They never showed it to me after asking 10 times. I purchased the car anyway. My mistake. Warning lights everywhere. They said they would fix the issues. They basically reset the warning lights and said they fixed it and never did. Took it back 4 different times and they said they fixed the issues everytime. They lied. I then took it to a real mechanic and they said that they had not done the things they said. They said they replaced the thermostat for one and the one that my guy took out was the original one. After a while the salesman said they do not inspect the vehicles, they just drive them and see if they feel any issues. Turn and run from this place.

Worst car buying experience ever!!! 1.) I found the wipers…read morewere bad: Had to replace them myself. 2.) Next the brakes were bad: Had to pay for part of the repair myself. 3.) Then the transmission failed. They had the car for a month. I had to pay for part of the repair. I had to pay for the rental out of my own pocket (as they only pay for 10-days max). Replacement transmission failed within days of the return. Out of 60-days, I only had the car for about 30-days. When I complained: They responded to me by saying I should have returned it within the 7-day return period. It took longer than that to discover the issues and find an in network repair facility. This has been a terrible experience and no answer in sight as to when I will get the car back.

I found out the price of the car when signing the contract at the end of two very long days, it's 380, way above what i told him. I purchased the car in April 2019, by June 2019 (outside of the 30 day trade window) my car started overheating. I took it to three mechanics and spent $400 but with no fix. I finally took it to Edwards Transmissions Engines. That cost me 1200 (had to take a loan) and they tried everything they could think of and couldn't fix it (timing belt, radiator cap, water pump, hoses, thermostat, etc) they finally called a dealership who told them i needed a new motor because journeys before 2011 have this issue with something in the motor cloggs up ‍. A new motor is 5800. I called the warranty at the dealership and there is nothing he can do... now I'm scattering for a new car all while still tryna get around the city to work while i still have my job. They knew they should not have sold me or anyone this shit car. I'm not paying another dime on it and i will take them to court if they don't take it back

When I asked her to explain it, she said she couldn't. She also couldn't email me my payment history or answer any question I posed to her based on info she had given me. Steer clear of this place!! They are scam artists who try to the advantage of ppl and hope that their customers are unintelligent so they can screw them! LESS than one star!
