Stopped by for an air check and, like usual, they were absolutely slammed. It definitely seems like they could use a few more employees because there's almost always a wait when I come in. Once Jack got to me though, everything was pretty easy. He was relaxed, friendly, and got my air check taken care of without making it a whole ordeal. For how busy the place constantly seems to be, the employees handle it pretty well. Also, thank you to Dylan for always making getting what I need effortless! read more

Dylan was the only one helpful, and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, our overall experience today was disappointing. Noah -- the employee with the goofy haircut -- was intentionally avoiding helping us with a simple "tire check" while we waited in the bay for a significant amount of time. Associates were constantly walking back and forth directly in front of our car, yet no one acknowledged us. It takes virtually no time or effort to simply say, "Hi, we'll be right with you." Instead, we eventually had to get out of the car and go inside to request assistance. While we were waiting, Noah was also providing the bay (us) with a personal concert, complete with excessive tongue motions, which we unfortunately had to endure. If he had simply acknowledged us first and then gone back to dancing or singing while doing whatever he was doing, great! Glad you're having fun at work. But completely ignoring customers who are sitting in the bay waiting for service is a different story. When my boyfriend finally went into the shop to ask for assistance, Noah sarcastically yelled, "Tire check," as though our request was somehow unreasonable. As customers who have purchased tires here for over a decade, this experience fell far short of the professionalism and customer service we have typically come to expect from Discount Tire. A tire check is a basic courtesy/service that takes less than two minutes. It should not require waiting around while being ignored, getting out of the vehicle to track someone down, and essentially having to pull teeth to receive a service that is offered to customers. We're glad the employees are having fun at work -- but customer service should still come first. read more

Good shop! Reasonable prices and even offers a veterans discount! They didn't try to upsell me on anything, which was much appreciated.

Dominic was awesome! Very helpful. Finished my service before the quoted time. Received a text and a call to let me know my vehicle was ready! Would recommend 10/10! read more

Very quick and efficient they honored a warranty from Arizona and the tires are 6 years old. First nail, slow leak.

Absolutely horrible service!! I arrived approximately 11:45am. Had hit a curb so needed a new rim and tire. They had to be ordered so I prepaid for the rim and tire. I was told by 1:15pm they would have my car in the back to switch the bad rim to my spare tire, in order to be able to safely drive my car until the new rim and tire arrived. 3hrs later my car is still just sitting there. I asked how much longer, Dominic went to check, while he was checking I decided to just get a refund and go to Firestone. Arrived at Firestone and they were able to switch the tires within 30minutes. Thank you Firestone for stepping up!! Discount Tire do better when it comes to a quick fix. read more

Friendly and helpful staff that quickly assisted me. Appointments are recommended but not necessary.

Peter assisted me with new tires. He was very professional and kind. Actually, all of the people that work here are very nice. I wish that all the businesses could see that hiring people that have manners and patience is the most important thing to get customers back read more

Stopped by this morning, because my tire light was on got there a little before 8am. Once they opened, they signaled me into the bay and aired up my tires and checked by wiper blades. Excellent service, speedy and so friendly. Every time we have stopped here for service they always deliver! read more

I had a tire with low pressure (borderline flat) and needed to get it checked out ASAP. Discount Tire to the rescue. The staff was terrific...very friendly. Even though they were busy, they estimated my car would be ready in an hour and their estimate was accurate. And they patched my tire for free! A+ customer service. Discount Tire, you have a new fan! Plus, it's next to Ale Emporium, so hey.... :) read more

I've used this location for all my tire issues. Always uneventful, easy, lots of appointments. I'm very happy with them. Even took care of a lawnmower tire. read more

Have purchased many tires here, had vehicle w tires I purchasdd here w a nail in it, arrived 8:15am no appointment, told will get by noon. Not good. Asked if they would twist in headlamp bulb thay came loose, access in the fender well and hard to reach, simply said no we don't do that work. I will likely never be back. Terrible customer service for a long-time customer. read more

They do not take cash. My bill was $88 and they could not give change for $100. bill. I got a million text messages reminding me of my appointment and to confirm my appointment just to put on snow tires that were in my trunk. They first quoted me an hour then told me up to two hours with an appointment because they were running behind. Guess making an appointment does not make a difference. read more

I have purchased 2-3 tires here. The prices were very competitive and the service was excellent. Additionally, I have had 3-4 tire punctures (nails and screws) repaired at zero costs. In today's world this is unheard of. Finally, they have worked me in for service which I greatly appreciated. read more

Very, very disappointed in Discount Tire. I recently experienced a slow leak in my front tire, so I headed over there to have it checked. Before anyone even looked at the tire, the salesperson said "If we can't repair it ..." And (not) shockingly, they came back saying that I had not one, but three nails in my tire, and one was on the sidewall, making it unrepairable. They also mentioned that my tires were in need of replacing ASAP and said I should just do all 4 at once. A little skeptical, I decided to leave and head over to Honda of Fishers to have someone there check my tire. Sure enough, there was only *one* nail in the tread, not three, and they patched it for me free of charge. They did note that my tires were ok now, but that I'd probably want to look at replacing them in late fall. I purchased tires from this location in 2017 and 2018 and felt like I got a decent deal, but I didn't appreciate the salesperson asking me patronizingly if I "needed to call my husband" to ask if I should buy the extended warranty. I'm an adult and I can make my own decisions, thanks. I would definitely avoid this location unless you feel like being unnecessarily conned into buying tires you may not need. read more

Went here because I came out of Kroger and seen i had a flat tire and I didn't want to call my insurance company AGAIN about a flat. I didn't realize it was across the street because I was parked close to the rear of Kroger so I called around to Firestone (where I got the tires from) and tires plus. No one had anything available so that's when I looked up the closes place. They had a lot of appointments but was able to fit me in at the end of the ones there. The staff was super friendly and they took care of other customers that came in for simple fixes without appointments. read more

I love discount tire but I didn't appreciate my service here. I use caradvise for discounts and for some odd reason dealerships hate this feature because it holds them accountable and they can't lie about pricing this way. I was checking out and the man helping me continued to lie in my face about how my service works. You pay through the app and you don't pay the shop directly. He continued to try to make me pay him and I had to call my discount service so they could solve the problem. He pretended he didn't know what was going on and allowed her to walk him through the steps. At the end I was able to deny extra fees as they always add and continue with my day. Here we are a couple weeks later and my tire has fallen off. I got one tire and they couldn't put it on correctly? Just be careful, ask for a detail pricing list and know what you absolutely have to pay for! I guess since my car wasn't a foreign I did not serve top notch care. So sick of these disgusting people out here read more

Have had my car here a few times and they do a good job. Competitive pricing and good service.

Everyone there is so nice. Had new wheels and tires put on and they were done in well under an hour. I love how great my Jeep looks now. Thanks again guys! read more

Discount Tire - New wheels and tires #falken #raceline #jeep - Tires Near Me - Fishers, Indiana

We have been to this location more than a few times between our three vehicles. Always, they are clean, helpful and honest. I bought a new (to me) suv about 7 mth ago. Since the purchase we have had some problems w a sensor in the tire. We took it to discount tire and they replaced it. A few days later the light came back on so we went back and they replaced it again for no charge and no questions asked. Fast forward to last week, the tire started to loose air so we went back yesterday. Now the seal on the tire is coming off so again they patched it up free of charge. One thing I like about this place, they honor loyalty from their customers. We buy all our tires here so I turn they help when little things pop up. Not to mention - they have FREE air and will pumps anyone's tires up for them. It's a pull in service! Say what!?!?! read more

I woke up yesterday and my tire pressure was low due to the extreme cold weather. I called and found out Discount Tire offers courtesy tire check. I was so excited I did not have to go far. I kindly waited in line and had the friendliest experience ever. The staff was kind and so welcoming. It's great they provide this service at no cost. read more

Mason M. Was very helpful and took care of my tire with great customer service over the phone and in person :). Also very fast service.

It's not often that people are so generous. This place has always been that way. The first time I arrived, I was doing research on new tires. They were attentive, informative, and didn't pressure me into anything. No urgency. They let me take it all in and think about it since tires are a rather large expense. It just isn't fun to me at least. But adequate tires are absolutely necessary for peace of mind. My most recent interaction was when I had issues with the tires deflating on a weekly basis....so I would have them put air in the tires to the proper level. But when it kept recurring, they took off the tire, found the offensive nail that was stuck, patched it up nicely and charged me nothing. Zero. Complimentary. And remember those tires I needed months earlier? Well, I got them when I was out of town, so I never actually bought anything from them. But I am here to tell you how grateful I was to have their help. It made my day ... and my weeks ahead better. Fishers isn't necessarily known in my book as being a great deal, but this Discount Tire store has my attention and I WILL be back. Their service guys and the guys at the front desk have been awesome! read more

Had a flat tire. This place was the closest. Came in at 12:30. Was told it would be 1.5 hours. Over 2 hours later, and they haven't even taken my car back. Went and asked what the hold up was, and I was told they had other cars come in (after me). Said it will be another 30 or so minutes before they will get my car back in there. So the 1.5 hours will be taking at least 3 hours. When I said I wouldn't be coming back, the guy just laughed. Poor customer service. Won't be back. Update: Thanks to Brandon for calling and apologizing for one of his team member's actions. I've added one star. read more

They fixed the leaking valve that caused the flat tire on my vehicle. Drew and Chris were friendly and super efficient. Their service so impressed me that I booked my vehicle for tire replacements the next day. The fitment was done expeditiously and again with friendly and efficient service. I can honestly recommend this branch of Discount Tire and also commend both Chris and Drew for their fantastic customer service. read more

Although tires are always expensive I felt like I was well taken care of. The only thing that I would critical on would be that my car was parked outside of the parking lot of the establishment which made for a long walk. I understand it needed to be parked in a spot but I wasn't told it could be all the way out there. Other than that it was a great experience for me and not my bank account. read more

Discount Tire has always done a great job. Never a problem with them honoring their warranty. Prices are fair and the service is excellent.

Four new tires put a $$$ dent in the checkbook, but my preferred tires were in stock, available, and installed same day. This is a busy, busy store. Best option would be to drop car off early and pick up late in the day, but wasn't an option for me so I did have some wait time - about 90 minutes. Waiting room is clean and bright with plenty of chairs and WiFi and provided a good opportunity for people watching! Thank you, Sam for the excellent customer service. Call ahead to determine tire availability (today or next day). Definitely recommend. read more

I was losing tread on my tire so I went to replace it this afternoon and I had a very professional experience. All the people who helped me were understanding and efficient. I have now bought over 5 sets of tires from this store! They go out of their way to provide the best service possible. I had a flat tire on my riding lawn mower. They repaired it for FREE and the tire worked for two more years before I had to replace it. The prices for car tires match anyone around, including online deals. I can stop in anytime and get the air pressure in my tires checked and filled for free. If there ever is an issue with one of their tires they address it and fix it quickly. With Indiana roads, I get the free replacement and it has paid off 4 times now. They replaced the tire ruined by hitting a chuck hole with no questions asked. That is all you can ask is for them to stand behind their work and their products like they do! I will definitely go black and see them again when I need another set of tires. More than pleased with every interaction I have had with Discount Tire at this specific location! read more

This is the best tire store around!! GREAT service and great employees. They will beat anyone's prices, even online and EBay. I went in with a price for wheels and tires for my F150 and they beat the price without asking to see anything. They had to order the tires and wheels. I had them installed and I was out the door 2 days later!! I HIGHLY recommend this location for any of your tire/wheel needs!!!! read more

Discount Tire - Tires Near Me - Fishers, Indiana

Stopped in today for a tire balance on my front tires as I had been having vibration issues. We were greeted upon entering - a big plus in my book! Jonathan was very friendly and asked me very detailed questions about my car's history and then quickly went out to check out the tires. He even gave me an idea of how long I could expect to wait. Once my car was ready to go in for service, Chase came in, greeted me, and explained he would be handling my car's issues. He came back after 10 minutes or so, told me what he found and recommended an additional service if I was interested. Even though I declined, he said the special price would still be good if I changed my mind and came back and gave them his name. I even overheard a customer that had a misunderstanding with the staff, and he seemed happy with their service even though he was frustrated at the time. He complimented the normal outstanding job they do. Super friendly, fast, and detailed. I will definitely be back for future service as well as any services my husband's car needs. Awesome job, guys! read more

We needed tires on two cars. We took them both to discount tire on Olio. Everyone was so helpful and professional. We highly recommend!!

Needed new tires for my Jeep Wrangler. Found a great deal at another online retailer .... Contacted the Olio Discount Tire store to see if they would match. Received a reply from Brandon first thing the next morning. He agreed to online pricing, but didn't have the tires in stock. He proceeded to order the tires and called me the the next day advising they had arrived. Showed up the following day and worked with Joe to get the tires installed. Joe was very helpful and attentive. Everything went as advertised. This is my second experience with Discount Tire at this location. Both have been a pleasure. Brandon and Joe were both very helpful and made the process of buying tires a great experience. I will continue to support this store when I'm in the market for tires. Good job guys, keep up the great work! read more

The best business experience in years! I had a large nail in my tire and I was loosing air rapidly. I arrived at about 5:30 1/2 hour before closing and stood in line of about 8 people ahead of me. The service rep took my information and said it may be an 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I said I'll wait and took a seat. 35 minutes later they were finished. They plugged the tire, checked all 4 tires for proper inflation and balanced the repaired tire. Best of all there was no charge! They have earned my business for life. all of the people were very courteous and professional. I have been a customer of Tire Barn where the opposite is true. They have become slow, lazy and very unprofessional and have lost the business to service my 4 cars! I am so happy to have found Discount Tire on Olio road in Fishers. John H read more
