There are no appointments for express oil changes. It is first come, first served. I was the VERY FIRST vehicle to pull into the garage at 8:00 am when it opened. Seven vehicles arriving after me were completed before me and I was still waiting at 9:30. First come, last served. I inquired with the two service advisors and the excuse was that I accepted their offer for a free wash which I admittedly did. However, the vehicle WAS NOT WASHED. The advisors were rude and unprofessional. It's a poorly run operation by people who simply aren't customer focused. I will never return for service, nor will I ever buy another vehicle there. There are two other Acura dealers in the metro area. Go to either one of them, but not here. read more

I recently purchased a 2019 Honda CR-V. The whole process was frustrating and unpleasant. My salesman, Dennis Olmsted, used sales techniques that left me feeling tricked and disrespected. When I told him I was looking for a used car he told me they had a 1.9% financing for new vehicles. I found out when I returned to purchase that it was 1.9% only if you financed for 36 months. On the day I was considering purchasing the vehicle, I felt like Dennis was distracting/pressuring me by going over information in the manual about the car before I even saw the final numbers and agreed to buy it. Shady pricing tactics - the numbers didn't match from the previous day. Previously he told me they would honor the lower price that I emailed him from another dealership but then he "forgot" until I questioned it for final pricing. Also, I told him I did not want the extended warranty but it was on the final paperwork. When I went to the financing department to review and sign the papers, I felt rushed and the finance manager, Jeff Tomko, seemed perturbed that I was taking time to look over the agreement. This is when I discovered that the numbers didn't match up--in total over $3000 more that I would have paid had I not checked! Also, an add-on accessory was included in the final price. On the day I came to purchase the vehicle, I was left unattended for long periods of time. Dennis reappeared when I walked outside to warm up. Maybe he thought I was leaving. It took about four hours even though I had been in the day before and received pricing information. Horrible trade-in experience - extremely low first offer and don't forget anything in your trade-in vehicle! If you had a negative experience, don't expect to receive a customer satisfaction survey. Dennis showed me a copy of this survey at least four times and asked me to give him all 10s. Somehow I never received a survey thus I felt like the salesman/dealership is dishonest by somehow keeping those customers who have a negative experience (such as me) from receiving a survey. read more

I been here twice dealing with the sales department over several years. Both times it was a turn off. They now claim a standard operating procedure of "fixed pricing" which means take it or leave it. The problem is they are selling cars used ones at 15% over the dealer Kelly Blue Book value. That's before they add on their "dealer fee" which is another 500 to 600 dollars. I recently went to Fisher Acura for collision repair. I would not recommend Sheila Cassady or Scott to anyone looking for timely repairs or good care of their vehicle. I had made an appointment with a member of Fisher the day after my accident. The repair itself took 2+ months, while this was much longer than expected, it was fine as my rental was covered through insurance. Upon picking up my Acura, my windshield was broken. I quickly went back inside to kindly let Sheila know that there was a large crack in my windshield that was not there when I brought it in, assuming she forgot to mention it. She was very defensive and already had photos up of my windshield and told me it was like that when I dropped it off. She could not figure out how to find a time stamp on any of the photos she was showing me. Knowing that it was in tack when I dropped my windshield off, I showed her my own photos, along with photos from Progressive of the vehicle while it was in Fishers care. Sheila kept pointing to potential smears on the windshield telling me it must have been chipped or had a ding in it then. Fisher and Progressive have no notes of my car arriving with a chip, scratch, or crack. Progressive also noted after the accident they did not see any marks on my windshield upon the initial visit to observe that damage. He let me know that if the windshield were damaged, it would have been noted by Progressive whether it was due to the accident or not. Ultimately, Sheila followed me into the parking lot, waving my paperwork to let me know that it doesn't matter if it happened in their care or not, I signed the paperwork and they do not owe me anything. There were no marks of impact along the crack that would have caused it, I verified this by having it looked at by a local auto glass technician. I asked Fished to assist in repairs of my windshield (~$300). I purchased my car from Fisher just 12 months ago. I live in Denver, Colorado, and chose Fisher Boulder for repairs as I had a great experience purchasing my car with Ron Samoray. After this experience, I could not recommend Fisher Auto Body to anyone. read more

Had a great experience at Fisher. Rich Moss did a great job navigating through the purchase process. We selected a used 2016 RDX. The car overall was in good shape but had a few issues that we were not sure could be fixed. Within an hour, Rich's team had resolved the issues and the car looked fantastic. As a used car, the RDX had a limited warranty (less than a year remaining). They offered us a 5-year bumper to bumper warranty extension for literally $18/month. No brainer. They are OK but not as exceptional in customer service as they used to be. This last visit for a mechanical issue was not a good experience. I do get my oil changed there, too. If you go in for an oil change, they do a check of everything, which is nice, but be prepared for them to recommend lots of things they recommend replacing, such as windshield wipers, air filters, etc. read more

I just moved back to Boulder from South Florida, and took my car in for a software update that was long overdue. This was my first visit to Fisher Honda, and my experience was nothing short of perfection. From checking in at the service desk - and the incredibly nice, patient gentleman who did the honors and smiled, while I regaled him with my ridiculously long tale of terror upon noticing a huge spider on the INSIDE of my windshield on my way home from work one night (based on this review alone, you can imagine the spider tale having seemed never ending) - to my remarkably speedy departure due to the sheer competence and consideration of all involved with my service appointment. In all seriousness, whoever manages the service department clearly knows their stuff because I cannot say enough about everyone with whom I interacted, and those who serviced my car. Took my car in today to get my brakes checked. I picked Fisher for three reasons. 1. They have a lot of good reviews on Google and other sites. 2. They are open on Saturdays for service, which is a huge plus for people who don't want to arrange for time off work. 3. They are about 1/2 mile from Avery's tasting room. The person who helped me, Brown (short for Brownlow), was informative over the phone and I discovered the pricing was similar to Hoshi Motors. Since they were open on Saturday, they won my business. When I got to the dealership, I was signed in, we confirmed what they would be doing, and then I was given a ride to Avery. I figured that, no matter what, have a beer or two would help me feel better about having to spend money on brakes. However, after enjoying a flight of samplers, I got the call from Brown, who informed me that they didn't really need to do the brakes right now. He explained in specific detail exactly how much pad was left versus how much they start with, and approximately how many more miles I had left on them. I laughed, because I don't drive much, so he basically told me that I have another year before I have to replace them. Victory!! He also explained everything else they found wrong with my car...nothing huge...some small leaks. I wasn't pressured to make any repairs and I let them know they could come pick me up. They sent me off with a coupon for a carwash, no money out of my pocket for the whole thing. It rocked and I would definitely go back. read more

For Fisher Honda Service Center-- When I moved to Boulder in 2009, I was nervous about taking my car to a new service center not knowing if they would be honest, efficient, and affordable. I could not be more pleased with the service I've received from this place. They always take the time to go over everything with me to make sure I understand it and are up front about prices. I have absolutely no complaints. I've been here 3 times now and have been happy with the service each time. - Free, reliable shuttle service - Patient, friendly, professional staff - Coupons through email saved me up to 20% on expensive maintenance. They don't have a car wash on site but if you get anything fixed they give you a free car wash at a gas station down the road. The waiting area is kind of lame-o though. But nice, bright and clean. Yet another 5 star experience at Fisher Honda. My car wouldn't start on a Tuesday morning, and wouldn't even start to turn over. I thought it might be a dead battery, but was more worried it might be a starter issue. I ended up calling AAA that afternoon to tow my car to Fisher. They were able to jump start the car, but I asked them to tow it anyway, because I worried there was a bad battery. I called Fisher ahead of time and asked them if I could have the truck drop it off and if they could look it at whenever they could-they say no problem, but politely noted that they were swamped and it could be a while. I told them I more than understood, and expected maybe a day or two to have it looked at. The car got to Fisher at 4 PM that day, and at 4:30 they called me and said they had the car and would take it through express service first thing the next morning to check the battery. If it was just a jump start needed, they'd have it ready right away. If it was a bad battery, they said they might be able to get it in that afternoon-again, totally understandable. The next day at about 7:45 AM, a tech called me and let me know that it was in fact a bad battery, and was holding only 25 watts charge. He let me know they could replace the battery, that it would cost about $154, and would come with a 100 month warranty. I gave them the go ahead. At about 9 AM, they called and said my new battery was installed and my car was ready to go. WOW! My car wasn't to them until 4 PM on a Tuesday and was diagnosed, fixed, and ready by 9 AM the next morning. I've never had service that strong anywhere before. The Fisher service department is the epitome of courtesy, friendliness, and efficiency. I'm so happy I found a service center close to me that I can rely on! I got my car here (Fisher Kia), and it's where I take it for maintenance. Always. I have everything from oil changes to brakes to tires done here, and I have always left satisfied. Mack and Chad always make sure I know what's going on with my car. If I'm in-house, they will walk over and let me know if something else needs attention. If I leave the dealership, they will call to let me know if there is a problem, and I have NEVER come back to find I was paying for something I didn't authorize. Well today I drove down from Fort Collins to get an oil change because I felt this was where I would receive the best service. The hours posted on their website is 8:30am-8:00pm. I pulled into their shop at 4:01pm and was approach by a service member and asked if I was dropping off for tomorrow. I said I was there for an oil change and he said "sorry we stop taking cars at 4:00pm". I said "it's 4:01, I just drove down from Fort Collins" and he said. "Yah that's after 4". I said "Seriously?" He said "yes seriously". If you're planning on spending $40,000 plus on a vehicle I would strongly suggest staying away from this dealership.
