For our tasting menu selections, we enjoyed : Hamachi Crudo with fried shallots, Wontons with duck bacon, corn in a plum sauce, yum! Steamed mussels with ginger in a coconut green curry sauce so good you could drink it & topped unfortunately with some rather overpowering / overcooked fried udon noodles. The Finned Fare of the night, which was a beautiful piece of fresh grouper served in a sea of the best polenta I think I've ever tasted. The New Zealand venison strip loin served with a potato pancake in a black garlic sauce. Perfectly prepared For dessert, we chose the cheese plate and the brownie served with a salted caramel gelato.
