Jumping for joy after class 100!! Love this studio and the community that is Fierce45
    Erica V.

Fiece45 has become my absolute favorite workout. I love that it is low impact and challenging every time. The coaches are great (special shout out to Veronica, Rheagan, Charlene and Alison who are a few of my faves!) and keep me motivated throughout class with awesome playlists and words of encouragement. The coaches are also very knowledgeable about anatomy + physiology and provide great cues and modifications for injuries if needed. There are only 9 machines at Hilltop, so you'll get hands-on support from the coach to make sure form is correct to maximize the burn and eliminate the chance of getting hurt. I've seen great results and can't get enough of this workout! The studio itself is gorgeous. It has lots of windows and natural light. There is a cute retail shop stocked with all of your apparel and gear needs. Also, there are plenty of parking spots in the lot so you don't have to spend time looking for a spot.  Definitely check it out!

My problem is with corporate management. I purchased a "lifetime" membership back in 2001 that involved paying about 1K up front, but giving me a great renewal rate which I've happily used since then. As of a few days ago, my renewal was $99 a year. Then the problems started. Even though I had been going to the Meridian location since 2004 until it closed, and the Parker location at 20 Mile Road since it opened, I was denied access unless I "upgraded" my membership. What? I have a lifetime membership that entitles me to go to any 24 HF in the world. They said no and even changed the membership info in their computer to remove the 2001 inception date. Shady AF. I guess I should be glad that I got 23 years out of that contract but a contract is a contract. I don't knowingly give my money to crooks. It's not really about the money at this point, it is the principle. After 30 years of membership I'm taking my business elsewhere and trashing 24 HF on social media in every way that I can. I also may file a small claims lawsuit against them as I paid for 2025 in full and they aren't honoring the contract.

We adore Master Trainer Caroline! She is professional and incredibly knowledgeable--a true educator. The new FM Daylon is terrific, easy going and approachable. The other trainers are pretty cool too. Front desk staff are consistently lovely. Thank you Jack, John, Conner and Shay/Shea. You guys rock!! I had a negative experience with one young yoga instructor/previous front desk staff, now new trainer. This "trainer" sighed when I couldn't understand her movement instructions. She seemed nice enough at first, but yikes, her unpredictable mood swings and silent treatment when she's in a bad mood is quite noticeable. Clearly not professional. She is super passive aggressive! I will never give her my business, never again. The only gym feedback: (1). It would be great if the gym could improve their deadlift section (i.e. remove the carpet and instead add REGUPOL AKTIV FLOORING for gripping). (2). Invest in more cast iron Kettlebells, SkiErg, Steel Mace, rucksacks, and other equipment one may find in a state of the art gym (i.e. Equinox and Austin Cross fit gyms). (3). It would be great if Zone could resume normal pre-Covid operational hours, since there are many working professionals who cannot work out until or after 9pm.

Yes, people leave duffle bags on the floor but they're quick to move them if you ask nicely, so who cares. There are five free squat racks, so you never have to wait for one. While the space is small, their variety of weight lifting equipment is great. I've never really had to wait on any equipment, even during 5 o'clock rush hour. Yes, the equipment is dated but they keep everything clean and in working order. The bathrooms are always clean. I truly can't think of anything I would change. Except that the dumbbells are so old that you can no longer see the weight labels on them, which forces me to do math in my head, i.e. adding up the plates plus 5 lbs. for the handle. It's purely a weight lifting gym, with a few cardio machines. If you're looking for a sauna or massage chair, you're in the wrong place. If you're bothered by big dudes slamming barbells on the floor, you're in the wrong place. If you're bothered by patriotic flags honoring our military, you're in the wrong place. If you're bothered by motivational flags using the F word you're in the wrong place. If you're a germaphobe who brings a pristine white towel to the gym you're in the wrong place.
