    Chile Chorizo Omelet
    Sara M.

We decided to meet up here with family for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We used the online waitlist to get in line before arriving, but still had to wait at least 20 mins after arriving to be seated (maybe due to having a party of 6). My husband got the French toast which he enjoyed but felt it needed a bit more flavor and was a bit too dry. I got the chile chorizo omelette which was flavorful and came with arugula on the side. Our waitress was attentive and equipped our table with a pot of coffee which was very appreciated! Food came out quickly. I probably will return to try other items on the menu!

My family met at First Watch on a busy Sunday morning. There was a 25 minute wait but it was worth it. Our server was very pleasant and helpful. This was my first time there and I was ready for the blueberry lavender French toast. It was yummy! I also ordered the purple haze lemonade it was also very good. My niece recommended the million dollar potatoes. I enjoyed every part of this meal. My family was pleased with what they ordered as well. I have adequate seating, we were staying close to our window, which I like. There's also ample parking in the plaza. We will definitely be returning.

Stopped in here for lunch. Staff is great and the place is always packed because the food is good!

We ordered the SoCal hash bowl and smoked salmon Benedict. It took a while for our food to come out. The SoCal was good except the over easy egg was overcooked. The smoked salmon Benedict was only okay. The restaurant is very loud.

Excellent breakfast, as always. Make reservations ahead and avoid long waits. Ambience is calm, but busy in a good sense with many families having a good time.

First visit. Modern, clean and inviting decoration. Very nice. Service was prompt and friendly and food was excellent. Will be back for sure.

First watch is always a classic and go to, staying consistent with good food, atmosphere, and friendly service. Their new golden cinnamon buns sounded amazing and I usually don't get any of their small plates since I get full fast - but the description made it sounds super yummy. When they came out, it was extremely disappointing It was dry and hard, and there was very minimal icing on top. Compared to the picture, I had to laugh at the differences... You could tell it was just microwaved and they threw golden sprinkles on top. I don't know why I felt the need to write a review on just cinnamon buns but I was sooo let down by the poor quality. Especially for $6?! Gas station honeybuns would've been better. And cheaper.

    French burnt toast!

I ordered the French toast and one side is burnt! Million dollar potatoes a lot of burnt stuff inside of it! 32.00 and I can't enjoy two of the items.

Overall a nice brunch spot. The food was okay, but not outstanding especially for the pricing. The side salad stuff was lacking in flavor. But the donut hole special was really good though! The service was okay too. Not sure if it was a bad/busy day since I was there on a holiday, but the server was not the nicest server.

Cold breakfast didn't even melt the butter. Bacon cold..

Granted it was a holiday weekend however, we waited our time. Besides the greeter everyone else was subpar and i work in the service industry. My food arrived to my table cold, it took my server 10 minutes to get back around to the table for me to even tell her by that time it was ice cold. The butter did not even melt on my pancake. When I asked if it could be warmed up she said. We dint have warmers it comes fresh to your table once it is made. I politely said that did not come fresh to my table. She said I could have them remake it. At this point what would be the purpose? My party was done eating. I go to the bathroom someone is changing put toilet paper as I am washing my hands getting g ready to dry them I notice there is no paper towels. I say you our out of paper towel she said sorry i will have to get some, and continues on with what she is doing. I guess I will just shake my hands dry and use my jacket to get out the bathroom. First and last experience with this restaurant.

What a great place to dine. They specialize in breakfast and lunch. Cocktails are availabe. So many healthy choices. Our table ordered a variety of items, such as breakfast tacos, waffles, shiahito brisket hash and classic breakfast. Our table enjoyed blueberry lemon muffin. Everything was wonderfully delicious!! What makes everything so special was the staff and how very clean everything was. We had to wait but worth it. Our host and waitress were polite and personable. Our every need was satisfied very promptly. This is an establishment that I would patronize over and over and bring friends. Thank you First Watch for everything!

Friendly staff and bright and clean atmosphere. Goods and drinks are delicious. It is just right potion for me that be able to finish food that I ordered. A little pricey but perfect place for a nice breakfast.

It's been a year since I was here last. I was really hoping that this experience would be better than last. Honestly, I would not know because after waiting for 15 minutes to put my name down on the list, they told me that it would take another 30 minutes to get seated, at 30 minutes I went in to see how many were in front of us. They then said oh it's probably another 40 minutes before we can be seated. He said it very flippantly too after I said wait a second you just told me it was 30 minutes now you're telling me it's another 40. Why didn't you just tell me that in the first place and instead making me wait and waste my time here? This process has been incredible inefficient unfriendly not downright rude. The people working the front have no idea what they're doing. They are unable to manage their cash register because I watched them fumble multiple peoples receipts and couldn't get the right payment to the right table. While they're trying to check me in. If they told me in the beginning, it would be an hour and 10 minutes. It would've been better because then I could've run errands or done something else while I was waiting. But for the fact that they told me it was 30 minutes and then another 40 that is complete garbage I don't know if all first watches are this, but Novi highly do not recommend.

A good 20-25 tables, not great for huge groups, but a good size no doubt. This place was packed, though that should have been expected on a Sunday morning. SERVICE - our server was friendly and attentive. We had a baby dining with us and she seemed to take a shining to the little one - always a nice touch. MENU - this place is only open until 2-3pm, so they primarily focus on breakfast items and I would say lighter lunch fare such as salads and sandwiches. The breakfast selection was pretty diverse though, including a number of breakfast bowls, benedicts and omelettes to choose from. FOOD - My wife got the salmon benedict, while I opted to try their Breton Bay Poutine which was short ribs with scrambled eggs, cheese, cripsy onions and gravy over fries. We also tried the creme brulee french toast, which we shared with the table. My wife liked her benedict and my poutine was good, though I feel like the description of the item was better than the execution. It was still good, though I think my expectations may have been too high on this one. The creme brulee french toast was not at all what I imagined. It seemed somewhat like a slice of tres leches cake, and was about as big as a slice. I would not get that again. OVERALL - good not great. I can appreciate that this place had some creative options while not breaking the bank. Good if you're in the area already, though I'm not sure I'd make a special trip out to this place. We had started off with a mixed board charcuterie board which held an assortment of different cheeses, meats, breads, and veggies. This board was underwhelming; for $20, it felt poor quality-wise. The breads felt stale, and the vegetables were sad and tasted horrible. Putting aside the negative comments and the absolutely blazing campfire behind my seat, my service was amazing. We had Rayna Rose serve us, and she was so kind, friendly, and beautiful. She showed professionalism while providing a comforting tone and attitude to the total environment. While observing her with other tables, I saw that she not only treated everyone with the same kindness and respect but really put her best effort into her work and service. After around 30 minutes of waiting, our entrées came out. I ordered their signature Oak burger, and my sister ordered the sirloin entrée. My burger came out with soggy buns, stale fries that weren't crispy, and ketchup that was average. My sister's sirloin was bland, dry, and the balsamic glaze made the overall dish sour, and not in a good way. We were able to finish the soggy burger as a team, but the sirloin was unbearable. Overall, I give this place a 5/10.
