But for the use of panko breading rather than English batter, it was excellent. The fillet was huge - about two hands full, and covered in crisp fries that held their crunchy tone to the very end. The Slaw was in a too small plastic cup, and was exhausted long before the flounder. Their homemade tartar sauce was ample for my needs for the broad fish and dipping my fries. I was pleased that neither of the deep fried components left an aftertaste. Clean oil is most appreciated. This was one of the best fast made to order meals I have enjoyed in 2026!
