Great variation of classes and great instructors! Been going here for years and I'm very happy with the gym.

I was interested in a membership to this place so I tried it out on ClassPass. I set up the first class, hired a sitter and was set to go. About an hour before the class I received an email saying that the class was cancelled. I was out the anticipated class and the babysitting fee and the recourse was that they refunded my credits to the ClassPass account. With them having such a strict cancellation and late policy, it is baffling that they can cancel last minute without thought to customers. It is also one thing if the instructor was sick, but I was told later that there were not enough students in the class to justify them holding the class. I am glad I could see the true customer service of the studio prior to signing up. read more

I have been going to Trufusion for over 4 years now and it's a great gym. The types of classes they offer and the workouts that you get are worth every penny. I also had an issue with my membership and they were very helpful and quick to respond. I do wish they were more strict about no phones in class, but I know they try and some people just don't listen. read more

Love their hot barre and hot Pilates classes. Can sometimes be overly crowded, especially at popular times, so get there early to get a good spot in class. You can park for free in the garage next to the studio, I wish they had advertised that when I first started going! The front desk is not always super friendly or welcoming, it depends on who is working, but the studio is usually clean and well maintained. Recommend! read more

Showed up 10 minutes early to my class and had a lot of difficulty finding parking. The parking is absolutely terrible finally found parking super far from my class had trouble finding the studio so I called this was five minutes before my class. One lady answered, but no one spoke to me. It was talking in the background they hung up. I called back and no one answered. I finally was able to find it and showed up right on time at 8:30 and the lady denied me entry even though I was exactly on time, I booked through ClassPass and she said that I would have to take it through ClassPass because I was late at this point. I was not late I was on time in addition to the fact that I called them twice and they failed to answer the phone. I read their policy on being late which is why I made sure I was on time. Their customer service is terrible, lady at the front was rude, and the parking is despicable. They don't follow their own policies and just try to get over on people to keep their money. If I was late I would've understood but I wasn't and they didnt even answer my calls. Save your money and time! read more

By far my favorite workout studio I have found in Denver and I've tried a lot of studios out. I've been a member of over a month now and I love everything about it. The instructors are awesome and curate hard but fun classes! They are so welcoming and encouraging. The class times are great, offering early morning classes and night classes of all kinds. 5 different rooms which offers a wide variety of classes: heated studio for Pilates, barre and sculpt, non-heated studio for circuits, TRX, and boxing, heated yoga, non-heated yoga, and cycle studio! My favorites are hot Pilates, heated sculptXV, and hot HITT barre!! Also love the tru strength circuit and cardio circuit! So many different class types that you never get sick of doing the same thing! The amenities are also awesome! Showers are clean, lots of locker space, and blow dryers to use for free! Free parking in the garage right next door is another huge bonus!! Smiling faces greet you at the door and the staff goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need! read more

They don't even budge for one time inconveniences. They always have a waitlist for their classes so it's not like they are loosing out on attendance. I'm fairly upset with these guy - just disputed a charge because I tried to cancel my membership about... 30 times before the card ran. They never answer the phone (called prolly 20 times) I tried to cancel online 3 times Finally went in person and they said since I was going to be billed the next day, I had to eat it (even through they could have stopped billing and I'm not going to use the guy 1 time in the next 30 days - not available). I've disputed on my card because I did actually cancel before the deadline... and tried so so many times. Just AVOID! read more

I'm someone who used to think of the gym as a torture chamber that I avoided for a lifetime due to anxiety and self-conscious ineptitude. So when I say I now actively look forward to planning my week around my workouts at Trufusion, I want that sentiment to hold real weight to whoever is reading this and has had gym anxiety themselves. The space itself has a great layout and atmosphere-almost spa-like. The front desk workers are congenial and helpful. I've only been a member for 2 months, but I've tried most classes and every instructor has been passionate, welcoming, and non-judgemental, while maintaining their own unique style and teaching method. The sheer variety of different yoga, pilates, cardio, meditation, circuit training, weight training, barre and boot camp classes you can take is impressive and guarantees you can customise your own fun, varied, and uniquely challenging workout schedule every week. There are also many special classes like headstand, the science of yoga, and sound bath therapy offered each month either free or around the price of a normal drop-in class. The idea of working out in a community setting used to intimidate me, but I quickly realised we are all focused on our own form and practice while on the mat, and I find myself motivated to not give up during workouts so that I can in turn motivate my classmates to either side of me to keep going strong too. Trufusion has been a great way to mingle with a positive and uplifting group of people! You definitely want your own mat, indoor cycling shoes, towels, ect. or else these are available for a small fee at the front desk. This place is a gem. And they know how to solve problems! There have been issues with my account, times I've been late to class (they gave me free equipment rental for the day and let me try a different class), or even locked myself out of my locker and the TruFusion team has handled each situation in the best ways. First of all, let me start by saying this place is lush. State of the art everything. Second of all, there's something for everyone and everything for someone. For anyone who thought that Pilates was what our parents/grandparents did when they were young, think again! It's my favorite class they have and it's one of the best workouts I've ever gotten (the friends I've brought along can co-sign this). They have a ton of great options, each different class challenged me and motivated me as well. Cycling, boot camps, barre, Hot yoga, hot Pilates, HIIT, and more! The instructors and staff are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. That's a big reason to why I really like this place. The one improvements I'd recommend is about equipment. There are certain things that are BYO for the gym. Some of these include mats, towels, bike shoes, and boxing gloves. In any other gym I have been a member of, I've never had to bring my own equipment along. While some my be understandable to bring yourself, things like mats and towels are very common for gyms to provide complimentary. There are other fitness studios out there that do require a similar BYO model but the ones I have encountered are at a much lower price point regarding membership/participation. To get access to unlimited rental equipment it's an additional monthly fee. Still....this is relatively minor in comparison to all the positives that this place has to offer. If you haven't gone to visit, now's your chance to try for yourself. And by the way, the first class is FREE (and free equipment too). read more

As evidenced by a lot of check ins in a short period of time at TruFusion, I have decided to join this nearby gym and now come here a lot. Always be ready for a fun and challenging work out each time you're here, the instructors are great at finding new ways to push everyone and there is SO MUCH variety in classes you can take. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and instructors who have done a great job making me feel welcome and accommodated as I've gotten back into working out. I essentially live in their Sweat room, which is typically kept at 90ish degrees for Hot Pilates and Barre and the heat always add an extra challenge. Every instructor I've taken a class with always takes the time to show whatever movement we're doing and examples of modifications if you need them which is super helpful whether you're doing a new class or if you need some changes to accommodate how your body is feeling. Make sure to take breaks at your own pace if needed as classes are pretty fast paced and tiring. Their schedule is pretty consistent and you can book classes up to a week in advance. My only suggestion is to have more before work/after work options for barre and unheated yoga which are some of my favorites. Also the soaps in the bathroom smell amazing. read more

My friend talked me into coming to the Trigger Point Recovery Yoga class and after reading the description, I was sure I was going to die, but since I said I would go, I did. Well, that Trigger Point Recovery class is my FAVORITE!! Yes, it seems intense to be at 100°F and 40% humidity but at that heat, your muscles relax and you can stretch more. You also foam roll and then stretch again. This is EXACTLY what my body needs. I do wish it was offered at other times besides 1015a on Mon and Thurs because it's hard to get to if you have a typical 8a-5p schedule. I also like their Vinyasa and Yin classes. I have taken their cycle class, but I love their yoga classes hands down! read more

Classes are great but they over book every one of them, you're on top of each other. As a result you have to be there 5 min early or they give your spot away. So being on time is actually 5 min early. On top of that if you don't show up 5 min early they definitely won't let you in and are RUDE about it. I'm a member of several gyms, this is the only one that has a lack of community and several of the employees at the front desk are unfriendly. They charged my card after not approving the month membership and never gave me credit for a birthday freebie class.

I really wanted to like TruFusion and was considering joining. In the meantime, I attempted to book via their website for a drop-in. It said the transaction hadn't gone through, so I tried it again and got the same message. It wasn't until later in the day that I saw I had in fact been charged -- both times! I tried contacting them multiple times by phone; left voice mails and sent emails to alert them to this issue and never got a response. So, I had no choice after three full days but to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Then, I finally got a response from TruFusion and they were only going to refund me for one of the charges. When I said that wasn't acceptable because the site had told me it hadn't gone through, the response I got was "I guess you really need the $30." Seriously??!!! Wow! Do not use their website to book. The instructors may be great, but their system sucks. Very disappointed. I am not some scam artist trying to get away with something. I never attended the class that I had attempted to sign up for. It was too late anyway when I found out, I had been charged -- and twice for the same class! read more

After get a true VIP experience during Yelp's Elite Week, I was beyond excited to check out more of what TruFusion Denver had to offer. So I got myself on the calendar for Tawny's Sunday Vibe Ride and redeemed my introductory unlimited offer. SPACE/ATMOSPHERE: Love it! Everything is so upscale and nice! The locker rooms feel like most spas that I have been to - with marble counter tops, showers with frosted glass doors that are stocked with products, lockers that are easy to use, and many upgrades throughout. CLASS OFFERINGS: There's a variety of class offerings including cycling, yoga, pilates, barre, HIIT, and more! Each type of class also offers a subset including hot options for those that really want to sweat it out. The classes are listed on their website. I would suggest going straight to the calendar versus looking at the offerings from the location page, it seems like there may be a few classes that are not listed there (like the Vibe Ride). INSTRUCTORS: So far I have done two classes with Tawny and I love her! Her Sunday Vibe Ride is so fun! It goes to the beat of the music, so you focus on finding the beat and then moving with it. There's a variety of moves she takes you through including crunches, jumps, tap backs, and more! I've been super impressed with how much of a full body workout I've gotten from these classes. I was def one of those people that perceived cycling classes as cardio and lower body exclusively - boy was I wrong! I do have to modify and do a bit more from the saddle, but that is entirely manageable. I'm still building up my strength. However, that's exactly what I'm there to do! PRICE: TruFusion offers a variety of different membership packages so you can get exactly the number of classes you need. It ranges from unlimited to numbered class packages billed monthly. Score! I think my only complaint is that TruFusion isn't closer to me. Wahhh! So go on, and sweat it out! read more

It all began with a very thorough tour of the spotless facility. I was glad I got to class early - as it filled up pretty fast (huuuge space too!). From the moment I walked into the class studio, I could feel the infectious energy. Sexy lighting, thumping music. The instructor, Allison, began with very clear instructions and gave us our 1 minute "prep" for class. Once we started *BOOM* it was non-stop for an hour in a heated room - and I loved every second of it. The room was packed, and the vibe was GOOD - supportive and musically - completely in synch - and for a moment I felt like I was in a scene from Apple+: PHYSICAL (without the thong). TruFusion is a yoga beginner's dream! My friend and I are not experts at yoga (in fact, it was my first real yoga class!) but we felt completely welcomed in the studio. There's so many options to choose from so you're bound to find a class that fits you! We took Tru Yin with Courtney and it was absolutely marvelous. She is a wonderful instructor and explained each transition clearly for a beginner like me to understand. Before I knew it, the 60 minutes have already passed! Here's the logistics: the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The space itself is huge and well maintained. The locker rooms have such a luxurious feel. Masks are not required if you're fully vaccinated. All I've gotta say is just try it! Find a class that fits you and your goals (which you will, there's so many!) and get yourself on the mat! read more

I am a TruFusion convert. I moved to Denver looking for a place to do hot mat Pilates. Surprisingly, I couldn't find a lot of options and really stumbled upon TruFusion from a Yelp Instagram post. I want something affordable, good schedule, mix of men and women, heated rooms and music. TruFusion had it all. The membership is $159/month unlimited if you do month to month. I did a 3 month commitment which got me a $129/month rate. They also offer $30/month rentals which includes mats, towels, cycling shoes, etc. There's a lot of options at TruFusion. I've taken the HIIT Pilates, Vibe Cycling and the Bootcamp (Pilates with kettlebells). I was new to all the classes and the staff and instructors made me feel very welcome. The classes are very challenging and once the class starts, it's all gas no brake for the entire duration. This has been an adjustment but you can always go at your pace. My only con, and it's personal - I wish they played more music I can sing along too. It's a lot of EDM which does create good energy but who doesn't like to get lost in top 40 songs as you're swinging a kettlebell around?!? read more

I wasn't super impressed with this TruFusion. As a new guest, I expected to be shown around and maybe informed a bit more about class and what to expect. I've taken TruFusion classes at other locations and they are always very welcoming and show me where things are such as the equipment room, locker rooms, etc. I had to ask the front desk girl where the bathrooms were and then she just pointed at the room that my class was taking place on. Other Trufusions would've walked me around and made me feel welcome. I took hot Pilates and the class was just ok. It wasn't really rhythm based and I couldn't hear the instructor. It looked like she was just wearing the mic for looks and you couldn't hear it over the speakers at all. It just sounded like she strained her voice the whole time yelling and the energy was a bit meh as well. Most hot Pilates I've taken at TruFusion locations, the instructor does the workout with the class, but this instructor barely demoed the moves. She kept the same monotone voice the whole class. Overall the facility is very nice and clean, but I probably won't go back. read more

I'm a Trufusion member at another out of state location so I was very eager to give the Denver location a shot while I was in town. I have to say this is one of the more mediocre boutique fitness studios I've ever been to. I booked a drop-in spot in the Vibe Ride class for $30 (a little steep for almost 0 amenities). I arrived to the studio, checked myself in and gave myself a tour of the location (no one at the front desk could be bothered to speak with me). I found the locker room, put my stuff away and headed to the spin room. I was not greeted by the instructor, maybe she was busy setting up, no worries. I start setting up my bike (luckily I'm not a newbie to spin so I was able to set my own bike up and get settled in). The class began, very little intro to the bike or the method of teaching from the instructor (some people teach differently from studio to studio so it would have been nice to hear a little intro into the positions or the resistance nob as they would be utilized for this specific class). As we started I realized this is the most low energy spin class I've ever been in. It felt like a hostage situation. The room was a dingy, basement feeling room and the energy from the students and instructor matched that well. The class itself was not challenging nor engaging, honestly. It very much felt like we were just there to witness the instructor working out on her bike. Unfortunately, you get little to no amenities at this location, which is not the case at other locations: - towels are not free - you must wipe your own equipment down after class - check yourself in AND greet yourself - figure out on your own which room you need to be in for your class - Instructor will not help you get settled in for class or even acknowledge your existence All around, it was a bummer to see the lack of community at this location. read more

This studio provides the best workouts for both the fitness fanatic and the fitness beginner. Last night, my friend and I attended a yoga class with Chanty and it was incredible. The studio atmosphere was A1 and Chanty was gentle, yet encouraging as she guided us through a complex yoga series. When the hour was up, we were sore, but invigorated. I recently moved to Denver and have been searching for a gym to join. I have noticed that there are fewer national "chain" gyms in this city, and instead there are more class and community based local (or regional chain) fitness centers. TruFusion recently opened down the street from where I live and when I noticed it offered all the classes I loved from my prior gym, I jumped at the chance to try out my first one for free. This is the first time I have been a member of a fitness facility that is outside of the traditional "open gym" setup, and I may never go back. I took a kettlebell strength class with Allison and signed up for membership the same day. In my first week I have also done cycling and boot camp. Every class I have taken has been extremely challenging and rewarding. I leave absolutely drenched in sweat and with a great sense of accomplishment. The facilities are brand new and absolutely gorgeous. Each room is cleaned thoroughly, which is extremely important given the current pandemic. The staff is extremely nice and very accommodating with setting me up for my first class, getting the right equipment, and introducing me to the instructors. Also, temperatures are checked prior club entry and all members have taken mask wearing seriously. I am so glad I found this gem and can't wait to become even more involved in this wonderful community. read more

I tried out the barefoot boot camp for all levels and it was a killer workout. It was 60 min of a good mix of weights and core. The room is was large and dimly lit with neon colors. The music was well chosen to count out reps and the trainer was awesome. Working out in the heat is not my personal favorite but I can see why people enjoy the sweat factor. If you try this it bring a change of clothes! Front desk was super nice and explained how the facility worked and the deals going on for summer. The first free class has a mat and towels included which was a positive as I thought I only needed a towel. Overall it was a good experience but with the amount of new folks it was a little confusing to get set up for the class and I just followed someone setting up around to grab equipment. read more

THIS PLACE IS SHADY AF. I canceled my membership online on the exact date they told me (two weeks before the renewal date which is also shady) and they still charged me $160! This place is cheap as hell they charge $3 to use a towel when youre paying $160/month. After two years of zero formal workouts, I decided to go back to yoga. I found truFusion with a friend's recommendation. I have not been disappointed with the classes that are offered nor the teachers. Even though I've only practiced hot yoga there, there is a cycling studio , high intensity workout studio, boot camp and many other classes. The staff is very accommodating and the studio , though does not look like anything from the outside, is extremely well suited for the practices. It's very affordable as well and it has motivated motivated me to attend 3 to 4 times a week. read more

It's cool that they opened as there aren't a ton of options near cherry creek. My all time favorite class in Vin/Yin - combo of vinyasa yoga with restorative.
