Hit and miss. Hit the food, good tasting, nice portions. Miss the OJ and coffee, what is that aftertaste ? Ask for a glass of water, you get a bottle of 4-5 glasses worth. Drink all you can, they wastefully toss the rest. Silverware was spotted something awful. Maybe a better wash or a wipe down would help? BTW, first watch is 8 pm to midnight, they're not even open then... read more

Decent food. Took too long to come out, but it was good and clean tasting. I would go again to try something else on the menu.

Upon arrival we put our name on the list for a 20 minute wait. Not a big deal. Went to sit right outside the front door and left our name and phone number. Stayed within eyesight of the hosts. I got 4 texts in a row, got up and came in within 2 minutes and told the host I was confused because I got a text that said my table was ready, and 2 texts following that I was removed from the waitlist. She stated that she removed me because she alerted me multiple times and I didn't come up. I said oh ok, so we have 2 minutes to get to the host stand or we are removed, also you alerted me once. Got it. Sat down, got our coffee and have now been seated for 45 minutes after placing our order. I also have been in the industry for 4 plus years and did not feel like we had a good experience from start to what we are still waiting for as finish. Typically we go to the champions location, and never have a wait, and are in and out in under 30 minutes. Multiple tables around us also got their food before us and were seated after us. I have also never been to this location so I'm not sure if it'd an off day or if it's always this way. read more

Wow where do I start.!? first time in and it won't be the last, from the beginning it was very inviting... the staff was incredibly nice. my dad and I came in for a late brunch we were super impressed. Our server Justin was very prompt and professional he suggested I get the short rib Benedict "out of this world good" my dad got the French toast and hands down the best his had in a while. Can't wait to be back thank you Justin for the great experience read more

I really enjoyed my breakfast. I loved the yelp check-in. We were able to walk right in and sit down even though other people were waiting. I had the crab omelette, a seasonal specialty. It was absolutely delicious. My ham and Gruyere sandwich was a hit too. I can't wait to try the maple and brown sugar bacon next time. read more

FW is becoming a regular for us. I usually get the 2 for you combo, I get the Monterrey Club sandwich (half) and Avacado Chop salad. Portion sizes are a pretty good size. I've ordered the soup before, both the broccoli cheese and tomato basil are good. I prefer the tomato basil myself. My Mom ordered the trifecta with the banana crunch pancake, she couldn't even finish the pancake it was so big. She said the pancake was packed with so much yummy goodness (nuts, bananas, cranberries) that she didnt even need to use syrup. We've dined on days when it was super crowded and days when we were the only ones there. Huge difference in service. The service wasn't super terrible on the busy days, I just think it's a new business getting settled in. Great addition to Pearland, we will definitely be back soon! read more

The worst "host". Was told a 30 minute wait that turned into over 45 minutes. Really rude and unorganized. Will not be coming back to this location. 10/30/22 at 10:30 am. read more

I can't figure out if the weekend crowds are there for the food or if they just want to to be seen... breakfast/ brunch was good but it is hard to mess up breakfast. Certainly not bad but was a little pricey and nothing special. If you have plenty of time, they are worth the visit. read more

First visit was fantastic!! Great food, the wait was 45min but we came at the same time as a lot of people so that was my fault. Hostess was nice... she did need to communicate better about why the wait was so long to the guests. It would've cut down on the complaints about why there were open tables no one was sitting at. Second visit 1 week later and we walked into no hostess or wait staff to greet us for 10 minutes. The hostess sat a table but didn't acknowledge we were standing there or make eye contact. When she finally did greet us... it was all business, no smile. Food was once again delicious but it took 45min from the time we put our order in to receive our food and unfortunately it was cold when it did arrive. I worked in food service years before and First Watch definitely need to work on customer service with a smile, communicating with the guests and teaching the waitstaff to better communicate with the kitchen. read more

Only had one meal there sos far, I tried the eggs Benedict and it was great in my opinion. Servers were responsive and attentive.

was quoted 10-15 min on a to go order. I waited 45 minutes. It took a manager to find my order and hand it to me right away. lol

This is the spot for breakfast. You want go wrong anything on the menu. All of their morning juices are great. The inside give you a farmhouse fell in Avery good way. My waitress Megan was very polite and professional. If you try it you will like it. I will be back. read more

I came to this restaurant for my friend's birthday brunch. I actually suggested this place because I knew it was new and to be frank, it's close to my home. Walking in, the atmosphere was really relaxing and the design of the restaurant was really aesthetically pleasing. We were able to order as soon as we got there, and our waitress was very polite yet genuine, answering any questions we had about the menu. I wasn't expecting much whenever I ordered, but I was definitely beyond satisfied with my food. I ordered the Parma Skillet Hash. My food was flavorful and delicious, and it also came with a side of toast, jam, and fruit. I really liked that, because I was able to balance out the savoriness of my main meal with the toast & jam. I truly have no complaints. I really enjoyed my experience here. I plan on coming again soon. read more

Saw that this place opened and decided to give it a try. Ordered Floridian French toast and my wife ordered the elevated egg sandwich. They were both delicious and filling! The price was also fair considering the portions and quality of the ingredients. The service was also friendly and attentive, which is expected since they just opened. Only time will tell if the service keeps up. read more

Excited to try for the First time. Extremely disappointed, eggs Benedict classic was very bland no flavor and served cold. For the price and quality of food Panera will continue to get my breakfast money. 99.9% sure I will not be returning. Read a few other comments and seen the same problems. First Watch has since reached out to me to make a better experience for me. I will honor their invite and give an updated response soon after my next visit! Thanks! Went today and the Food was delicious! Waffle and eggs were made perfect. The staff could have been a bit more lively but, it's not a perfect world. Thanks for inviting us back. read more

This is the first time I've been here and I definitely plan on coming back. I came on a Wednesday morning (during Spring Break) at 9:30 AM and was promptly sat. Our food took the normal amount of time. I got the huevos rancheros tostadas and my fiancé got the tri-fecta with a pancake. One word...amazing! read more

I love this place! First Watch does get quite busy but that's how you know it's good. Their healthy menu is extensive in my opinion. Instead of the normal fruit and oatmeal as the "healthy" option they have omelettes, chia pudding bowl, and power wraps. I got the "tri-athlete" which is an omelet, whole grain toast, and fruit. Their turkey club is amazing as well. The atmosphere is great, the staff is attentive, and the parking didn't give me a headache. If you're thinking about going here, do yourself a favor and give it a try! read more

The cobb salad was excellent. I loved it and I would order it again the next time we visit. The staff is very warm and cordial. The fact that it lies in the heart of Pearland, promise that the city has a lot to offer in the future. read more

Dawn at First watch in Pearland was amazing!!! She took excellent care of us, quick, and knowledgeable. Totally recommend her!!!

This place is a regular for us, they have a hiccup now and then but consistently deliver great service and food. Our server today Deborah, and we were stoked as she is our favorite. She always has a smile, the order is never wrong, drinks are always full and she checks in on us regularly, she is absolutely fabulous and never disappoints. Today started with Coffee, Morning Meditation and OJ for the hubs. This is our regular drink order and it's always tasty and refreshing. Then for brunch we had the Two-Egg Breakfast with Belgium Waffle and side of Potatoes and the Truffle Mushroom Hash (I mixed it before I remember to take a pic, it had a good presentation on arrival). Both dishes were delicious as usual. I even got some Butternut Squash Soup to go because it looked so good. The lady next to us heard I ordered the Truffle Mushroom Hash and leaned over to tell me that what she got and it was soo good. I have really been impressed with the food and service at this location, we have yet to have a bad experience here. read more

Madilynn (Maddie) was a great waiter! The Food was fantastic as usually is! Love this place.

Although it took a long time for the food to reach my mouth, the food is delightfully tasteful. Pearland deserves this type of carefully crafted fresh food in their repertoire of restaurants on the east side. I've have visited 3 different times trying to determine the best time to go where the wait is not long. I don't mind waiting 30-45 minutes for a table. It is the 45 minutes to an hour from the time I have placed my order before I am served my meal. We ordered as soon as our waitress Ruth came to the table, hoping to make up for the extra 20 minutes we waited for a table. Today I ordered the fall pumpkin oatmeal with a muffin and my husband had the fall pumpkin pancake meal. We didn't receive our meal for 45 minutes. We were annoyed today with the extreme wait. Our server Ruth was kind and briskly swept by to ask if we were ok but offered no updates on our food until I had to stop her and ask for her to please check. There were many customers frustrated today while we were there due to the wait time which was considerably longer than what was told to customers by the hostess. The restaurant has been open since July and the speed of production has not improved. All three times I have been given the excuse "they are backed up in the kitchen and it goes by the order of the tickets" Great tasteful food- slow service- have time and patience. read more

This was my first time at First Watch, after just vibing in the area I decided to give it a go and I'm so happy I did. Gabby was a complete sweetheart and her customer service was top notch. Promotion for her, immediately! Just a super warm energy that was appreciated this Valentines Day morning. The food was SO good, even the salad mix that came with my omelette! Thanks again to Gabby for making my morning read more

It is Jan 2021 and with everything going on they pile people up at the front door while the socially distanced tables are empty. The host said they don't want to "overwhelm" wait staff. It's easy to see why, they have two speeds, slow and reverse. There is NEVER a bonafide manager on duty here either which is why it's run to cater to the convenience of staff not convenience and health of patrons. read more

I don't wanna be a Karen but the wait was so long to make just a sandwich and soup and the other half of my table got their food 20 minutes earlier. Also the service was basically nonexistent despite half the place being empty. The Market Veggie was actually really good but after waiting for over an hour after being seated I was so upset I almost didn't want to eat anymore read more

Mediocre breakfast. Expect to stir your coffee with your fork or knife. Had to ask for syrup that wasn't brought out with our pancakes. Waited for syrup while our server was in the kitchen popping another employees back.... Food is ok, nothing special. Managers are inconsistent with rules on coupons. read more

I said I would wait 2-3 months before going back to First Watch. Maybe, I shouldn't have waited so long. Because this mornings breakfast was awesome. Had the eggs Benedict Florentine and cheese grits that were spot on. Service was prompt and VERY attentive. "I'll be back" read more

Nice brunch spot but bring a blanket. I rarely eat here even though I like it because it is so darn COLD!

I recommend this play 100% the food is delicious you can't go wrong with breakfast. The million dollar bacon is delicious. The best servers are Brookelynn,Cierra, and Taylor. They are people you can't forget they're very good at what they do and provide excellent service each time I've went. You won't be disappointed coming here! It's also a nice place you can enjoy with your friends and have an enjoyable experience! read more

Service was amazing! Our waitress Cierra was extremely polite and accommodating! No complaints there. I would have given 5 stars but my partner and I sat by the window where the kitchen is, and were extremely uncomfortable with the lack of professionalism and attitude from who I assume was the manager when speaking to the staff. read more

Worst customer service ever! Went and checkin was told that there would be about a 25 minute wait for a party of 2, and we will receive a text message once our table is ready. We were waiting outside and after 40 minutes we went inside to check and was seated immediately due to them not effectively using there own system. Multiple customers were experiencing the same frustration. We were seated next to another party of 2. They placed their orders and then we did a minute after. They received their drinks and we received a glass of water with food floating in one of the glasses. Told the waitress she did immediately got us a new clean cup, but after that we never saw the waitress again. The same table next to us received their food and after that we decided to let the hostess know that we are leaving due to lack of service on multiple occasions. And instead of trying to fix the situation the hostess just said ok. Would not recommend going to this location. read more

Usually decent food as a pretty healthy option. Service has been pretty good due to limited capacity because of COVID-19. Quality goes down a bit during peak busy times but overall would definitely recommend and continue attending for breakfast/brunch read more

Food was awesome! I had the salmon bene and shared a pecan pancake with my husband. He had the fritatta. Kids menu includes a drink which is a plus. This place is overpriced and bland ! I have no idea why they even bother to open this second location since the one in cypress is always empty !
