I came to try First Watch for the first time on Saturday at 11ish. I was able to get on the waitlist on their website and then got sat right away when I came to check in. The server was nice but did not take our order for at least 20 min and then after our food came we never saw her again until needing the check. It seemed pretty busy so definitely not her fault but probably sat her too many tables. The inside is very cute and the have a pretty big patio area which i enjoyed. The food was average. I got the pick 2, half salad and half sandwhich is was good but like i said just average. The menu says it is sourdough toast which it definitely does not look like to me, just regular white bread. My bf got the barbacoa chilaquiles and it was also average. Flavorful but very little meat, it was like 50% black beans.

Morning meditation juice is sooo good

Don't waste your money. There are much better brunch spots nearby. Cute, coastal themed restaurant that's VERY loud. Service was good. Best thing here is the morning meditation juice. It's the only thing that tasted like they took their time producing it. The food was very bland. They charge way too much to serve food that's not even seasoned properly. Nothing special about the toast, eggs, salad or even pico. The salad lacked dressing and the pico tasted store bought. Even the coffee lacked depth. You might as well pay $18 at the grocery store for the exact meal you can eat all week. Do not recommend at all.

The giant plain stack pancake and fruit cup

First visit here. Heard some negative comments about this venue from friends, but wanted to find out for ourselves. Arrived on a weekday after 1 pm. No crowds, no waiting for a table, low noise level, plenty of parking, friendly greetings from staff. The place was spacious, airy, and attractively designed. We ordered the Healthy Turkey omelet, plain stack of pancakes, and a fruit cup. Excellent presentation of the meal, and it tasted good. Our server, Sharon, topped off our 5-star dining experience.

Chimichurri hash and elevated egg sandwich

We came here on Valentine's Day brunch. We waited for about an hour for our table. I didn't know we can get on the waitlist ahead of time. There is a small waiting area inside. It took awhile to order since it was busy. I ordered the chimichurri steak hash and my boyfriend ordered the elevated egg sandwich. He upgraded to the million dollar bacon for 99 cents more. The food came out in about 15 min. At first they barely gave me any chimichurri sauce so the waitress gave me extra after I asked her. The meat was really tender and good portion. There was a lot of potatoes for sure. The egg was a little too well done for my liking when I asked for over easy and it was more over medium. The egg sandwich was a little smaller than we thought but came with a side of their seasoned potatoes as well. The potatoes were well cooked. I would love to come back and try other food items since they have a diverse menu of savory and sweet items. Next time, I'll join the waitlist ahead of time to avoid the long wait.

First time eating here. We've wanted to come for some time but as it is relatively new it's been super busy which is a good thing! I ordered the Barbadoa Chilaquiles and my husband had the Pesto Chicken Protein Bowl. Both were tasty and gluten free. Coffee was good and the table has plenty of flavored creamer options. Service was attentive. My one hiccup? Paying $2.50 for a single solitary slice of gluten free dry toast. I specifically asked if it was 1 or 2 slices. When most meals come with toast, this is a ridiculous upcharge option. Is there a credit offered for the regular bread priced into an entree, that we are not consuming? That's why the upcharge is like the "resort fee" of the breakfast world

Stopped in on a Saturday morning for breakfast. There is always a long wait, so utilizing their First Watch App to get in the queue is a must. The food is constantly well prepared and tasty. The location in Henderson is relatively new and has both indoor and outdoor seating. The servers are nice and once they bring the tab, you can pay via a QR code. Great experience.

Was craving French toast and came here to get some. It was my first time. I like the million dollar bacon . French toast was average. Service was good . Nice open layout . I'd return to try something else.

We had been watching this First Watch get built forever, my wife and I were seriously counting down to opening day. Of course I was out of town for work when it finally opened but as soon as I got back we made breakfast there a priority. Overall... kinda mixed, but mostly good. When we went it was moderately busy -- not slammed. The space is nice though: big indoor dining area plus a pretty large patio. The hostess didn't seem super thrilled to see us, but we asked to sit outside anyway... which turned out to be a mistake. We were literally the only ones on the patio and it felt like we were completely forgotten. Took about 25 minutes before anyone even checked on us . We finally ordered drinks and coffee, and the hostess (who actually was very nice) dropped them off and disappeared which was rough because after that long wait we were more than ready to order food. Once we did order though -- totally different story. The food was legit really good. We tried: * Biscuits & turkey sausage gravy with Million Dollar Potatoes * Corned beef hash & eggs (also with Million Dollar Potatoes) * Salmon eggs Benedict * Elevated egg sandwich with Million Dollar Potatoes Menu rotates seasonally so not everything is always available. Everything came out hot, fresh, well seasoned, and the portion sizes were solid. And yeah... those Million Dollar Potatoes are actually really good nice sweet/savory mix, but heads up they're an upcharge. Zero complaints from the family about the food, and we will go back. Just be ready for possible waits and maybe skip the patio unless it's busy out there too .

Breakfast after a VERY hard Pilates class! The tumeric drink was amazing, called "MORNING MEDITATION" With orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar and beet. Yummy breakfast plates but the star of the show was the blueberry lemon corn bread... wow The service was very nice, towards the end a bit busy so it took a bit to get boxes for our leftovers but overall our waitress was lovely. Good solid place for breakfast

I'm so happy First Watch opened locations in Las Vegas. We came here on a Saturday and it was busy. Expect a wait during peak hours but it was worth it. The place has a good amount of seatings inside and also outdoor seating. The service was great and the staff are nice. I opted for the power wrap with extra egg whites. It was healthy and delicious. The portion was enough to fill me up. If you never been to first watch, make sure to give this spot a try.

You can reserve your seat on your phone and then the will text you when your table is ready. It was packed. The menu is geared towards healthy foods but I'm sure you can find something you like. I got the half salad half sandwich it was awesome. Our server was Mike he was very nice since it was my first time he went over the entire menu and concept very pleasant personality it was a breath of fresh air our food arrived timely and fresh I will for sure come back next time I'm in Vegas

Unfortunately this is a no for me. We went on a slow Thursday morning around 10:30 it was not busy by any means. It took a while to get greeted, no biggie I get it, I ordered a Bloody Mary and asked if there was a salt or Tajin rim she said both, great I love that, got it... no rim. Food took a while and we were missing items. Potato's were cold the gravy was like water. Overall not a great experience and probably won't be back.

My sister and I have been eagerly anticipating this opening since it was first announced. We were originally waiting for the Stephanie location, but once we realized the Eastern spot was already open, we couldn't wait any longer. Despite the hype, the wait was surprisingly manageable--only 20-25 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. We opted for patio seating to enjoy the gorgeous weather, which actually got us seated faster. Service was impressively efficient; our server (whose name escapes me, though she was excellent!) took our drink orders almost immediately. Since we'd previewed the menu, we were ready to order, and our food arrived about 15-20 minutes after the drinks. * The Food: I ordered the "Trifecta," upgrading my side to French toast. My sister upgraded to the Lemon Ricotta pancakes. Both were great. * The Surprise: We shared the blueberry lemon cornbread. Even as someone who isn't a huge blueberry fan, I found it delicious. * The Drinks: My Pomegranate Sunrise was tasty (if a bit standard), but my sister absolutely loved her Purple Haze. Can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu!

Ambiance is nice. The food was ok. The omelette fillings were very skimpy. The pancakes, however, were huge.

Everything was well done, thoughtfully presented, and worth the indulgence. Steve, I think he said he was from Colorado, was our bartender, and he was super sweet. The atmosphere was chill, the place was clean and comfortable, and they had all the games on, which made it perfect for a game night hangout. We arrived during happy hour, and their menu had some great deals. I ordered a French 75 (which was delicious), one friend had a glass of Merlot, and another went for a beer. We also ordered a few appetizers, and the standout by far were the buffalo chicken egg rolls are SO good! If you stop in, definitely give those a try. Service was also a highlight. We had two servers during our visit. Our first server was awesome and super attentive and friendly. It appeared they had 2 waitresses to cover the entire footprint outside of the bar and our small group had waited 15 minutes before I finally decided to get up from the tall table against the wall that we were at and go to the bar to order drinks and asked the bartender if there was a server for the area we were in, she said yes and I asked if she would send them over so we can order food. Another 10 minutes later, someone comes over and takes our food order...and that's after my husband was told by a waitress in the area that we weren't in her section so she couldn't help us....but then later comes over to us after we have our food to check on us and see if we need anything....uhm what?!? All this while the manager is laughing it up with this couple at the bar...while facing us. Made eye contact with him several times and the way he was friendly with these other customers was not the same service he was giving to anyone else. He saw us without drinks, saw us with menus and no one approaching to take our order and still did not move from the behind the bar, but was also seen helping with drinks for everyone seated at the bar....when there were already 2 bartenders there. The food was okay, but I was already so frustrated with the lack of service and the service we did get was severely lacking....I just wanted to finish eating and leave. A friend brought up going back to watch one of the VGK playoff games since it's close to where we live, but I just could not be convinced to go and deal with such poor customer service again. It's a bummer because they have a lot of nice seating surrounding the bar...but the service seems to be focused on people sitting at the bar. Oh well! Plenty of other bars in the area!

Although this place has an active bar with poker machines, there was no hint of cigarette smoke when we were there which was a huge plus. The food was good, not great but the overall dining experience was nice. Everything as tasty, and I liked the garlic bread which was pretty basic. My hubby said that the ribs are better at Ellis island, but he ate them all. The hanger steak was a bit chewy but it's not filet mignon right? The ambiance of this little place was intimate and had better quality ingredients in the dishes than other bar/ video poker places use. The service was fairly good and the bar did not skimp on the whisky in my whiskey sour. While it was a little busy when we arrived we were seated quickly, by 2:45 we had our drinks and place our order, this was the prompt service that we have received in the past. In about 30 minutes my salad had not arrived and I realized that the room was full of people but no food was coming out of the kitchen. The service staff were walking around but nobody was bringing food to the table. I finally asked by the busboy to get our waitress, when she arrived she appeared nervous, saying that it was busier than expected, and would I like a salad, I reminded her that I order one, so yes. By 3:30 a couple of table in our dining room received their order, but I still had no salad or no communication on when we might expect our order. I felt sorry for the busboy because he had to keep coming to the tables to fill water glasses. By 3:45 my wife and I decided to give them 10 minutes, when we got up to leave the manager suddenly came to the table and apologized for the wait, he said that there were no other open restaurants in the area. That was a lie because I had check out the local restaurants before I made the reservation. He offered to bring me a salad, I shared that I ordered a salad twice and it never arrived, so don't bother. Before I left I told him that he was responsible for not having a plan for this situation, he needed to be honest, and he put his staff in a bad spot and leaving customers frustrated. We left. I have worked as a cook and head cook for over 10 years and know things can go terribly wrong in the kitchen; cooks get injured, cooks not showing up for the shift, equipment breaking down, and running out of prepared foods. I can deal with any good reason for delays in an order, but its the manager's responsibility to communicate with the customer about the problem in a timely manner. We will go back to Black Mountain because every business screws up; but I hope a different manager is there.
