Had breakfast here again yesterday (2nd time in less than a week). The food was very good (had the farmhouse skillet). Was on my own and had a problem getting seated in that the host forgot about me. In the end got a seat the waiter apologized and as I was leaving the host apologized also the manager should they were sorry it happened. I only mentioned this because every acted very professional and courteous, that it shows why I frequent this place and will continue to do so. The place is a chain but feels like a one off local establishment. I highly recommend that you try this place you will not be disappointed. read more

I had the BLT Benedict which was simply delicious, I think the lemon dressed arugula was a real home run for me. Our server was susan and she was perfect - attentive and friendly. Great Fresh Food and Quick Service! My husband I went here for lunch to redeem my birthday coupon. If you didn't know, they offer a very generous BOGO coupon for your birthday, so we decided to sneak away for lunch last week. It was busy but not too busy. They quickly sat us as well as a 10-top that walked in just before us within minutes. We were quickly greeted and offered drinks and they took our food order when they brought our drinks. We always appreciate efficiency and this was perfect for us! The restaurant was more than half full, open and breezy, and a great mix of many people we actually know throughout town, which was funny for us as everyone was just there for a quick meal so it was nice to nod hello and keep on with our lunch. Everything on the special spring menu looked good, but I usually don't eat sugar, so we decided to it was the lavender French toast we could do without, despite lavender traditionally being one of my favorite flavors. We ended up getting the BEC sandwich and the SoCal Hash Bowl. Both were very tasty, but I preferred to bowl just a bit more. Every single flavor was just perfect together and I honestly struggled to share it with my husband The BEC was also very good, the sauces were yummy, but it was a lot of scrambled eggs, I bet it would be even better with sunny side up or over easy eggs too. Overall, we highly recommend this First Watch. We don't typically enjoy chain restaurants but this is a rare exception that gives the small town feels with fresh and reliable food -- and of course a does of small town feel with so many people we knew there lol. read more

Absolutely loved this restaurant, they never let you down with such a great ambiance and the food is always fresh! We had an excellent breakfast from the time we walked through the door. We only waited 5 mins for a table of 5 because we put our names on the waitlist ahead of time. The service was excellent, our food came very fast & we were constantly being asked if we needed more coffee or drinks. I ordered the 1/2 club sandwich on sourdough and Cobb salad, the Cobb salad was my favorite of the 2! It had so many toppings and tons of flavor but the sandwich was lacking a bit of flavor. My boyfriend has the hash and he loved it, he's already ready to come back and try more breakfast options. Him and I shared the blueberry pancake and it was a 10/10 pancake, we both thought it was amazing! My mom got the Floridian French Toast, it was fresh with the fruit it helped balance out the heaviness of the bread. My brother got the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, they were VERY sweet & VERY lemony but very yummy. The pancake itself was fluffier because of the ricotta and I definitely had more than a few bites of this! Went to First Watch in Stuart for our first time, glad we did. My wife tried the kale salad which she totally loved. I went with a combo which included eggs, French toast, and bacon. The eggs and French toast were very good but the bacon was way overcooked, for my liking. I would like to see First Watch switch over to a real thick sliced bacon. The other thing that would have taken the French toast really over the top would be if they offered the option, at a cost of course, of real maple syrup. Ous server Jason was exceptional, the restaurant pleasant and clean. We will definitely return. Cannot believe that in the six years we have lived in Stuart that we had never seen nor heard of First Watch. Go figure. read more

The food was good (just like any other First Watch). But the service was bad. I don't know why this is the only restaurant where we have to ask for water. We didn't get a meal we ordered, though we weren't charged for it so I guess it's ok. Our server dropped off our food and never came back. Someone else came and dropped off our bill but we were never asked if we needed anything else. I went to the counter to pay and to ask for a to go box. The food is tasty with a variety of options. I got their "tri-fecta" which came with eggs your style, a choice of protein, and waffles. My girlfriend has an elevated egg which is a delicious breakfast sandwich w/ arugula, avocado, bacon and more. Christina was my server she was excellent. First Watch is my wife and I go to place for breakfast and even lunch sometimes. (for Lunch my go to is the BLTE with potatoes instead of the tomato soup) We love the Stuart location specially because it has a shorter wait time than the Port Saint Lucie West one. Sometimes the wait time is over 30 minutes at the Port Saint Lucie West but there will be a new location on Traditions that should alleviate the foot traffic there. The food here is delicious!! I think that by now we have tried almost everything on the menu as we are recurring customers and love coming here. We truly enjoy the seasonal menu and my latest favorite has been the Shrimp and Grits. Their fresh brewed coffee is phenomenal and better than Starbucks! For a while we used to get the Chile Chorizo every time we went there but the Bacado, Ham and Gruyère and the smoked salmon are great choices as well. Our toddler loves his Avocado Toast with scramble eggs and the Kale tonic juice which is freshly made , all natural!!! The food was so fresh and yummy. Although I ordered the granola and banana pancake I left just right not feeling over stuffed after eating my pancake. Prices very reasonable for the quantity of food- even had half of my pancake left over. We only went to first watch once in Stuart florida. My husband's meal the eggs were really overcooked and he sent them back. The meal that came back the eggs were undercooked and he was sick for over 2 days. I had a skillet breakfast meal which was very good but I don't think we would be back at this point because we wouldn't want to risk it again. read more

Warmly greeted by the hostess as well as Chrissi our amazing server we found ourselves with a freshly made pot of coffee, some lovely recommendations, and cheery chatter as we made some decisions. My fiancé went with the Floridian French toast with is two large pieces of wonderfully prepared French toast served with warm syrup and freshly cut fruit; he absolutely loved it! I was more in the mood for lunch, so I went with the 1/2 sandwich 1/2 salad option; I had the most delicious roast beef sandwich with a yummy Cobb salad...the bread is Parmesan crusted, horseradish sauce is served on the side, there's sun dried tomatoes, onions, melty havarti, and fresh greens on the sandwich which creates this amazing bite! Normally I only have roast beef if it's rare, but this was tender and juicy and I'm happy I went with it...the Cobb salad was fresh and tasty and the ranch dressing made the perfect drizzle...
