taken classes from Cory, Jillian, Ryan, Brooke, and Scott and loved them all. I come here about three times a week now and always leave exhausted (in a good way!). As I mentioned, I was giving ClassPass a try but am now a member at Pearl Street. They have an awesome $99 unlimited class deal if you're able to make midday weekday classes, plus some other pricing and drop in options. By far my favorite workout in Denver!!

Rumble Boxing - Boxing-inspired group fitness at Rumble Boxing Cherry Creek.

Coach Rachel was great and made boxing super approachable to someone who has never boxed before. Definitely had a good sweat between the bag & strength exercises! Music was bumpin'. Had a blast!!

I've always been curious about Rumble Boxing ever since I lived down the street from one in San…read moreFrancisco. My friend got targeted by a BOGO Instagram ad because working out is apparently all we ever do in Denver, so we decided to check out the location in Cherry Creek. I tried to be as prepared as possible, reading the FAQs on their website and purchasing my own boxing wraps from Amazon. Probably should have just gotten the glove wraps that are WAY easier to put on. Parking in this part of Cherry Creek is not too bad. Plenty of street spots a few blocks away. Rumble has boxing glove rentals for $3 and their front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful. They're on top of trying to sell memberships to everyone! Classes are constantly full and upbeat. It's just too loud to hear what the instructors are actually telling me to do, and depending on where you're stationed in the room, it's nearly impossible to see the visuals on the screen. There's two sets of rotations between the boxing bag and weights. Good variety of movement and music to keep everyone engaged. Overall I'm super glad I tried Rumble Boxing. They do a great job trying to curate a specific experience. It's just not for me. The environment and type of workout is a little too chaotic, and it's hard to understand what's going on. They seem to be doing well as a business, and I totally support anyone whose regular thing this is!

E3 strives for excellence in every aspect while fostering a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. Before joining, I tried out quite a few other gyms (Alchemy365, F45, Barrys, FitWall, TransFORM to name a few...) looking for a workout that was tough as hell and would push me, but also a place that wasn't intimidating. E3 was that place! The gym is clean and well-maintained and whether you are an avid weightlifter or cardio enthusiast, this gym has many classes to achieve your fitness goals. All the coaches deserve immense praise for their unwavering dedication and professionalism. Their friendly and positive energy is contagious and they'ree always available to answer questions and provide personalized guidance. They definitely go above and beyond to ensure members feel comfortable and are maximizing their potential. E3 has an inclusive and supportive community. It's refreshing to be a part of a gym where individuals of all fitness levels are encouraged and welcomed. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete (there's lots of them!), every member is treated with respect and encouragement. The positive environment motivates me to push my limits and achieve my fitness goals. Give it a week and you'll never look back.

They work very hard to make the classes and small group sessions challenging, yet achievable. They go way outside of the classes and they also help each individual to live a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, attitude, and recovery. This is where I am their biggest challenge, as my love for tacos and tequila along with my old age and injuries make me a bit more difficult to work with at times.
