    Not Very "Elevated Egg Sandwich"
    Ryan S.

I am really sad to even write this review but it needs to be said... this morning my wife and I were very excited to try this place out for the first time. We have thought about going here many times and today we finally caved in because of the "free delivery" I received a few days ago. We both got pretty simple menu items with a few basic upgrades, but what we received was nothing like what we were hoping for. Her "Elevated Egg Sandwich" was nothing above the basement in any building!!! It did not come with the lemon dressed arugula like it comes with normally! The "chef"... I mean line cook used spinach and about a quarter slice of cheese. The bun was supposed to be brioche however it was as plain as some white bread. Her "Million Dollar Potatoes" tasted like they used the entire box of salt!! My bacado omelette, I thought, would be delicious. It was just okay if I am being nice. Not only did they forget to put my bread/toast in the bag/order, they put all of the Avocados in one small corner of the dish. I do not know if the cook today was new or training, but for a national breakfast chain restaurant this order did not hit any marks... if there is even a standard in the kitchen?? We are very disappointed and underwhelmed... we gave it a try and will never be back. We consider ourselves foodies and eat out at least twice a week. This will be a one and done and sadly we wish we could take back that one Delivery order from First Watch. This is our last order and you will now be known as Last Watch. We really hope something changes and you hold your restaurant and team to some level of standard! What a waste of $60 for the meal... yuck!!! We would NOT Recommend!!!!!

    BLT Eggs Benedict

My favorite meal is brunch so I was excited to visit a place that specializes in that! We went on a mid-morning weekday and still had a bit of a wait, a testament to its popularity. Aesthetic is farmhouse, vibe is busy diner. Service is efficient. The menu has traditional breakfast fare (egg dishes, french toast, etc) as well as sandwiches and salads. They offer a few "morning" cocktails, with mimosas at only $9.99! (I did not see a bottomless option). I had the BLT Eggs Benedict which was very good, with a thick home style type of bacon and a delicious English muffin, but the side was arugula, which I didn't notice when ordering (that's on me)! I should have asked for a more traditional breakfast side, and I will in the future. You pay at the table using a QR code when finished. It's a solid choice and I'd return if invited. :)

So my cousin that lives in Vegas recommended we visit this place while we were in town.. We met him here for breakfast.. This place was off the chart.. It has this farm to table feel as soon as you walk in.. First off.. Our Server "Chantal" was amazing!! From the moment we walked in she greated with a great smile and positive attitude.. She asked each of us how we were doing and had this glow that she was going to show us this place that stands out from the rest. She explained the drinks and food options.. The coffee is really good and the story about the coffee they serve does make it that much better.. The food... OMG Breakfast was Really Good!!! The BLT benedict with the bacon and a small super greens salad was different and so tasty.. Salad with Breakfast?? It worked and was really good! We also had elevated egg sandwich was crazy good and we upgraded to the million dollar bacon as suggested by "Chantal" .. That bacon was off the chain good! We also had the Trifecta Breakfast with French Toast and a Mint Mocha Iced Coffee.. Everything was Very Very Good! If you haven't been here.. Stop in and try it.. I am a foodie and quality and service matter so this place is on my list for return visits when we are in town.. Thank You Chantal for a great experience.. I am happy my cousin reffered us to First Watch..

Breakfast options are great. I like how there's healthy options on here. I got power wrap which was delicious! Healthy and not heavy. Needs chipotle cream or something though. My friend liked the waffles! Service was kind of slow. Needs improvement. We were always looking for our waitress. I think they are short..it seemed like the other staff didn't come on time and came in like 10-15min after. I kid you not that when we got there at 7am; there was only one waitress! The staff should all be on time with waitresses ready to go! Ambiance- cute breakfast place.

Perfect brunch place with good prices. Everything is a reasonable price and the portions are great. We joined the waitlist online and when we got there we only had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Service was very friendly and I loved how she gave her opinion on dishes we thought about getting. I got half sandwich and salad combo for $12. It was really tasty and filling too. Salad was a big size. I got the roast beef sandwich. The bread was Parmesan crusted and had a good amount of meat. It does seem a little loud inside when there's a lot of people but we missed the lunch rush. I would love to try more dishes next time.

I like the restaurant great service new and clean with great decor second time here BUT I have not found an omelette with flavor it's unfortunate something is missing maybe needs more cheese or, some bacon grease not sure the omelette is just bland & dry. The pancakes are great but that maple syrup is off a bizarre taste nothing like other eateries in the area. Just my opinion I'm sure others may like it. 7202026

We have been wanting to try this new breakfast spot since they opened, but every time we drove by, the wait looked too long. We recently discovered their "wait in line" feature on the app, and it made the experience so easy! The app estimated a 10-20 minute wait, and by the time we arrived about 15 minutes later, we were taken straight to our table. From the hostess to the wait staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. We ordered the Traditional Breakfast and the Tri-Fecta Breakfast, and we were shocked by the size of the pancake -- huge! Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. One of the little touches we really appreciated was having a carafe of coffee and water right on the table so we could refill as needed without constantly needing to flag down staff. It made for such a relaxed dining experience. There are a lot of breakfast places in the neighborhood, but this one may have just become our new favorite. Highly recommend!

Loved every bite! My favorite things were the million dollar potatoes, the salted honey caramel latte with the toffee crunch, the barbacoa chilaquiles, and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Everything we had was delicious! The egg Benedict's and the waffles were perfection too! The decor is so bright cute! Plenty of seating and the patio is so nice too! Mike or server was so nice!

After taking my mom here the first time, it quickly became her favorite breakfast spot. We've been back 4 times since and every time I try a different dish and have not been disappointed once! The stand out favorites for me are the Million Dollar Bacon and Lemon Blueberry Cornbread. All the servers are so friendly and the service is quick. The dining room has a lot of seating but there is also a huge patio with several big tables if you have a big group.

I came to try First Watch for the first time on Saturday at 11ish. I was able to get on the waitlist on their website and then got sat right away when I came to check in. The server was nice but did not take our order for at least 20 min and then after our food came we never saw her again until needing the check. It seemed pretty busy so definitely not her fault but probably sat her too many tables. The inside is very cute and the have a pretty big patio area which i enjoyed. The food was average. I got the pick 2, half salad and half sandwhich is was good but like i said just average. The menu says it is sourdough toast which it definitely does not look like to me, just regular white bread. My bf got the barbacoa chilaquiles and it was also average. Flavorful but very little meat, it was like 50% black beans.

I have now been here three times because my daughter really likes it. I think the place is just OK and HOME fries are decent. I think the prices are a little bit high. They also put these two coffee mugs on the table and they don't tell you that you get charged for it until you get your bill which is not a big deal but they should tell you beforehand so you think they're just on there and that you can have a cup of coffee, but that's not the case. I do think Service has improved since the first time I was there the first time I was there. The workers were very rushed and kind of snippy but the last time that I went, they were actually kind of nice. For some reason, the avocado toast photo is not in my camera roll, but my daughter does like that very much.

We came in around 8:25-8:30 this morning. This was our first time visiting this location, as we usually go to the Stephanie location. My wife and I were seated and waited for about 12 minutes without any service. During that time, at least three servers walked past our table multiple times. There was no greeting, no offer to get our drink order, and not even a quick acknowledgment like, "I'll be with you shortly." What was most disappointing was that the servers clearly saw us but made no attempt to make contact. And no, they were not busy. The Stephanie location is usually much busier, yet we have never experienced anything like this there. At around 8:45 am we decided to leave. Before leaving, I spoke with the host and asked for a manager. The manager did apologize and asked us to stay so they could take care of us, but by that point we had already made up our minds to leave and go somewhere else. They also offered a gift card, which we also declined. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I don't think we'll be returning to this location. I suggest more customer service training for these server. Hopefully, others have a better experience than we did.

    Eggs Benedict at First Watch
    Jennifer N.

My husband and I visited First Watch for breakfast together for the first time and unfortunately left pretty disappointed. The iced coffee tasted more like sweet milk than coffee. My husband's watermelon drink was overly citrusy and barely tasted like watermelon at all. We were especially looking forward to the Eggs Benedict, but it arrived dry and the eggs were significantly overcooked. I was excited to break into a runny yolk, but instead the yolks were completely dried out. When we mentioned it to our server, the response was simply, "Overcooked -- do you want another egg?" There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the issue, and no attempt to make things right. The granola bowl was okay, but nothing memorable. The almond toast was also disappointing, with large chunks of sea salt that made it overwhelmingly salty. Overall, First Watch felt overpriced for the quality we received. We had high expectations given its reputation, but the food and service both fell short. If you're looking for a truly enjoyable breakfast experience in Las Vegas, I'd recommend trying Cafe Duval, Broken Yolk Cafe, Truffles N Bacon Cafe, or CraftKitchen instead. We've consistently had better service, more flavorful food, and breakfast dishes that are actually worth the price. Sadly, this was a subpar breakfast experience and not one we'd rush back for.

I ordered a couple of their homemade Pop-Tarts, which looked great, but the flavor just wasn't there for me. The topping tasted mostly like straight confectioners' sugar without much flavor or balance. I was expecting something more distinctive, especially considering how good they look, but they fell flat. The bigger issue for me was how disorganized the entire operation felt. There appeared to be plenty of employees working behind the counter, yet the line was moving very slowly. Staff seemed to be struggling with the payment system, the barista was trying to keep up with drink orders, and overall it didn't seem like there was much structure around who was responsible for what. Having a lot of employees on the floor doesn't necessarily help if the workflow isn't organized, and that was definitely the impression I got during my visit. Between the underwhelming pastries and the chaotic service experience, this one was unfortunately a thumbs down for me.

Every visit has been a great experience, and it's one of those places I actually look forward to coming back to. God, there was so much and I loved the experience but it was so much food, next time my bougie self needs restraint. First of all, the lychee green tea was delicious, I could drink a gallon of it; it was the right amount of sweetness with that tea aftertaste. Second, the panini and scones were my favorite overall from the tiers. I got the tomato mozzarella panini and it was toasty with spinach and pesto, I need to get another one. Third, the scones were to die for. They weren't heavy or like overly dense that you choke; the outside was buttery, crunchy, with the inside soft and full of fruit bits. It went so well with the cream and jam. I felt the other desserts on the tier weren't as wowing compared to the scones and panini; the cake in the shape of a cheese wedge is cute, but flavor profile was kind of lacking. There was just too much mousse going on that the cake inside was just mush; maybe if there was like blueberry crumble or something crunchy inside, it'd be more interesting. And the outside shell is definitely too sweet and thick, I think a glaze would have done as well, but that's just my thought. I would just go back for those scones and paninis but it was a cute set up with cute decor, I'd like to go back to try other things!

Got the tea tier for 2 people. It was a lot of food, great value as you have a lot of items on the tier: pastries, ice cream, fruit, and includes a sandwich (get the turkey...it's hot pressed panini style) and 2 drinks or a tea pot if you want. Not a traditional tea set...but nice to see their spin on it. We had 3 people and still had so much left over food. Although the presentation of some of the pastries in display were really nice, quality of pastries was average tasting. Service first time was great. The 2 gentleman working the counter were really pleasant and had a warm demeanor. Came back on my own the next week ordered a plain ice green tea. Unbeknownst to me It came sweet and asked to see if it could be remade. The tea barista said that I didn't ask for it to be unsweetened. I Mention I wasn't aware iced green tea was sweetened (otherwise i would have). She remade it but, was visibly annoyed, and kept telling me the next time to order to ask for no sweetener and all their drinks were sweetened. I already mentioned twice that I wasn't aware that it was sweetened. Interaction was a little uncomfortable as I felt tea barista kept implying fault on me based on an assumption that I should have known. On a hospitality note... a simple "yes all drink including plain ice teas do come sweetened, sorry you weren't made aware, happy to remake it" would have made a better experience. It's just a misunderstanding. Possible have staff prompt guest on sweetness level can also alleviate misunderstanding.

I ordered the Strawberry Shine, which was refreshing, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. A special shoutout to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were more than happy to adjust the syrup level to my preference, which I really appreciated since it allowed me to customize the drink exactly how I liked it. I love the ice that they use here because it allows the drink to stay cold the entire time as I sip on it. One thing that stood out to me was the seating area. You can chill/relax with a coffee in hand. Whether you're meeting up with friends or just looking for a quiet spot to unwind, the atmosphere makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile. The cafe is in a somewhat quiet plaza that doesn't get a ton of foot traffic, making it feel a bit like a hidden gem. Despite the location, the people here were incredibly welcoming and the overall vibe was relaxed and laid-back. The breakfast was really good as well. I ordered the sausage egg bite which was the perfect size for me as I just wanted to nibble on something as I enjoy my coffee with friends. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

They take their time crafting your drink & making it beautiful as well as delicious. Everyone here is always very kind. I've never had bad service here. It's not at all close to my house, so I don't get to visit very often. But when my husband and I are in this area we always try to stop by. We mostly do the drive-thru, but have been inside a couple of times. It's very clean and cozy. I believe our favorite drink is called the Campfire Mocha. It's so yummy. A mocha lightly spiced with cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

My first visit was a happy accident (ended up in this plaza by mistake) and I was going to do the regular einspanner but took the barista's reco to try the tiramisu one when I mentioned I was in the mood for something sweet. It was fantastic. Their milk-ice-espresso-cream top ratio is perfect. The cream top itself was like a dessert but the drink itself was not overly sweet. I got a donut that looked like a mini cronut that hit the spot. I liked this place so much the first time that I came back the next day and tried a vanilla iced latte with oat milk. Super solid and consistent spot. Prices are also super fair.

Soft music plays overhead but it isn't loud. They do sell small snacks like donuts and of course the coffee. I had my usual latte and it was very good. The milk was well texturized and the beans were flavorful but not too bold. They had a regular cup to use but it would appear it was the only one so it is likely if you come they might just use to go cups for everything. The only small knit would be the nice young barista clearly was new or inexperienced at the job. She was not really knowledgeable about pouring the drink so the latte art was really just a mess and she ended up trying to pour thru when it was fill and so it so pilled over and into the counter. Not the dream but not a massive issue. With some training, the drink could be amazing and as it was, pretty good. This place is located almost across the street and down a little from Dark Moon so stiff competition right nearby. I'm glad there is so much quality in Henderson!
