When I first saw the First Watch signs come up, I was so excited! First Watch was a favorite breakfast spot when I lived in Kansas. Prairie Village location. I understand this restaurant is nationwide, but it will always bring me back to yummy midwest memories. This morning, we finally enjoyed brunch at First Watch. It was JUMPIN' and the wait was about 30 minutes. That is okay! We were nicely greeted at the door, with name taken down right away. Staff was friendly! The ambience was nice and a somewhat typical breakfast eatery in feel. But once I saw the menu and variety, I was left with many choices and everything looked good in description! I know I'll be back to try other things! My choice was the Rustic Frittata. Nice, simple, full of flavor! The sundried tomatoes added a nice sweetness to the savory breakfast dish. I can't wait to come back again!

Faster seating & service time on this visit. Our server Ana was attentive & we didn't have to ask twice. Music was still a little loud but not as bad since patrons are not as noisy as last time so it was not hard to converse in our group. We tried different items as well. Food is good & served hot.

I've been here one other time before but decided to stop in here with my husband after our maternity shoot to grab some breakfast. Even though it was a Saturday, we were seated pretty quickly. It did get busy after we left, but still not too bad. Our server was great and did a great job taking care of us. I ordered the watermelon drink they have (which you can also order spiked if you want, but of course I can't right now haha) and then also the chocolate chip pancake and a side of sausage links. The sausage links were delicious and so was the pancake. We also got the special bacon and biscuits, too. Both were delicious! Love the inside here too and there's plenty of seating. You pay on your phone with a QR code or you can pay at the register after. I definitely would come back here again for sure!

My favorite meal is brunch so I was excited to visit a place that specializes in that! We went on a mid-morning weekday and still had a bit of a wait, a testament to its popularity. Aesthetic is farmhouse, vibe is busy diner. Service is efficient. The menu has traditional breakfast fare (egg dishes, french toast, etc) as well as sandwiches and salads. They offer a few "morning" cocktails, with mimosas at only $9.99! (I did not see a bottomless option). I had the BLT Eggs Benedict which was very good, with a thick home style type of bacon and a delicious English muffin, but the side was arugula, which I didn't notice when ordering (that's on me)! I should have asked for a more traditional breakfast side, and I will in the future. You pay at the table using a QR code when finished. It's a solid choice and I'd return if invited. :)

So my cousin that lives in Vegas recommended we visit this place while we were in town.. We met him here for breakfast.. This place was off the chart.. It has this farm to table feel as soon as you walk in.. First off.. Our Server "Chantal" was amazing!! From the moment we walked in she greated with a great smile and positive attitude.. She asked each of us how we were doing and had this glow that she was going to show us this place that stands out from the rest. She explained the drinks and food options.. The coffee is really good and the story about the coffee they serve does make it that much better.. The food... OMG Breakfast was Really Good!!! The BLT benedict with the bacon and a small super greens salad was different and so tasty.. Salad with Breakfast?? It worked and was really good! We also had elevated egg sandwich was crazy good and we upgraded to the million dollar bacon as suggested by "Chantal" .. That bacon was off the chain good! We also had the Trifecta Breakfast with French Toast and a Mint Mocha Iced Coffee.. Everything was Very Very Good! If you haven't been here.. Stop in and try it.. I am a foodie and quality and service matter so this place is on my list for return visits when we are in town.. Thank You Chantal for a great experience.. I am happy my cousin reffered us to First Watch..

Breakfast options are great. I like how there's healthy options on here. I got power wrap which was delicious! Healthy and not heavy. Needs chipotle cream or something though. My friend liked the waffles! Service was kind of slow. Needs improvement. We were always looking for our waitress. I think they are short..it seemed like the other staff didn't come on time and came in like 10-15min after. I kid you not that when we got there at 7am; there was only one waitress! The staff should all be on time with waitresses ready to go! Ambiance- cute breakfast place.

Perfect brunch place with good prices. Everything is a reasonable price and the portions are great. We joined the waitlist online and when we got there we only had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Service was very friendly and I loved how she gave her opinion on dishes we thought about getting. I got half sandwich and salad combo for $12. It was really tasty and filling too. Salad was a big size. I got the roast beef sandwich. The bread was Parmesan crusted and had a good amount of meat. It does seem a little loud inside when there's a lot of people but we missed the lunch rush. I would love to try more dishes next time.

We have been wanting to try this new breakfast spot since they opened, but every time we drove by, the wait looked too long. We recently discovered their "wait in line" feature on the app, and it made the experience so easy! The app estimated a 10-20 minute wait, and by the time we arrived about 15 minutes later, we were taken straight to our table. From the hostess to the wait staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. We ordered the Traditional Breakfast and the Tri-Fecta Breakfast, and we were shocked by the size of the pancake -- huge! Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. One of the little touches we really appreciated was having a carafe of coffee and water right on the table so we could refill as needed without constantly needing to flag down staff. It made for such a relaxed dining experience. There are a lot of breakfast places in the neighborhood, but this one may have just become our new favorite. Highly recommend!

Loved every bite! My favorite things were the million dollar potatoes, the salted honey caramel latte with the toffee crunch, the barbacoa chilaquiles, and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Everything we had was delicious! The egg Benedict's and the waffles were perfection too! The decor is so bright cute! Plenty of seating and the patio is so nice too! Mike or server was so nice!

Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich, Pumpkin Spice Donuts, Salad

Stopped by First Watch to try out their fall seasonal menu and was really impressed. The Pumpkin Spice Donuts were served warm, perfectly spiced, and the dipping sauces (especially the salted caramel) took them to the next level. The Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich was the standout--rich Million Dollar Bacon, melted cheese, and a slight kick that paired great with the crispy seasoned potatoes. We also shared a fresh seasonal salad bowl that balanced out the meal nicely. Fast, friendly service and great seasonal flavors!

I like the restaurant great service new and clean with great decor second time here BUT I have not found an omelette with flavor it's unfortunate something is missing maybe needs more cheese or, some bacon grease not sure the omelette is just bland & dry. The pancakes are great but that maple syrup is off a bizarre taste nothing like other eateries in the area. Just my opinion I'm sure others may like it. 7202026

I came to try First Watch for the first time on Saturday at 11ish. I was able to get on the waitlist on their website and then got sat right away when I came to check in. The server was nice but did not take our order for at least 20 min and then after our food came we never saw her again until needing the check. It seemed pretty busy so definitely not her fault but probably sat her too many tables. The inside is very cute and the have a pretty big patio area which i enjoyed. The food was average. I got the pick 2, half salad and half sandwhich is was good but like i said just average. The menu says it is sourdough toast which it definitely does not look like to me, just regular white bread. My bf got the barbacoa chilaquiles and it was also average. Flavorful but very little meat, it was like 50% black beans.

After taking my mom here the first time, it quickly became her favorite breakfast spot. We've been back 4 times since and every time I try a different dish and have not been disappointed once! The stand out favorites for me are the Million Dollar Bacon and Lemon Blueberry Cornbread. All the servers are so friendly and the service is quick. The dining room has a lot of seating but there is also a huge patio with several big tables if you have a big group.

The restaurant was extremely busy, and it seemed like there were two different ways to check in--one in person and another online through Yelp. After checking in, we waited about 25 minutes before even making it to the front of the line, with only a party of about 10 ahead of us. Since we were only a party of two, we figured we would be fairly easy to seat. We checked with the hostess twice to make sure our name was on the waitlist. During that time, we watched several small parties of three or fewer get seated, including some we had seen check in after us. After about 15 more minutes standing near the host desk and seeing a third small party seated ahead of us, I asked to speak with a manager. Savanna, the manager, was clearly very busy and actively helping throughout the restaurant, but she still took the time to get us seated, listen to what happened, look into the issue, and then come back to update us. That extra follow-up wasn't necessary for me personally, but it showed a lot of professionalism and attention to customer service. She also mentioned using the situation as a "teaching moment," which I appreciated. My only real critique is that the restaurant may need a better way to merge the in-person and Yelp check-in systems so the waitlist feels consistent and fair. There was probably also an opportunity for the hostess to catch the issue after we checked with her multiple times. Despite the rough start, the food was excellent, the table service was great, and Savanna handled the situation very professionally. I would definitely give Broken Yolk another visit.

The place is clean, bright and very modern feeling. I liked the ambiance a lot, even if it was a little chilly in the dining room. Service could have been a bit better, but I do understand it was a weekday and there probably weren't very many servers working. It took a very long time to have our server greet us and take our orders. We didn't get straws with our drink and had to wait so long to flag someone down for one. When we did see our server, she was nice and friendly though so there is that. The food was fantastic and very much made up for the not so great service. The pancakes are huge and taste great. I love that they offer extra crispy bacon. I wish there were more accompaniments I could pay for to add to the grits (they were the only thing I thought was bland and needed something else.) Overall, I'd absolutely eat here again, expecting that the service will be bad but the food will be good.

Great Sunday Breakfast!…read more Took the kids to Egg Works on Sunday and we had a great time! The place was lively and busy, and there was about a 10-minute wait for a table. But if you're not set on a regular table and don't mind sitting at the bar-top seating, definitely check there first. We found three open seats right away, walked in, sat down, and ordered -- no wait! I had one of their Tuna Melt Sandwiches, Joey had a plain cheeseburger, and Jade had the banana bread French toast. Lots of wood. Only took a moment to be seated, started off my meal with water and a coffee. They were pretty busy, so service took a little bit longer than expected, it was definitely not a bad. The coffee was strong just the way I like it. I decided to order the blackened prime rib eggs Benedict, which also came with hash browns. When it arrived, I was surprised to see that it came on a croissant rather than a English muffin, no worries either way, it was delicious. The meat was really well. Seasoned and wild and hash browns were kind of pedestrian they were. They were cooked to a very good crisp and was a nice compliment to the rest of the meal. The bottom line? I would definitely come back here again and check out all the different things this place has to offer..

We reserved the private room in the back to celebrate a birthday, expecting the same fun, energetic atmosphere that The Stove Las Vegas is known for. Instead, it felt like we were completely forgotten. Our food took over two hours to come out because we were told the printer in the back wasn't working. Throughout, we kept hearing different explanations for the delays. At one point, our server even mentioned that she was serving six tables. While I understand that unexpected issues happen, those are internal operational challenges. As guests celebrating a special occasion, we expected solutions and proactive communication--not a series of reasons why things weren't going well. When my food finally arrived, it was underwhelming. I ordered the Hangover Heaven Burger, and it was extremely dry and sloppily assembled. The fries were also a much smaller portion than expected. What made the experience even more disappointing was watching the main dining room. Guests out there were enjoying the full party atmosphere--birthday signs, tequila shots, music, and staff celebrating with them. In our private room, none of that happened. The birthday girl wasn't acknowledged at all. No sign, no tequila shots, and no birthday celebration despite booking the private room for that very purpose. We also were never informed when booking that the private room required a $500 room rental fee or that there was a minimum food and beverage spend. Those are important details that should be communicated upfront before guests commit to hosting an event. To make matters worse, the private room was extremely hot and uncomfortable throughout the evening, making an already frustrating experience even less enjoyable. Overall, what should have been a memorable birthday celebration turned into a disappointing evening. Between the two-hour wait for food, poor food quality, lack of communication, hidden room costs, uncomfortable environment, and the complete lack of birthday recognition, I cannot recommend The Stove Las Vegas for private events. There are too many restaurants in Las Vegas that provide better communication, better hospitality, and a much better experience for celebrating life's special moments.
