We just moved here from out of state and are staying at a RV park nearby while we wait to move into our house. We tried coming here last week at 1pm and it was PACKED so we decided to try again today and got up early to come check it out. I put my name on the waitlist online just in case, but getting here at 8am it was still pretty empty. The space is pretty large and very farmhouse style feel with the decor. Very neat and clean and they are enforcing distance between tables. The menu is chock-full of healthy options and meals made with fresh ingredients. Yeah, it's fresh! Like, seriously fresh. I was so thrilled to finally be able to eat something healthy and fresh with all the fast food we have been eating! It definitely took me a while to decide what I wanted to eat. There is sooo much to choose from and everything sounded amazing. I ordered the red medicine drink and hubby got the coffee. The juice was crisp and the bold tart flavors combined well with the tea, honey and cinnamon. It was the perfect juice to kickstart my day. The coffee was more robust than hubby is used to but he loved it saying it was not bitter or too acidic, and I love the story behind Project Sunrise! Hubby ordered the French Toast. The custard was an interesting addition to the batter in that it made it more "egg-y" and the texture was more sponge-like which he really loved. It was the perfect combo of sweet and savory with the syrup added. The compote was sweet and tangy and the butter on top was also good (tasted like a cinnamon butter). The syrup bottle was warm which is a huge added bonus! Pouring cold syrup on a warm piece of French toast or pancake stinks! He also ordered a side of two farm fresh eggs and they were cooked to perfection and it was evident they were fresh! I ordered the Healthy Turkey omelet with a Cinnamon Chip pancake on the side. The omelet was cooked thoroughly (I hate slimy eggs and these were not that at all--clearly cooked on both sides and not overcooked either), and all the ingredients were fresh and crisp. Have I mentioned everything is fresh?! Because it is and it's clear they pride themselves on it, and I am beyond excited to have found this place and get a fresh home-cooked style meal!! The toast and jam was delicious as well, and I loved the extra tomato slices on the plate...which again were evidently ripe and fresh! If you are here during the winter, do yourself a favor and get the Cinnamon Chip pancake (even if you just add a single one on the side). The pancakes are massive and fill the entire plate, so keep that in mind when ordering. I couldn't pass up trying this flavor since it's seasonal. I took the first few bites without adding any syrup to give it a taste on its own and holy cow it is so good. Thin yet fluffy and airy. And those cinnamon chips are so interesting. I am not usually a huge fan of cinnamon flavored anything but these were scrumptious. The perfect balance of sweetness and not too overpowering with the cinnamon. I added the syrup for the second half and it just added to the overall flavor of the pancake. Slam dunk right here and I'm so glad I got one to try. I just noticed that this is a chain throughout AZ so I am hoping we have one near our new house, otherwise it's totally worth the drive up here for this location specifically. Rose was our server and she was patient while I took forever to pick what I wanted, checked on us frequently (but not too much which I appreciate), and just added to the overall pleasant dining experience. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous, they fully sanitize the tables between guests, and the food is FRESH, delectable and absolutely worth the 5 stars. Come early so you don't have to fight the crowds, but if you do come later in the day and have to wait to be seated, trust me, it's worth the wait!! read more

Apparently they are a chain of restaurants, but this was my first ever visit to one and we tried out the breakfast menu. The server was friendly and very responsive. She knew the menu very well. They have your classic breakfast items, but also have elevated recipes such as, ricotta lemon curd pancakes and barbacoa quesadilla Benedict, to name a few. Great food, great drinks. Loved the crafted virgin drinks since I don't really drink alcohol. The waitress was very helpful & gave great recommendations for what to try. Food is reasonably priced. The surprising incredible good & fun breakfast in Arizona here. Interesting menus and hips. Special healthy fancy morning vegetable drink that looks like energized cocktails. Thick Flatten slice cinnamon bacon over with honey, over the saltiness, just perfect combination ! Market vegetable Omelette add sunrise tomatoes. Giant pancake and round donut breakfast. Went here for the first time and it was ok. Our server wasn't very good. We ordered coffee, but when I wanted water as well she had an attitude. The food was ok, the fruit was good. I had the egg white omelet and fresh fruit which was ok. My son had the omelet with chorizo, and didn't like it at all. I wouldn't give them a bad review, but we will not ever go back. Just ok. Such a nice spot for a hearty breakfast. My sister found this location online and we decided to stop in before departing AZ. Even with a party of 6 we were seated immediately. Our server was lovely and laughed at all dad's terrible jokes. The menu offered so many different options, so everyone was pleased. I settled on the avocado toast and a side of cheesy grits. Sister got the egg sandwich, boyfriend and bro got biscuits and gravy, and step mom got the granola. At the last minute we got an order of the millionaire bacon for the table. I got the Lemon Ricotta pancakes and we shared a side of million dollar bacon. The pancakes were fluffy and light but very filling. I've never had (or even thought of) lemon pancakes but holy cow they were tasty. The fresh strawberries on top and the delicious maple syrup options made this a breakfast I will need to repeat soon. My companions got the chickichanga and the tropical French toast. Both smelled, looked and tasted amazingly good. Honestly, the whole menu just had a 'fresh' vibe and there were a lot of gf/healthy options but they didn't LOOK like health food, ya know? This FW is surrounded by multiple 3-star lodgings, so you can expect a lot of travelers "bulking up" before hitting the road. Enjoyed breakfast here 2 days in a row and both selections were delicious. The first was the Parma Skillet Hash. Filled with Italian sausage, Crimini mushrooms, onions and roasted tomatoes and topped with two cage free eggs that were perfectly basted soft. It was a meal I will remember. Bursting with flavor and all fresh ingredients. Bellissimo! The dish was accompanied by their own whole grain artisan toast that was prepared to my request - "lightly toasted" and augmented with their house made preserves! Dish two was the Lemon Ricotta pancakes. Multi grain batter, whipped ricotta cheese and topped with seasonal berries, creamy lemon curd. That location became a weekly routine for my son & I since he had weekly visits at the CRS clinic across the street. When we found this location, closer to home we were excited! Took us a bit to get there, traffic wise and location isnt easy to get to. It was packed,lots of people waiting and crazy busy inside, but we waited. Service was minomal, our server wasnt very attentive. We had to ask for assistance from other servers to get refiĺls, extra napikns, etc. The food was great, no concerns there! I came here for breakfast to catch up with a friend. It was my first time and I had no idea what to order to drink. There were two drinks I really wanted and I couldn't decide between the summer blush and morning meditation. The waitress was so sweet she brought me a sample of both. I couldn't decide still because they were both pretty good so she hooked it up and gave me some of each for the price of one. The summer blush is watermelon, pineapple, and apple as the main flavors. It tasted predominantly of watermelon with a hint of everything else. It was refreshing in the heat. The morning meditation was orange, turmeric, and ginger as the main flavors. The orange was subtle. The tumeric and ginger were more obvious but lightened by the orange juice. If I had to honestly pick, I liked the morning meditation better. For breakfast, I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes. They came 2 pancakes on a plate with lemon curd and fresh strawberries on top. To be honest, i was so hungry I didn't notice there was no ricotta until now. Maybe it was mixed with the lemon curd but I don't think so. The pancakes were still good without it. The lemon and strawberries go well together. I also got a side of their bacon and it was super good. It was candied with maple brown sugar and pepper. The reason for my 4 and not 5 star review comes down to one thing... the service. The food was great but the service was not the best. The only time we saw our waitress was twice... once when she took the order and the second time was when she presented us the bill. I heard a lot about this place so I checked there out twice. In my both experiences, the staff were extra nice, and it was easy to find parking. The coffee there is amazing. I mean every drink there is just too good to be true but I do suggest the purple haze, it is a weird but tasty lemonade with a hint of lavender. The eggs, the bread, the pancakes are awesome. This place looks tiny from the parking lot, but it is a decent size! We put in our names and were told it was going to be 30 to 40 minutes. There was a table open, but since it would seat 8 I figured that was why we weren't seated there. I asked for out door seating just because of a personal situation we were having and they said we could immediately be seated. As they were cleaning up and more people were coming in I noticed every one was being told 10 minutes, lol and they sat a couple at the 8 person table. So I went and asked the girl to seat us inside (I explained our situation and she apologized and took us straight in). I was prepared to immediately take one star off based on our seating misunderstanding....but then I tasted their coffee...(add a star). The food was was good, not great but I did order a basic traditional breakfast. We had a baby with us who, if she could talk, would likely beg to differ. She loved the food and ate way more than any 1 year should be able to eat The cashier was super friendly and treated everyone like she knew them personally. Stopped by on a Sunday morning for a quick brunch. There was a wonderful variety of options including healthy meals such as a multigrain pancakes. I got the banana almond crunch pancakes which had a huge serving size and tasted delicious. I wasn't able to tell it was made of multigrain flour.
