First Watch - Outside dining - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Tucker, Georgia

I would've given 6 stars based on my previous visit at this location but my last visit was horrible. I've been to several First Watch in different states and never experienced the service as I have today. It took my waitress almost 10 minutes to acknowledge we were seated. Then another 20 minutes just to serve the drinks. I asked for hot tea and the tea bags (see picture) look like they've been moved from table to table and touched, dropped, put in pockets before getting to me. The food took 30 minutes to get. She apologized for the wait time, but the only time she comes by is to take the order, give the drinks, and give the check. The food was good as usual but on the cool side. Thank hod for the warm syrup. Not sure if I'll come back to this location. It really disappointed me read more

First Watch - Used looking tea bags - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Tucker, Georgia

The restaurant was very clean, nice decor, light, the kale tonic and purple haze was refreshing but too much ice and little juice. Ask for light ice or no ice, The biscuits were a little overdone and crispy on the bottom. The sausage gravy was good. The over easy eggs were a standard. The home potatoes had a little bite meaning slightly firm but seasoned. The heathy turkey had a Smokey favor to t. My husband said it was ok. The server, she as very nice and attentive. Made suggestions on the menu. Overall a good experience. read more

Have more people in the kitchen. There are a lot of available seating but can't seat due to kitchen backup. You have the option to get on a waitlist which means nothing! I have watched over 12 people leave. That's a lot of money going out of the door. I'm sure I won't get a response from this review. read more

Long waits, 1-1.5 hours. Food came out over cooked but cold. We had to send 3 meals back and still got one back overcooked again. Everyone loves this place but I'm not sure why. Loud slow. Bad food. read more

Great set up. Good size portion love the variety of drinks and the twist on ame old recipes. Price is great. Dairy options was a nice surprise. Lots of locations to choose from in and outside the 285 circles food is great service could be refined with napkins and coasters when ordering read more

I love the food. The biscuits and grits could use a little work, but the rest of the menu is wonderful. Pancakes? Superb. This is my new early Sunday morning solo breakfast spot before I hit Stone Mountain for a hike. Right up to the open air bar, no wait, quick service! Go early! read more

Food is delicious and the manager Paul is very welcoming!! A lot of delicious food for the money, can't believe I'm taking leftovers home, but it was too good to leave behind!! read more

Although wait time is pretty long, the customer service is amazing. The food is also delicious. I got the traditional breakfast with french toast and let me tell you it was tasty! The atmosphere here is one that can't be topped in my opinion. The sound of plates and silverware clinking together along with the conversation of other people really come together nicely. I really enjoyed coming here! read more

The food was very fresh. I had the waffle, maple bacon and fried potatoes. The fried potatoes, bacon were delicious. Next time I'll have the bacon without the maple. The waffle was fresh but basic. Get the fruit with it. Floors were very sticky . read more

Food was average breakfast food. Don't really see what the long line was all about. Maybe I'll go at brunch next time because I see that they have some Drinks on The menu that I wouldn't mind trying. The atmosphere was kinda like an upscale Waffle House. read more

The food was really good! Our service was okay, nothing special. The ambiance was very nice. Order the Carmel crunch iced coffee, 10/10.

Won't be back and didn't even get to try the food. My family went in and were "put on the list...4th person in line". 45 minutes later when we asked when we would be seated we were now 6th in line. What!?! How does that work. The food looked good...online...but the policy is dumb. read more

The manager at this location is EXTRAORDINARY. She has multiple eyes, arms and hands. She is a one woman show. We visited on a busy Saturday morning. She made sure we were provided the seating of our choice (the patio rather than indoors). We were impressed as she was kind and confident with her staff. The food was yummy. The purple haze drink is AMAZING and fresh, perfect for a summer day. We certainly return! read more

Poor service. Took over 10 minutes just for to get greeted by our server. Another 10 minutes to even get a pot of coffee. Server explained that it would take her a while to get our drinks out because she had three tables which is understandable to an extent. The server's attitude did not seem as though she wanted to be at work. The food came out cold but dry. The omelet that I had asked her to take the ham out of came with ham. Our server put our check on the table while our food wasn't even half finished. I had to ask for napkins 3 times and when she finally brought them she threw them in the table onto the plate of bacon oil, rendering them useless. It was overall rude, disrespectful and the worst experience I have ever had at a first watch. Will never return to this location. read more

Don't waste your time! Sat at the bar Saturday at 11am. 20 minutes to get coffee and water. 1 1/2 hours for our food to arrive and it was cold! read more

Waited 10 minutes just to put our name on the list. 45 minute wait for a 2 tip, cool. Get seated and had to wait 5-6 minutes before we were even greeted by the server. (He was very nice btw). Brings our drinks and there's no silverware for my coffee so we had to wait for that for about another 5 minutes. Get the food and they forget my side of home fries. I see the server tell them in the back and they never brought my home fries. Overall the food was decent. Not sure I'll be back to this establishment. Whoever the manager is has to get a grip on this restaurant. Too much potential for such a poor outcome. read more

The only thing that's really good is the million dollar bacon, everything else is overpriced. I've came here quite a lot and the service has gotten bad, not only do the food take forever to come, but they mess up the orders every time. Since they've had a price increase, it's not worth the money, and I will not go back. read more

Great service and friendly staff. The food comes out from the kitchen quickly. Try to get on the waitlist online for faster seating.

I'm sad and disappointed in this location. First, after waiting for a 2 top and watched 4 5 6 tops that arrived after us were seated first. When asked We sit the bigger tables first. then after complaining finally was seated. Terrible grits. Cold. Breakfast sandwich had wilted bacon not cooked. The bun was soggy from avocado spread. Terrible food. Slow server. Not going back read more

Always great and I go a lot. Food in all price ranges and good atmosphere and service. Love their sandwiches and chicken chop salad!

This place has absolutely destroyed a good breakfast. I have been there 4 times and the food never improves. The hash browns are way over the top with salt and are burnt. And the rest of the food is more awful. I would never ever recommend this place unless they make better tasting food. read more

Food was good. Large crowd. Very popular place. Can get pricey because of how you might want to order your sides if getting pancakes or French toast. read more

It is just amazing how he food 10/10 the service was amazing it couldn't be better I got the bacado and the bacon was out of this world and don't even get me started on the avocado it had a lemony garlicy taste I DEFINITELY recommend it please go check it out read more

The service was extremely slow. It took a little over an hour to be seated and after the waitress took our order it took about an hour and 15 minutes to get our orders. Our food was lukewarm and the waitress never came back to our table till the end of our meal, never came to see if drinks needed to be refreshed and the manager was at table next to ours handling a similar complaint issue. This was my first and last visit. read more

This place in my opinion is a wanna be version of Flying Biscuit. They are doing too much yet not doing enough. The too much is the cost and the not enough is the taste. We ordered the works omelet and the brisket breakfast bowl. Not only were both dishes lacking flavor - the brisket tasted lab created if I could describe it. The omelette was dry like cardboard. We ordered potatoes with the omelette and they gave us mixed greens that you would make a salad with. Omelette and salad ??? Their online ordering was not working and to get the order correct we would have to wait another 20 minutes. Save your money and either cook your own or invest that in Flying Biscuit or even The Original Pancake House. read more

I ordered a market skillet hash which does not have any meat and they served me a dish which had bacon in it. After eating it as initially I did not recognize the bacon bits I saw dish had bacon in it and told waitress who told manager but felt disappointed with how it was handled read more

My first visit to First Watch for breakfast was just fair. I liked the clean bright space and there weren't many customers. The menu had options for many tastes and The coffee was very good. I ordered eggs Benedict with potatoes and it was served room temperature to cold and was rather unappetizing to taste. However the portions were large and could serve a hearty appetite if not allowed to become unappetizingly cold. Service was fine, not exceptional but certainly adequate. I didn't make a complaint since we were guests, however, I will probably choose another restaurant in this neighborhood for my next breakfast out. Fortunately, our company was superb! read more

This was my first time eating at this First Watch. I've eaten at the one in Chamblee several times. It is really nice to have one so close to home! My mom ordered the Traditional breakfast, and I ordered the Farm Fresh breakfast tacos. We both loved what we ordered... Except... The avocado slices on my tacos were rock hard. There's just nothing quite like the taste of an unripe avocado. The waitress went to the cook to get some ripe slices, but alas, there were no ripe avocados to be had. So I got more pico to go on them instead. My point is that unripe avocado shouldn't have been served in the first place. And that is why I'm rating this visit a four instead of a five. The service was great, the restaurant was clean, and there is so much room at this location. I will definitely go back, but I will make sure there are ripe avocados should I order anything with them again! read more

potatoes were burned, waffle was not done and the service left a lot to be desire. when I order coffee I should not have to ask for coffee cups. if I ask for something on the side, that means I do want that item. Tucker, GA location had us wait 40 minutes for poor service and food. read more

The food and service was excellent! Jordan was very attentive and provided us with the utmost servic. She was very personable and polit.

Service was absolutely amazing. The food was outstanding and the place was filled with people. My mom got the Eggs Benedict it did take a minute or two longer to arrive, but the manager was kind enough to apologize. Impressively enough this was there first weekend being open and they were moving pretty fast and communicating well in the kitchen. If your around the area I would highly recommend eating at this place. (I also recommend trying the chocolate chip pancakes!!) read more

This is only the second day they have been opened 7-12-22 but you'd not know that as everything seemed to be running like clockwork. Friendly staff greeted us at the door. We arrived at 10:30 and were promptly seated at a spacious 4-6 person booth. Service was excellent and food arrived quickly. We ordered the Farmhouse Skillet and Biscuit with Turkey Sausage Gravy. Both were well seasoned and served hot. The only drawback was all the surfaces are hard, consequently the noise level was somewhat high. So nice to have another quality restaurant in our wonderful community. Pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful wall mural of a waterfall which is located in a park behind our house. We will definitely be eating here again! read more

Terribly disappointing! Have been to this location 3 times. The first was very good but downhill since. On this last visit ( 11/21/2022) It was incredibly disappointing. They lost our foid ticket, after 45 minutes 0f waiting they told us and brought 2 complimentary muffins to apologize. We had a table of 5! We waited another 20 minutes ... nobody's was hot, not even one of the 5. The frittata was cold and tough. The eggs benedict was stone cold, the eggs were over hard, the salad requested no black beans and , no corn it was loaded with cirn, more corn than lettuce!. The toast had butter slathered but not melted. Not once did the waitress refill drinks or check in, although she passed by our table to get to her others. When we got the bill we told her we were very Disappointed, she frowned and said "oh" thank you and have a great rest of your day!! Wow!!!! Thanks for listening to your customer and making sure their experience was quality. No offer to speak with manager, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. This was not a case of short staffed either. There were 5-6 people on the line. At least 6 servers, a bartender and front of house. Unfortunately I tried to speak with the manager but he had a line of unhappy people . I hope cirporate figures out a way to get support to this location , but it is going to be a very long time before I give them my money for a mediocre (and that's beng kind!)meal. read more

After a bad experience at first watch in Decatur we decided to give this one a try. We had Najerai as our server here, while waiting for a table she offered to take care of us at an outside table, and was very attentive to our wants. Changed our outlook of First Watch. read more

I will try again the manager and waitress was extremely nice! We waited a hour after being seated.

I have to say I had the worst service ever at this 4650 Hugh Howell Rd, Tucker location. I Will never come back. Our waitress (Tara) was very rude and not of any kind of service. I ordered a salad and my daughter the tacos, which took 45 mins only to get tacos with no apology for the wait. I ended up canceling my salad because I had no clue as to when I would get my food. At that point Tara ignored us after i told her i wanted to cancel my order. Once my Daughter finished eating I had to ask the cashier for my bill because Tara never attempted to close out our order. Nice location but POOR SERVICE. read more

Bartender with the pink hair was very rude rushed me then didn't come back and check on us . We had to ask another server for a glass of water after we ate our whole meal without having any beverages. Food was tasty but the service has me waiting to return and sharing with my friends read more
