Another fantastic return visit to First Watch! Their seasonal specials truly keep bringing us back. We started with the blueberry cornbread and lemon butter--oh wow! Absolutely delicious. I could've easily eaten a few of these, but they're generously sized, so sharing was perfect. Next, we tried the breakfast special with steak chimichurri, eggs, and hash. It was fabulous--decadent, savory, and packed with flavor. We also shared the fluffy, delicious ricotta lemon pancakes (two huge stacks!), and they did not disappoint. Light, lemony, and perfectly cooked. Their coffee is some of the best out there and we try them all! Our server was so attentive and perfectly interactive. Nothing has changed much since the last review. Food is fine. Always busy for sure and it's cute inside. However one of the roll ups came with a clearly dirty fork. Gross and not a great way to start off our meal. My big issue is service. Once again we felt very rushed while our food took forever to come out. I understand not camping out but to drop checks without asking if you want anything else and barely say 2 words to us was off putting and unwelcoming. Might be our last trip in. The food was tasty once it arrived. However, it did take a good bit of time to get to that point. The odd part was in our party of two it took an additional 10 minutes for my order to arrive after the omelette was delivered. Then I only received part of the order-- the potatoes. Took another 10 minutes for the eggs Benedict, which at that point, my other party was almost finished. It didn't make for the dining experience we had hoped for having not been imhere in years, we were really looking forward to it. The food: good, bad and other-- The Watermelon Wake up was quite refreshing and that limed mint sugar rim was on point! The eggs benwdict--- that hollandaise really brought the lemon twang! Would have been very tasty on the potatoes had there been any left at that point. The ham was perfectly thinly shaven. The poached eggs were a touch over poached with a gooey versus oozy consistency. The tomato was juicy & tasted like a solid summer tomato. The "tossed greens" were dry and lacked dressing but were fixed by the requested addition of dressing supplied. The potatoes were inconsistent in that the larger chunks were under-cooked but the ones that were smaller had a GREAT crust that almost made them taste like yummy potato pancakes with a small scattering of well done onions! This First Watch location is really good all around. It can get busy so you should join the waitlist via the mobile app. We were able to walk right in and sit down. The million dollar bacon is a must. We all loved our meals various things from breakfast platters to avocado toast. The iced lattes were OK however. The staff took a bit to take our orders but were on top of it once they arrived. I would recommend this location to others if you want a really good breakfast! read more

We hadn't visited First Watch in months. Should have avoided it altogether. I ordered " Traditional Eggs Benedict " with potatoes on the side. I'm including a photo of the dish. Sliced deli ham on a very hard hoagie roll with eggs and tomato with a sauce that was so lemony that it overpower everything. I could barely cut through the roll. Finally gave up and scraped the eggs off and ate them. The potatoes were so overcooked they were burnt. My husband had to send his meal back too. Waffle was raw in the middle and the bacon looked like it had been drenched in grease. It was awful. Our server was friendly and was obviously embarrassed. We won't be back. read more

They almost appear overworked, but I know they're trying their best and I always have a great experience. As for the food, it's nothing special. I think for what you get, it is reasonably priced and tastes good, but nothing blew me away. I ordered the TriFecta for the both of us with an Iced Coffee for me and she opted for the Purple Haze ,, The food tasted absolutely amazing but there were a few cons such as the portion size of the food being smaller than expected ( the 1 Sausage for the TriFecta meal for example and also the Iced Coffee had absolutely no sugar in it .. ) Due to the price that I paid in total I was just expecting a larger portion!! This location started off so well and has just gone down hill. The staff is, at least our servers, are not adequately trained. Orders come at different times. My daughter never did get her food and the rest of us were finished. One person in our party ordered the Morning Meditation and when she tasted it, she couldn't drink it. The server explained that they ran out of some of the juice ingredients, so they just left them out. This is inexcusable. We've eaten here several times but the last good experience we had was the beginning of 2024. We stopped by the first watch in the Mt. Pleasant shopping centers for a late lunch and it was unfortunately disappointing. We got the Salmon Benedict and the new prosciutto special toast. Eggs Benedict are usually my go to brunch item, but this salmon tasted like it was prepackaged and was very salty, the eggs were not poached well, and the hollandaise lacked flavor. However I did also get the kale and Fuji apple fresh pressed juice which was one of the better I've had! The special was fine, nothing to write home about. Our service was great though! I've been wanting to try the breakfast here for a while. The last time I was here the wait was so long we ended up leaving. But we didn't have any trouble getting a table on a weekday. The food and the service were both very good. My friend's Floridian French Toast looked absolutely amazing. She said it was so good she ate the whole thing. Took my mom here for her birthday lunch. I was not disappointed. I had the Bacon Honey brussel sprout hash. I did take off the cheese but it was still delicious. We had no wait as we went after the lunch rush. The wait staff was very attentive and answered our questions about the menu. The restaurant is a nice size and I love the distressed wood doors that they have hanging from the ceiling. They also have seasonal menus. That is what I ordered from. Parking was also not an issue. My wife and I decided to split the chickichanga and biscuits and gravy. Both were fantastic and filling, and we left with some leftovers. The chickichanga was stuffed with avocado, chicken, cheese, chorizo, etc. and covered in a mouth-watering green chile sauce. The biscuits and gravy had dense yet fluffy biscuits covered in a healthy portion of gravy, which had hefty chunks of sausage. Both dishes came with crispy, seasoned potatoes that were hot and fresh. Service was friendly and attentive, and we were glad they had some outdoor seating. The not-so-good: A very minor complaint that the chickichanga coudl've used more chorizo and sauce. Only my second time out in a year, I couldn't wait to check out this 'new' breakfast/lunch spot at the Town Center. Though indoor dining activity was available, we were able to find a nice table on the covered patio. The menu is large with selections to satisfy any breakfast or lunch preference. Coffee is served in a 'thermos' left at the table. Refills were provided. Water is served in a large carafe which is so smart. My turkey feta egg white omelet (with roasted onions, tomatoes and spinach) was satisfying as was the thick artisan wheat toast. As a weight watcher, it was a great choice. Our server let us linger which was so appreciated. Best of all was the quality time with a precious friend who I have not seen in more than a year. Life is good! read more

Watched 3 other parties be seated around us, they were all helped and orders were placed. We were not approached at any point to be helped. No water no ordering, nothing. The hostess checked us in and estimated the wait to be 15 minutes. It was busy and my date joked it would probably be more like a half hour. After more than 50 minutes of checking for their text, we asked the hostess how much longer it would be. She checked her tablet and no longer had us listed. Seriously. She hurumphed and snapped at a waitress to find us a table and seat us, as if we were making a scene. No apology for the wait or her losing our place in line.
