Is 9:39 am 2/9/2026, I just had breakfast and food is good but service the worst took after 10 mnts I had to stop one of the four serves they were on, Sofia was her name, I gave her my order, bring the craft of water and she said will come back with the glass for the water, never come back and I took a coffee cup from the table next to, to drink my water. I definitely not coming back and not recommend it. Even Dennys gives better service. read more

My husband and I went today for their soft opening. Our server was Tiffany - she was very nice and very attentive. Gave excellent recommendations. There were so many different menu items to choose from. The food is fresh, tasty, and well presented. The staff looked happy to be there. Overall, excellent experience. We will go back! read more

Delicious food and amazing service. I had the market hash and it was cooked perfectly! I'm glad they're open for Business.!! It was worth the wait! I highly recommend them! read more

As someone who was born and raised in South Florida, I think it's amazing that they've expanded out here to Vegas! The service was really good, and the food was INCREDIBLE!!!! Our server, Sofia, was amazing; as well as all of the employees out on the floor. The lighting inside is very nice, lots of open windows. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a new brunch spot. Consistent and efficient. :) read more

After my initial 1 star, I am now giving a 5 stars. I went back and this time they did a really good job. The food taste amazing and it look like the picture advertised. Thank you first watch for listening to your customers. read more

We should have left when we were told the wait would be 30-45 minutes. It ended up being 55! Once we were seated the server came by and said he'd be back for our drink order. He passed our table another 2-3 times before coming back for our drink order. Not an attentive server at all! My husband ordered an omelette. The server didn't ask what kind of toast he wanted. We had to flag him down to let him know. The food was good but not worth that wait! No drink refills on my tea until I requested it, again after flagging down our server. I'm going to chalk this up to recently opening but I think they need to get their feet under them before I will return. read more

Pretty disappointed. It was our first time here and we got seated as soon as we walked in BUT we sat at our table for 30 minutes without 1 person stopping at our table to greet us, bring water or let us know they would be right with us. Nothing at all. Employees kept walking passed our table an no one served us or even spoke to us. It's a Wednesday morning and restaurant wasn't even very busy. We also witnessed a couple sitting next to us wait for their check for about 15 minutes and they finally got up and walked to the front to pay so they could leave. We wont be coming back, sadly. Their food looked really great. read more

Sonja was great! Unfortunately my eggs were overcooked, burnt and really salty Some of my friends' eggs were also overcooked. The blueberry lemon cornbread we ordered (not pictured) was amazing tho! read more

I am not celiac, but I have several food, allergies, including eggs, dairy, gluten, which makes going out to breakfast a challenge. Normally when I go out for breakfast, I have one option on the menu - gluten-free avocado toast, or oatmeal. They were really great about my food, allergies. And with a couple of modifications, there were three different breakfast options I could choose from! Service was excellent will definitely be back. read more

I want to start by saying the food is real good, the flavors are amazing. this was our second time there. the place is always very busy and we waited about 20-30 minutes to be seated. the first time we were seating inside. Today we chose the patio, the wether was perfect, plus they have ceiling heaters. My reason for the just three start review is the service, it leaves a lot to be desire! after were seated and within several minutes we have a waitress for the order of drinks and we were able to give our food order. my daughter and me decided to share a sandwich the comes with a bowl of tomato/basil soup. I requested a second bowl of soup for myself. the sandwiches came, we were a party of four. my daughter got the soup. I didn't, mentioned to the server and she agree to bring the soup. probably 15 minutes went by and no soup. my daughter went in the restaurant and requested my soup. was told it would be there soon, another 10 minutes passed and my son went in to request the soup, again, now this is the third time, during all this time our server never came to ask if we needed anything, eventually about 5 minutes later I bit the soup, By then I and the rest of the party have finished our meals. That is when our server showed up with the ticket! we didn't encounter the same issues when we ate in the dining room. read more

We went to First Watch today for the first time in Henderson, NV. We were excited cause it always seems busy and the food photos are Instagram worthy, however, everything about our experience today was awful. The chairs we sat on were so hard and uncomfortable that I had to fold my husband's jacket to sit on it. The service was terrible. Our waitress went missing after the food was delivered. We had to ask someone else for syrup cause our waitress never brought it. The food looks good in photos but it completely lacked in flavor. I ordered the tres leches French toast and there was no tres leches .... it was so dry and had zero flavor. My husband ordered the Trifecta, and the pancake was underwhelming with no flavor. The only item I enjoyed was the blueberry lemon cornbread. Honestly, I am so disappointed at the food quality and the service. The waitress never brought us the check. I had to go to the cashier and pay without my bill cause she never came back to our table. I do not know why there is always a wait for this place cause it was awful. We won't be back. read more

Had a delicious meal here during their soft open. Million Dollar Bacon was perfection. Eggs, potatoes & Belgian Waffle were super good. Service was fast & friendly. We will be longtime customers. read more

Walked in, was greeted at the door then they sat us down at a table in the back of the restaurant. Just a small group of 4 including myself, wife, mother, and daughter. Waited for 15 minutes, mind you, on a slower day for this restaurant that wasn't even half full, and no one stopped by to take our drinks or place an order. As we walked out we let the hostess know, mind you in a gentle/kind way, that we weren't approached by any of the servers and they just say oh sorry. And they simply left it at that. An unfortunate but great example of today's lack of training, professionalism, and customer service. read more

Bummer, as been excited to try this new spot. Cool look, vibe, set up from exterior. Covered waiting area, cornhole, to go coffee station, I was impressed. It all stops there. Wait was 1 hour when quoted 40, fine. We sat inside on a bench. Approached the male bartender to grab a mimosa while waiting. Several bar seats opened up, but I didn't want to be rude and take a seat so someone could dine there. Bartender super rude, short, irritated. Refused to allow me to grab a drink. Said I had to have a table first. The young male host was much more kind. He figured it out and let us order a round of drinks while we waited. Simple. Easy. Tipped him cash separately. I appreciate the hospitality of that one individual. Greet, took forever. Never said a word, hello, welcome.... "Know what you want?!" Was the opening line. Haha. Okay. Ordered a drink, they were out of it, ordered app, out of it. Ordered kids meal and a an entree to share as an app. Ordered more mimosas. Kids meal showed up on a gross dirty plate with wet herbs and paper attached. Food looked great! Chilaquiles bowl and kids meal fantastic. Solid food. Waited 25 min to see our server again, she forgot me still needed to order. We did. My email arrived and was cold. My wife's meal never came. After 2 hrs there, we canceled her meal, and I let her eat mine. Table next to us, stated they had a different server, equally as hard to find. We both felt it was a struggle to spend money, and all of us felt as if we were an inconvenience for being there. No apology, no warmth, no care. Glad they are busy, but with no gratitude and service not sure how long that will last. So many other local independently owned spots that care. Kitchen table just a few blocks away and is amazing. Nothing could bring me back. Felt borderline angry when we left, and we canceled to relax. Missed the mark on food, service, and hospitality. Cool Looking spot tho. Hope someone reads this and makes adjustments, as you have a potential gold mine on your hands. I will not spend another penny there. Best, read more

The wait time was ridiculously long, the waiters are not attentive. They're all walking around not paying attention to guest. Food and drinks too way too long to be brought to our table. We were so excited to try out this place and were left very disappointed. Staff should be trained better. read more

I will go easy being a brand new local restaurant that I'm familiar with via the East Coast. From a managerial standpoint & perspective; they are severely understaffed. 1.5 hour wait today for breakfast, in which understandably I chalked up to being the new kid on the block however, once inside, I was able to evaluate from an operational level and there just isn't any sense of urgency or direction from management. Everyone is stuck in first gear, tables remaining dirty for 10-15 min at a time, delaying the flow and attributing to the colossal wait time. Service is good, food is phenomenal, but operationally this venue needs serious attention. Staff accordingly; smaller sections, more staff, MORE BUSSERS. Someone needs to encourage the staff to move more efficiently and effectively. I never once saw a manager. As a GM, I'm always intertwined with service; leading my team, interacting with guests, and driving service. With time, I feel this place can iron out the wrinkles with the proper guidance. I will return but not until the hype as died down. Hope this helps. read more

I thought you couldn't mess up bacon and eggs but FW proved me wrong. Cold poached eggs, 1 round of partially buttered whole wheat toast with crusts so tough I couldn't eat them. Potatoes partially cooked and salty bacon so cooked that one touch shattered it. Never again. read more

Our first time here and the ambience was nice. Love the outside waiting area. We went around 12pm and used the waitlist on their website (love this idea). The food was okay, nothing too crazy. I gave it a two star because service was lacking. No hospitality in the service. Our server seemed nice but never told us her name, only saw her twice (to take our order and give us our check), she never asked if we wanted any water refills and when we asked for a Take out box she never came back with it. So we had to ask someone else. I totally understand that it could have been busy but maybe a little of effort would be nice. read more

I was very excited to go here for the first time not too long ago. Everything was great to begin with until our food came out. My husband ordered the Chili Chorizo Omelet which had mixed greens on the side and sour cream on top. He noticed there was something very dark in the sour cream which at first glance looked like it could be a dark leaf from the salad mix. Very cautiously he looked at it closely and said, "I don't think so?.." Called the server over and she stated it was a leaf as well. He pulled it out in front of her and stretched it. It was about 2 inches without being stretched of the finger part to a rubber glove. She apologized and the manager brought a new remade dish shortly after. However, all she did was drop it off and said, "Sorry." I was thinking that if you wanted us to come back and give you another try, at least give us a discount or free appetizer for another time? Oh, he did get a free muffin during his wait and it was taken off the bill rightfully. I was just disappointed because I loved the atmosphere and my food was good especially the iced coffee. However, just disappointed in how the situation was handled. A free muffin and one word "sorry" just didn't seem sufficient enough. read more

I feel super bad because I work in the service industry and it really takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. I have a lot of empathy for restaurant staff, so I try to give patience and grace. But this was just not it. We were promptly seated by a server that seemed to also be hosting / seating. We asked to sit outside and we got a cute little patio table for my husband and I. Well, after about 20 minutes, three different servers had made eye contact with me and either kept walking or went to another table. No greeting, no "I'll get a server for you, No "I'll be right with you," or even some waters. I finally went and asked the woman that had seated us what was going on because we hadn't been greeted yet. And it really wasn't that busy. She was dumbfounded and took it upon herself to come take her order when she didn't have to. That's why I gave two stars instead of one. Well, when a server saw that she was taking our order she came up behind her and rather than apologize to us she just told her thanks for taking the order and walked off. Our actual server did eventually come over and say our food would be right out. I was hoping the food would save the day. I got a soup and sandwich combo which was very mediocre and very small portioned. I had also ordered the million dollar potatoes without bacon because I'm vegetarian and they came out covered in it. When I asked the server if I could get another one, she seemed confused and said that she could "probably" get that fixed and that we "probably" wouldn't get charged. Very strange. My new potatoes came out quickly but they were extremely salty and almost inedible. My husband got a basic Benedict and said his food was overly salty as well. Our apparent server really only checked on us one time to drop the check and told us we could pay with the QR code. Absolutely no personality or apologies. I really wanted to love this place. I had seen so much enticing content from other locations in other states. I would possibly try another location that's more established and just hope for the best for this newer location. I'm a little bummed I spent almost $50 and we both left completely unsatisfied and underfed. read more

This was our first time dining at First Watch..we wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, we all left disappointed. First, our meals were not delivered together; the third dish arrived about 10 minutes after the first two, so two of us ate cold food. The food itself was not good, mediocre at best. My son hardly touched his plate. We gave it a try, but we will just be going to our usual/favorite breakfast places from now on. read more

Great place for a traditional breakfast. Was seated quickly and staff was on the ball. Quick, friendly and attentive. Pricing is comparable to another " barrel" restaurant. Food was good and more of it. Would I go back? I did. First impressions are important the this place made a good one! read more

Food met our expectations! Lots of healthy options. The wait was very long but it was understandable for the quality food and service.

Ambiance is nice. The food was ok. The omelette fillings were very skimpy. The pancakes, however, were huge.

Had the salmon eggs benedict. The egg yolks were fully over cooked, completely solid not runny at all. The bread was super hard to cut and stale. Overall there was just no flavor and super disappointed with the lack of quality control. The side salad was nice though. My friend got the chickichanga and it was super mediocre plus had a hair in it. The waitress was kind enough to comp that dish. The steak chimi churi bowl was the best dish we had. The only thing I would change is that it was extremely salty coming from a salt lover. Wanted to love the lemon blueberry corn bread but it came out dry and cold. Good flavor though. My partner had the tres leches french toast and he said it was just ok, as a mexican he did not see how it was "tres leches" so the advertisement was a bit misleading. Overall great service but terrible food read more

Bad service, that is why there is such a long wait. There was no wow factor with our breakfast the omelet had a large pile of arugula stacked on it and the million dollar bacon (bacon drizzled with syrup) was another disappointment. Had great hopes for this place but left there really disappointed. Current management needs to manage instead of observing the problems. read more

I have been to this restaurant 5 times now. The first and second times it was great. Great service and food. But since then (Jan 25) it has down downhill. The last 3 visits the service was awful and food has declined. Unfortunately the last visit the waitress didn't even come by for 10 minutes. This happened the last three times I've been there. The blueberry cornbread was served cold with a ball of butter that couldn't melt. When I told the waitress she just shrugged and brought it to the kitchen to get it microwaved. This caused it to get overcooked.. not at all like my other experience on Jan 25. The special hash breakfast (which was fabulous twice before) was half the size it used to be and cold too. This restaurant has great potential, but I think is getting too big too fast. They want to open lots more in town- I hope the management improves because it could be amazing. read more

My husband and I tried the eastern avenue location for the first time. Our waitress was friendly, but wrote my order down wrong. Rather than wait for the upgraded version of the french toast with the strawberries, I kept and ate the lesser version. Our food was tasty, but the shock came at the register. Instead of totaling both meals and then adding the tax, each meal was totaled and taxed separately and then added together and taxed again. The grand total was offered up for tip calculation. We were taxed on the taxes and asked to tip on those doubled taxes. This isn't right, guys! We will eat our breakfasts somewhere else. read more

I love the atmosphere, the service was excellent. The coffee was so delicious. It was the First Watch pot and I love that they leave it on the table so that you can top off your coffee whenever you want. I also appreciated that they have the flavored coffee creamers. Mmmmm! I ordered the Eggs Benedict with seasoned potatoes (it comes with greens but you can substitute potatoes and I highly recommend that) and my friend got the breakfast sandwich. I wasn't in love with the eggs Benedict just because even though it was good, it's not as good as my favorite breakfast spot. I would say the hollandaise sauce was a bit too runny otherwise this would have been a five star review. However, there were other items on the menu that I definitely can't wait to try. I loved it there and am very interested in the yummy juice drinks that they have. We saw them go by and they all looked amazing. I was definitely on a coffee fix and enjoyed the coffee very much, but I will definitely try the omelet next time and some of the juice drinks. I would definitely recommend this place. I really enjoyed it! Also, it was my birthday so I got buy one get one free entrées. Good deal! However their prices are very reasonable otherwise. read more

First time going, ordered a kids meal to go probably the easiest think ever my order was 10 minutes late after the front host was rude by only saying it's not ready while pointing to the to go shelves. Then I go to eat at work before my shift no utensils or nothing and my toast is missing will absolutely not be back and no time to go back because they were already 10 minutes late. read more
