Had to check out the hype, this place is always busy. First let's say the service was great (but I did go when they first opened). If you're wanting a brunch beverage (Bloody Mary) you'll need to go after 10am because the do not serve before. So I tried the "traditional" Eggs Benedict. It was fresh and tasty but the ham is not Canadian ham, rather shaved sandwich ham, think I prefer the thicker Canadian on mine. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked. NOTE: The hollandaise was a little too salty, so do not add additional salt. Coffee was hot and they leave a thermos so you don't have to constantly keep looking for a refill- a big plus. OJ did not taste concentrated, tasted fresh. All-in-all a good first try. read more

They have a few different juices and I was undecided so she suggested the Kale juice which was delicious, I also had a coffee and water. The place was very busy and very clean. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with fruit. Everything was delicious. I had been to a First Watch in Texas and it was also really good and needless to say this location did not disappoint either! My first time eating at this FW. I was seated faster than they had told me - a plus. There was a problem with my order. The server looked at it and said graciously as she scooped it up, "We'll fix that." And they did. The manager, Nick, came over and apologized personally. A fresh plate was brought a bit later and Nick comp'd the meal. Mistakes happen. This restaurant remedied the problem and gave great customer service! I'll be back! read more

Not really a fan thus far. Both times my family and I went in for breakfast our food just wasn't great. One example, was during our last visit my son and I both ordered poached eggs, and they came out extremely watery and under cooked. The rest of my family also was underwhelmed with the quality of food for the price. I'm sure at some point we'll give it another try but for now I can't really recommend. read more

My husband and had brea here for lunch today. Was our first visit and our last unfortunately. I've been to other locations that were great all around. This location was a waste of money. Our bill was $37 for 2 breakfasts and 2 non alcoholic drinks. So nothing fancy. Our tea and soft drink alone were $7. Really? Not even an offer of a refill. The eggs Benedict were so so, the grits were the thickest I've ever had, and the bacon was no where near crispy or even all the way done. We had to eat around the parts that were just undercooked fat. So disappointing. I'm so tired of trying new places this last year or so and having a lousy meal but we still have to pay $40+ almost anywhere these days. So many of my issues have been addressed in other poor reviews yet the issues continue so that leads me to think this is a management issue. wish I had read the reviews here before we chose to go. read more

No, with deep sadness, I cannot recommend this place. I had high hopes. Everything in the menu showed fresh and healthy choices but alas, this is not the case. My love of brunch is what brought me here and the lure were the lemon ricotta pancakes. Although, the lemon curd replaced the lemon zest within the pancake, this did not deter my enthusiasm. Unfortunately, what was provided to me were normal pancakes with some ricotta plopped into it. Ricotta should be mixed into it and it should have a fluffy texture. So those were a bust. The most shameful part that makes this place an absolute hard NO is the following information given to us by our very polite, kind and patient server was the fact that nowhere in this restaurant did they have BUTTER. They primarily use margarine. They can use oil if necessary, but not for the French toast my friend ordered. They are unable to cook using oil(?!) and can only use margarine for that. So, my friend ordered waffles instead since oil could be subbed. What's the big deal about using margarine? Margarine has bad fats which are highly toxic and can lead to cardiovascular problems. Butter is nutrient rich. Don't believe me, think I'm insane? Research it. Critically think for yourself. I care about my health. This place cares about the bottom line, not anyone's health. You can buy butter for $3 and for the same amount, you can buy margarine for $1. You do the math but for the prices charged at this restaurant I think that they can splurge and use butter, especially if they market themselves to care about health. It's weird but breakfast at McDonald's is healthier than this place, why? They use butter. On a bright note, everyone provided the best customer service and a warm welcoming ambiance. As a chef of 20+ years I am just blown away!! I requested for my French toast be cooked with butter and not margarine. I was told it could not be done, and I had to Change my order. To eggs benne and asked for well done potatoes and some of my potatoes where raw. Unbelievable!! I was told they have NO butter in the WHOLE restaurant. Wtf is this world coming to? why so cheap with prices that should accommodate having butter. Server was very polite and professional and was very apologetic. The Restaurant and bathrooms where clean. I would recommend to offer to do a trio for the eggs benne I really wanted to try all 3. I would have paid extra and was told there is no way to charge for and extra eggs benne and the cooks would not do it. Bummer this place really seemed to have the right idea with everything. Every time I visit any of there locations I'm pleased with the service, food, and staff. This is usually a weekly stop for me. I love the veggie market hash and beet juice usually are my regular go to. Make a reservation on Sunday its pretty busy on the weekend. read more

Pretty basic fare and the drinks are okay - but no bottomless mimosas :( the CLASSIC Sunday brunch staple. They don't have a ton of vegan options, but a decent amount of vegetarian ones. Definitely join the waitlist online if you're going in person on a weekend, especially. I ordered online for pickup once and it took about 25 minutes longer than the estimated window, so maybe call to check before you drive over to pick up your food. They can get reallllly busy, I think they're one of the only brunch places in Spring Hill so I get it. First Watch in Spring Hill, TN, has some room for improvement. I've been there 5 times since it opened, and every single time, something on an order had to be corrected. Whether it was lipstick on a cup, to a rock-hard waffle, two hard-boiled Eggs Benny, both sent back for correction, cold gravy, mixing up a runny egg and a well-done egg, it's unpredictable. Recently, my girlfriend and I ordered two meals online and picked them up from a side-door. The order was messed up, and not ready on time. Eggs were cooked incorrectly for both meals (swapped, likely), the Turkey Gravy "Buiscuits" are actually one biscuit, pulled into two halves, and the waffle was rock-hard and over-cooked. After the online order, we tried calling multiple times (no answer) and messaged them directly. It was obvious the place was understaffed. The dining room was not very busy during this time. However, nobody was answering the phone, not even taking online orders. I can't say is whether this is affected by a shrinking workforce, where there's just not enough help to hire, but I can say that nobody seems to be diligent in ensuring this location is truly successful. Maybe it's a bit of both. Either way, it's not a recipe for success, and it needs serious attention. read more

Do yourself a favor and drive to the Cool Springs location. I know they are still new but the service wasn't great and painfully slow! It took us 40 mins to get food after we ordered. We love the first watch in Cool Springs and ordered the same food but it was different. The skillet hash at this location was completely different and tasted horrible. The potatos were burned but raw on the inside. The pancakes weren't fluffy but super crispy?! The chicken patty sausages were AWFUL!! We will stick with other locations. read more

Got great service while watching the prep staff slay it turning out great food with good flavors. Well seasoned, cooked perfectly, and delivered with a great look. We just went to first watch for brunch on Sunday, waited over an hour finally got our food, not all of it came we had to wait for the for the rest and none of it was hot when it was delivered it was barely warm! Terrible service today kitchen staff obviously was lacking they had to serve our ice tea in a Styrofoam cup they had no more glasses said they ran out because not enough people to wash dishes! None of this is OK I've been to many together locations and never ever had such a horrible experience if they don't fix the situation quickly we will not be back! read more
