I am a former certified tech for Honda and Dodge, I purchased a 2014 Raptor there, the buying was…read morethe easy part, the part that came after has been more then annoying, I knew the vechicle had been in accident, doing my own research an running the vin threw carfax. How ever I was curious if they would ever disclose that in person which they did not. I didnt mind it so bad cause it is hard to find this particular Truck with out it being rusted to hell an with decent milage, So I accepted that. Now lets move onto the annoying parts of it. The Car was sold with a Valet key Meaning that half the options after I purchased it I was locked out of. Mind you I put 15k cash down as payment on the Truck I was not to pleased to be handed a Valet key ( $300.00 ). The tires that were new on the truck where the incorrect size so turning anything sharp the fronts would rub and actually ripped out some passenger fender well pins that I had to replace along with the tires being to large. ( 2000.00 ).(**side note with over sized tires they could reject the transmission warranty had I not had them changed out with in 24hrs of me owning the truck say I ran the older tires for a year an then the tranny was shot they would try to blame the oversized tires an reject the warranty unsuspecting buyers may not be aware of this.**) The plugs and wires I was not expecting to have ever be replaced and at 100k miles needed to be so that was another (900.00 ) The driver side door and Driver rear speakers stopped working in the truck a week after owning it. ( 500.00 ) Replacing trans fluid, Trans filter, rear diff fluid, front diff fluid, transfer case fluid.(800.00) because at 100k miles this something that should be done to preserve the life of the transmission. Now lets move onto the safety issues. The rack an pinion was leaking pretty bad after 2 weeks (1100.00). The Rear seats locking latch that prevents the seat from flipping up in a accident where broken. (400.00), The driver side Brake Caliper ceased up after 3 weeks so now I am replacing both front calipers, soft lines, and rotors, tomarrow another ( 1000.00 ). The Four wheel drive transfer case still seems to be sticking now trying to move it between 4h 4L and 2w which could be another ( 1-1500 ). This done this before the fluid exchanges and why they were all done. Finally the emergency brake cable I have a inclined drive way so I went ahead an engaged the Ebrake - the next day when trying to leave the The E-brake would not disengage the cabled was so stretched out that that it would not disengage- ( 250.00 ) I can no longer work on the truck my self physically. Which in my situation is fine cause I have plenty of former co-workers that have been a great help and pulled my truck into there dealerships or my drive way in off hours and my wife is going threw dialysis and needs a kidney transplant this purchase was to make sure that if they called during winter we would be able to make it there in the 5 hour alloted time to accept the donation in surrounding states. So with that if your making a used purchase there understand I dont think they are very concerned about safety issues or morals when selling a vehicle and more about the sale completion. If you dont have the money, or friends I would not recommend buying a used car. TLDR - after purchase 7,750 dollars had to be put into the truck to make it road worthy, in less then 30 days. it still has the paper plate on it for another 12days. $2000.00 was left out of the review for new headlights and brake light assembly's cause they where so far gone you could only see about 5 feet in the night in front of the truck.

I had to spend two days here (the second day for over 5 hours with my 1 year old) the entire time…read morethe sales guy was working with at least three people, being spread thin. I told him i had a budget and what it was, around 300/ month. He said it'll be somewhere around there. He had no idea the price. He had me take pictures of 5 cars i wanted them put me in something totally different. At the time i was desperate and needed to stay in my budget so i settled with a 2009 Dodge Journey. I found out the price of the car when signing the contract at the end of two very long days, it's 380, way above what i told him. I purchased the car in April 2019, by June 2019 (outside of the 30 day trade window) my car started overheating. I took it to three mechanics and spent $400 but with no fix. I finally took it to Edwards Transmissions Engines. That cost me 1200 (had to take a loan) and they tried everything they could think of and couldn't fix it (timing belt, radiator cap, water pump, hoses, thermostat, etc) they finally called a dealership who told them i needed a new motor because journeys before 2011 have this issue with something in the motor cloggs up ‍. A new motor is 5800. I called the warranty at the dealership and there is nothing he can do... now I'm scattering for a new car all while still tryna get around the city to work while i still have my job. They knew they should not have sold me or anyone this shit car. I'm not paying another dime on it and i will take them to court if they don't take it back

When I asked her to explain it, she said she couldn't. She also couldn't email me my payment history or answer any question I posed to her based on info she had given me. Steer clear of this place!! They are scam artists who try to the advantage of ppl and hope that their customers are unintelligent so they can screw them! LESS than one star!
