Food was absolutely fantastic, prices are super reasonable. Had the Lemon Ricotta pancakes and they were fluffy, not too sweet, and the lemon curd was tangy. Also had the Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl which was also amazing. The Pineapple express juice and honeycomb coffee were good as well. Would definitely recommend read more

First we got sat at a dirty table. The gentleman who sat us used a napkin to wipe up the table so still not clean but at least it's not wet coffee residue. My chair was unstable so I kept rocking back and forth despite not wanting to. The server was nice but served us water from a dirty container that looks like it previously had coffee and creamer in it and never got washed. read more

This place is amazing! The wait is a bit long so if you are hungry I recommend putting yourself on the waiting list at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival. The food is delicious. Try the chicken tinga. read more

We really wanted to try this place so the drive was made and man, what a TERRIBLE MISTAKE did we make in doing so. As soon as we walked in, we noticed attitude from the lady that sat us down. It took about 15 minutes just for another to ask us what we wanted to drink. She then comes back with just the coffee (Poured just 1/4 of the cup, not even filled it!) and NOT the juice (Morning Meditation). Says "Morning Meditation will be out shortly". Another then brings my juice and after that says "What can I get for you" we both had ordered the same thing (Tri-Fecta) and it took literally half an hour to 40 minutes!! We kept waiting and STILL waiting for it to arrive to our table! We even had already finished our beverages. I said "Let's go. This is never going to arrive." And it didn't. We left. I do not recommend this location and no wonder you are a 2-3 stars. read more

Brand new location so happy to have something new on this side of town! The food was amazing. Don't sleep on the million dollar bacon upgrade. The group that I was with also ordered the chocolate chip pancakes... those were also amazing. Best omelet I've had in years! Fun vibe in the place and fantastic customer service. But the food I ate was 5 ***** all the way.

My wife and I were regular and eager visitors to First Watch in Wisconsin years ago. We were so excited to learn that First Watch had come to Henderson - very disappointing! The ham my wife ordered was like rubber, and tasty (small) eggs. The barbacoa breakfast bowl was tasty, but meager, containing a teaspoon of beef hidden under two chips, two tiny slices of avocado and a few tablespoons of beans. read more

Understandable first opening week. Waited approximately 20 minutes to be sat. Server was strange. Kept coming over but leaving I did get a coffee out of it. But not my milk. Finally I believe either a head server or manager came and took our order. She was nice and knew what she was doing but the server was very pushy and brash . We weren't even half done eating and brought pour check and tried to explain how we can pay on our phones. I don't want to hear about paying my bill in the middle of eating my food. So thumbs down for service. Food was tasty but like warm eggs benny were well done. Not runny at all . Tres leeches French toast average not hot at all and were the tres leches was I could not find. Pretty pricey for what we got. We will try it again when they get their eggs in one basket. Maybe will be better. Also tell your servers to not touch the guests it's not professional and irritating. I also have been to your location in Cape Coral Florida and really enjoyed that one. read more

The food, ambience and the service were great for a second day of business! Aside from the regular American breakfasts menu, offer healthy choices , cocktails and different coffee flavors as well. To top it all the prices were reasonable. I been to almost all the breakfast spot in Henderson I think, my favorite for now. read more

Came here a few weeks ago. The four of us joined the waitlist 15-20 minutes before we arrived, and then waited another 20-30 minutes before we got seated. It took 7-10 minutes for the waitress to even come over. No water or anything while we waited. There was plenty of staff walking around that could have gotten us water but no one did. We had picked out both our food and drink order before the waitress even came over to ask what we wanted to drink. When the food came out it was okay, but definitely wasn't worth the wait. We timed a table near us when they sat down and it was 8 minutes before the waitress went to their table. There's potential for them to be better, but we won't be coming back for at least a year since there's better options all up and down Eastern read more

5 Stars - Outstanding Service from Desiree! We came to First Watch today on opening weekend, and it was honestly the best breakfast I've ever had -- but what truly made the experience exceptional was our server, Desiree. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the entire menu. She explained each dish in detail, helped us choose the perfect items, and her recommendations were spot on -- especially the Benedict with the bright, lemony hollandaise and the fresh-squeezed juices. Everything was delicious, but her service is what made the meal unforgettable. Even with the opening-day rush and a whole training team watching her every move, she remained positive, professional, and kind. I could see how much pressure she was under, yet she handled everything with such grace and enthusiasm. That kind of attitude is rare and deserves to be recognized. I truly hope management knows what a gem they have in Desiree. She made our first visit incredible, and she's the reason we can't wait to come back. read more

This place is seriously amazing! I just went to their soft opening, and it totally reminded me of being back home in Florida. The service was fantastic, and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. Even their "morning meditation" drink was on point! The whole vibe and mood of the place were just perfect. I will be certain to keep my support on rotation to ensure First Watch sticks around forever. Thanks for yesterday! read more

The ambiance is nice. The restaurant is clean and has a nice aesthetic. The menu is simple but has plenty of options. I was pleased with the gluten free options/substitutions. The food was alright-pretty standard, nothing stood out. The service was completely lackluster. Walking in, nobody greeted us or even looked up. A host said he would be right with us and then proceeded to sit down at another guests table to visit with them. Another host came a couple of minutes later to seat us. It took a while for a server to come to our table, took a while for the food to come out. It would've been one thing if it was busy but we were some of the only people there. We ordered a side of potatoes and bacon with our meal and they didn't come out. We waited a while for them to arrive but didn't want the food to get cold so started eating. We were almost done eating by the time we saw our server again and told him to cancel the order since we were almost done eating. He did bring out the potatoes free of charge which we appreciated but at that point, we couldn't even enjoy them as intended. Everyone working lacked enthusiasm and it was obvious they didn't want to be there which created a hostile environment that was unenjoyable to dine in. read more

Honest Review The wait was about 45 minutes, which felt excessive--especially since there were visible open seats. This led us to assume the restaurant may have been understaffed. Once seated, the food arrived quickly, but the taste was underwhelming and bland, lacking real flavor. We ordered the French toast, which was essentially thick slices of bread with syrup, paired with eggs that tasted only slightly better than powdered eggs. The service, however, was excellent, and the décor was great. Unfortunately, the food itself felt basic, with little extra effort--comparable to a hospital breakfast. read more

My family and I decided to try First Watch this morning because we've heard great things, but we were sadly disappointed. We were sat on the patio which is beautifully decorated and dog friendly. We didn't receive menus upon being seated, our cocktails took 10 minutes which were pre bottled and just needed to be poured over ice, and we did not receive water until after our food arrived. Service was very poor. There were a few times when there were no servers helping tables on the patio whatsoever for over 5 minutes. My food was actually the saving grace minus the potatoes. I ordered the bacon egg breakfast sandwich which was delicious and asked for breakfast potatoes but to my distaste they were undercooked and hard. My husband ordered steak and eggs which were tasty as well but again the potatoes were undercooked and hard. We expected much more for a Sunday morning brunch spot, not sure if we would return. read more

When checking in (2 persons) were told there would be a 45min-1 hour wait. We waited. By the time the hour came up we approached the check-in person at the door and he said we still had 16 people ahead of us. No apologies. It was more like an "it is what it is" attitude. I mean Who waits two hours for breakfast? The 1 hour should be the worse case scenario when estimating wait times. The reason we decided to wait in the first place is because "45min to 1hr" was promised. It's disrespectful to the patrons to underestimate it for that long. We left. read more

Unfortunately Las Vegas is so saturated with places to eat and choices of places to eat that when we went to first watch on eastern on Sunday it was not all that. The potatoes weren't finished they had that like weird hard gritty taste feeling to it. We were able to walk in and sit down right away the staff was very friendly it just doesn't really stand out. I live closer to the Stephanie store and the Stephanie store was still not open they open on Monday which is also confusing why wouldn't you open the same day as Smith's opens since you're in the same parking lot. In this economy if it's not Peppermill or coffee cup in Boulder city or maybe another handful of places I'll be cooking my breakfast at home. read more

Went here this past week for a late breakfast/lunch w/2 friends: Positives 1) Good looking place, was clean and a good ambiance. 2) Strawberry French Toast got rave reviews. 3) Host/Hostess were both warm and friendly. Negatives 1) Waiter was at best slow, at worst not good. No drink refills, took 15 minutes upon being seated to even acknowledge us. 2) My Chipotle steak and queso hash - which server picked for me over other options I'd given him for multiple choice, was ok, nothing impressive. When I mentioned to him, said he'd never had it - wth? Overall, place has a good vibe but lots of options in town to not stand out. Would try again tho. read more

I found out about this place when I went to Utah and was pleasantly surprised they were opening some locations here in LV. The flavors of the food are amazing, my go to breakfast is the biscuits and gravy sometimes I substitute for the million dollar potatoes!! Despite the restaurant being very busy and the team understandably prioritizing larger tables, our drinks arrived after we were already more than halfway through our meal, which is unusual for us, as we do not eat quickly and ordered the drinks first. While our assigned hostess was consistently busy, Saida, who was not our server, truly stood out. She checked in on us multiple times, cleared our plates promptly once we were finished, and even made sure a drink refill we had requested--but hadn't yet received was ready for us as we paid the bill. Saida has a remarkable way of making you feel like family. It felt less like restaurant service and more like being cared for by a family member who genuinely wants to make sure your needs are met. Her warmth, attentiveness, and initiative made a lasting impression and completely elevated our experience. As for food, we ordered The Biscuits and Gravy, The Works Omelette, a Kale Tonic, and Blackberry Iced Tea. The drinks were refreshing and well made. The biscuits were absolutely delicious, and the omelette was good overall, though not very meaty. One small note is that the potatoes on both plates seemed slightly undercooked. Overall, the meal was enjoyable, and the service especially from Saida is what truly made the visit memorable. read more

Food seemingly looks healthy until reading the calorie count, calorie from fat count and the sodium levels. All extremely high for a "healthy" "elevated" breakfast space. Should be ZERO stars! First time and the last! I heard it was absolutely amazing but I'll never know! Showed up this morning and were sat immediately (no wait, no crowd). After about 20-25 minutes, without so much as a glass of water we had enough. I walked over to the greeter and a male coworker and asked why we weren't served. She had no clue, but her coworker knew we were there. He asked her who was working table 102 and she didn't know! It certainly wasn't the other server working the table next to it since she ignored us twice! Absolutely unacceptable and unforgivable! We left and will never return. This yelp review is just the start! We work in the Casino industry and interact with tons of people, don't worry we plan on sharing our experience! We did drive up Eastern and found a place called the Craft Kitchen. We had excellent food and service. We highly recommend skipping First "Crap" Watch and head straight to the Craft Kitchen where they take care of their customer! read more

First Watch is always a solid breakfast choice. The Kale Tonic and Morning Meditation drinks are super fresh and refreshing , you can really taste the quality ingredients, and they're a great healthy start to the day. I placed an order online for a hash a kids waffle 2 sides of million dollar potatoes and an over med egg. when I received my order was missing the two sides of potatoes and the egg. I call the store to inform them and they said they can re order and that I have to go pick it up. I express my frustration on having to go pick it up when I just paid delivery fees to have it delivered. The server then proceeded to tell me if I ordered the food thru a delivery service then it's the delivery services fault. I then explained it's not their fault because they don't package the food. I went and picked up my missing food for me to get back home to see that my egg is 1) over cooked and 2) frozen cold. Also to be told that the hash wasn't made right. it was missing the tomatoes, onions and avocado and the kids waffle was missing the fruit that is supposed to come with it.
