Loveeee it here! If you want a healthy, hearty, fresh breakfast or lunch you should definitely try it out. The pancakes are fluffy and amazing and the avocado toast is perfect ! read more

This place is sooooo good, but I highly recommend downloading the app so you can place yourself on the waiting list to get a table.

5th time coming here and before today I had the best service and quality food. Unfortunately today me and my coworker came around 1pm only to wait approx 40 min for our food. They said they are backed up but to see people who came after us leave and get their food before us was unbelievable. Fortunately I had a great waitress Mariela who manage to get us 50% off our tab. The kitchen staff needs to step it up and having customers wait 30+min is UNSAT!. But GOOD JOB TO MARIELA thank you! read more

First Watch is a mixed bag. We've had perfect meals and service and not so perfect meals and service. It needs to be more consistent to garner a loyal base of customers. read more

Great food and service was close to the kitchen and able to see the variety and freshness of their food. GM posed as regular customer and returned his food and staff was more than happy to accommodate. The food does take bit to come out but nothing major . read more

Expensive food ($72 for family of 4) and it was cold, kids food came about 5-10 minutes after ours, the waffle was way over done (too crunchy), portions were small (especially for the price) and the food was bland. And why did we get a dry spring mix salad with Eggs Benedict?? Makes no sense at all, with no topping or dressing to go with it. The food combos made no sense to us, but it was a new age concept so we were open to it. But never again. If we're going to have bad food, we'll go to Ihop and have cheap, bad food. read more

Great spot for breakfast brunch! The millionaire bacon is very delicious! All that's missing is a Mimosa

Great breakfast spot! Good healthy options with good service. Easy to get in and out unless it's busy. Would recommend going early.

Service was wonderful and the food is outstanding. So glad Pearland finally got a breakfast place other than IHOP and Kelley's. Will definitely be a returning customer! read more

Have not been to this location just yet. However I am so excited to see that Pearland has a First Watch now! I've been one in Edmond, OK. I love First Watch and would definitely recommend their Tri-fecta! They have awesome pancakes & the banana granola crunch pancake is to die for! read more

The food was great but the service was not. I am POC and as soon as we stepped in and checked in the hostess said for us the wait was going to be an hour while for everyone else after us she kept saying it was going to be 45 minutes. She sat another table of 2 that came in after us before she sat us down. We had to wait around 10 minutes for a waitress and that's only because we asked the bus boy to call our waitress since we'd been waiting for so long. Our waitress showed up once during our meal and when another waitress brought us our food the food was cold. This is a great place food wise but they need better customer service. I hope they learn to treat all of their customers the same and not only their white customers with great customer service. read more

Everything was marvelous! Four of us ordered various breakfast items and shared. Manager, Griffin, was awesome to stop by and discuss the menu and our experience. Suggested menu items for special diets which he said is in the works. Yay! This is a special place! read more

Woah did not expect the food to be so delicious! Healthy and home grown options for everyone. Popular place, get there early.

Amazing food and service! I've been here twice and both times it was delicious. I would recommend the French toast and the avocado toast.

First watch is my family and I's go-to brunch spot. Along with the amazing staff, the food here has always been superb. On our most recent occasion, we had Alex as our server. He did amazing by recommending new entrees to try and he did not disappoint whatsoever! 10/10 will be back again. read more

Food is above average but service is not so great. Group of 2 seated at table's intended for 6+.

Went for breakfast on one of my last days of summer break. I ordered the ham and gruyere omelette. It wasn't bad, but not the best omelette I've ever had either. First, the cheese was just on top, not inside like one would expect. The menu said herbs, but there were none. Second, the butter/margarine was not even melted on my toast, which tells me it had been sitting around getting cold before it was served to me. The potatoes were decent. read more

Always enjoy going to this location. The place is cute, the staff is friendly, and the food is good. Nice atmosphere where you don't feel like you are making bad choices. read more

Love the fresh food here. It is always busy, but the wait times are short. I have had eggs, grits, the oatmeal pancakes... I have not been disappointed. It is not a good place for heavy eaters, unless you spend a lot of money to buy 2 entrées or sides to one entrée. ...but my heavy hitters loved the taste of the food. read more

Glad to see another breakfast option nearby! I appreciate that their website has very detailed nutritional information for each dish. We tried two of the omelettes. While they looked nice, they were overcooked (dry) and very thin. For the cost I would expect another egg in there and more ingredients. I didn't care for their coffee. Staff were nice and you can see they're still trying to figure out a good rhythm. We'll be back. read more

It is getting 1 star because of the wait time and service. So the food is good but the service and wait time time is horrible. The servers are nice but are about as visible as ghosts. It literally takes forever to get your food. This will probably be the last visit at this establishment. It may be a poor kitchen layout or staff that is not being managed correctly. Either way there is no excuse for the service and wait times. The food is fresh and has a lot of flavor. I have been in the food business a long time and let me tell you that training is lacking. Scrambled eggs come out as chopped up eggs, not scrambled. Pancakes are always tasty but dry. Drinks are always good but refills are always along way away. This type of food does not need to be fancied up the way it is. read more

This was a great place to go for a wonderful breakfast! The service and the food was excellent! Darius was a wonderful server!

Pancakes cold. No Syrup served. Overdone poached egg. Overpriced breakfast. This location needs some work! read more

I have been to this place a few times and have always had to wait a little longer than I thought necessary, but it wasn't too bad. This last time I went though was ridiculous. I put us in line in the Waitlist app and got there at my suggested arrival time. When I went to check in they told me to expect another 30 minutes even though there were plenty of empty tables and people leaving. When we were finally seated we waited another 10 minutes before anyone took our order, waited almost an hour for food and ended up asking for it to go. They kept telling us they were understaffed and I wasn't upset with the people working because they were trying, but I do think management should consider having more people on staff to keep this from happening. read more

Horrible service the waiter forgot I existed and did not take my order until 20 minutes later. They restaurant is not even busy as they have limited seating due to COVID. Will not be returning. read more

This place is ridiculously good! Everything my boyfriend and I ordered was fresh and tasty. I tried the huevos tostada and it was packed with so many flavors my taste buds were high fiving each other. My boyfriend tried the Egg Benedict Salmon and by the look of his empty plate, I'd say he liked it. Must try the Million Dollar Bacon--truly lives up to its name. We will definitely be back! read more

Stopped in for the first time this morning and was initially worried because of the number of people standing by the door waiting for a table but they sat us almost immediately. We both ordered a coffee, which was hot but wasn't anything special flavor wise, I had the seasonal grits and pork belly and my husband had the seasonal cinnamon roll waffle with a side of bacon. Both choices were good, not the best, but solid options and there were a lot of other choices on their "standard" menu that also looked tasty. I like that they offer seasonal items in addition to their regular menu. Our waitress was very friendly and drinks and food were brought out quickly. Overall the food was above average for a breakfast/diner place and we will be back to try more of their menu. read more

I really wanted to like this place. When we went the first time, the wait was long, service was bad, food was not hot. Figured it was because the place was new and they were trying to get everything in sync. Today we went and we were seated fairly quickly. I ordered just two scrambled eggs because I wasn't very hungry. My husband really wanted to give this place another shot. He ordered the cheesy grits with pork belly...cold the people next to us were seated about thirty minutes after us and got their food way before us. We were about to leave when our food came out and they forgot my eggs. Not one to leave a bad review. But definitely will not be returning. This place is overrated. Better off going to a Waffle House. read more

Horrible service and they always make mistakes in my orders, the manager does not know how to deal with anything

Justin always makes our visits here at First Watch amazing! His customer service is outstanding and he always exceeds our expectations. The food is always delicious and fresh and their coffee is out of this world! read more

Gave them another try and it was fantastic... Nisha our server was amazing. We had sandwich, salad and added the tomato soup. Felt like we hit The trifecta! Yummy, to top it all up we had our kale tonic to go it's best in town! Well will definitely be back... read more

Unfortunately, I live in Pearland & it wasn't till I went to Austin that I tried First Watch. This one is just as awesome. Healthy Turkey omelette w/gluten free toast (have celiacs) is always my go too. The kitchen added my two extra egg whites and I got a monster of healthy deliciousness. They don't have as many GF options as other restaurants but the classics like eggs/bacon/toast/ coffee is done so well I don't care. read more

I've seen a couple of friends tag themselves here on Facebook which made me want to try it. My sister and her fiance decided to give it a try. It was a Saturday around 11am, we waited for about 25-30 minutes. While waiting we noticed tables that were open but had not been bussed yet. I figured they would be on it trying to get as many turnovers as possible being that it was busy. We were finally sat and given our menus. After looking over the menu I noticed they had this seasonal dish which was mexican elote hash. When I got my dish there was very few pieces of corn, the potatoes were overcooked and mushy and bland, my eggs were cooked over hard after requesting over easy. I might go back and give them another try but it's not on the top of my list. read more

Omg flavor heaven! I had the ricotta pancakes, avocado toast millionaire bacon and basted eggs . The flavors were amazing. Let's face it no breakfast place is ever perfect. Other reviews complained about wait times or the bathrooms. None of that mattered to me to have a wonderful flavorful food made all the difference for me. I thought the prices were reasonable and the atmosphere fun. Our waiter was friendly but busy for a Sunday morning. Would just be expected. Overall I highly recommend it. I will be going back again and again my new favorite breakfast spot read more

Went in with my wife very nice restaurant the food is good Service is great very updated and old standard of service you know the coffee is left on the table lots of bread so good read more

Glad I didn't go based solely off the Yelp reviews. First Watch was great. We were quickly seated, our server was amazing, & the food was solid! Glad to know there is a good brunch location in east pearland other than Kelly's lol. The facility is also super cute! I had the avocado toast with my eggs over hard, really enjoyed the plate. The toast is bomb.com read more

First watch is a great idea with a few mistakes. They're extremely overpriced for very plain okay food. On top of that their portioning is barely enough to feed an 10 year old child let alone a grown human being. Otherwise the staff was extremely polite and nice and really tried their hardest to make our stay the best one possible. read more

I love this place, then environment, the staff, the food. I went one morning and ordered the biscuit and gravy, the gravy had shredded turnkey and reminded me of what my mom makes on thanksgiving! so good I wish I could have finished it but with the eggs and potatoes I became full with a little left to finish but just couldn't stuff anything more in my mouth. The coffee is very good and complimentary and the food came out hot and fast. I've yet to have a personal bad experience here and plan to continue to be a guest here. read more

I called ahead with a party of nine and were told they would prepare a table for us. We told them we would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. When we got there we were third in line and they did have something reserved for us but then gave it to somebody else that was complaining. We were then told it would be 20 minutes and perhaps we could get two tables close together. This is the third time we've had to wait significantly. The service is terrible. I will never go there again! read more

Family of 6 came for a birthday brunch and we were all impressed. The decor was great, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food delicious. The juices were unique and tasty (the kale one was great), and we were especially fond of the lemon ricotta pancakes and their perfectly cooked grits. Carrot cake pancake was just okay (not sweet like we were expecting) but otherwise we loved everything. Cant wait to come back! read more
