My next Owner of the room I am renting, took me here, so I can look over the Contract! I was SO Amazed w/ the dishes! The Bacon, OhMaiGawd, was DELICIOUS!! She gave me a bite, + I saw a "Father" take a bite from his "son's" plate! The son looked as if he did not want to share. HILARIOUS!! This Bacon was Phenomenal! BUT I am a Carnivore, so... So I actually ordered to go from here on Sunday...allergies were getting the best of me lol but I tried the Floridian French Toast and it was delicious. The French toast was cooked perfect just how I like it with not too much butter and was topped with cinnamon banana slices, kiwi and strawberries. It has berry preserves and syrup included. The staff is rude and has an attitude. If you ask for a different seat or somewhere else to sit they give you an attitude. The food was meh and had little to no flavor and came out at different times. The atmosphere is fine but it does get loud. I would recommend a different staff to seat people that doesn't have an attitude problem or roll their eyes at customers. I love first watch esp if I'm looking for breakfast/lunch/ brunch on the healthier side. Service is always great and fairly quick. Ambiance is nice, we always bring our 3 year old and she loves it. Update: Second time at this location. Service was great, very friendly but very slow due to back up in the kitchen. I think we waited 40 minutes after ordering which was a similar issue we had last time. Food was disappointing because the last time I had the Elevated Egg Sandwich it was incredible at another location, but here the bread was stale and egg was over cooked. I was really excited about the sandwich, but definitely didn't deliver. The spiced pumpkin donut holes were good though! I do enjoy the food at First Watch, but I think I'll have to go to better locations to actually enjoy it. read more

Kitchen was very inconsistent and slow. It took 30+ min to get our food while others got theirs in half the time. I ordered the special-short rib poutine with poached eggs. I had to send it back because it was cold and eggs were way overdone. The replacement dish was at least hot, but again, the eggs hard. The curds in this dish are a mess of clumpy cheese. Million dollar bacon was just flimsy bacon with maple and green onion. Bacon needed to be cooked a little more. Green onion was a good compliment to the sweetness of the bacon. We have brunch here weekly because it is our favorite restaurant. The menu is diverse and accommodates vegetarians nicely. The service is awesome! We love their app which makes things simple. There may sometimes be a wait, but not long at all (definitely worth it)! Finally, the servers are really wonderful. We appreciate the time we spend here - we look forward to it every week. While it is nothing fancy, the variety of breakfast items and option to be added to an online waitlist prior to arrival make this one of my favorite breakfast spots. Poor communication among their team and menu items availability online is not updated. You cannot order ahead over the phone. I placed an order online and when I arrived to the restaurant, the staff told me that my order was still being prepared. Perfect combination of orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar and beet. It was absolutely delicious and refreshing. The decor and layout of this place was surprisingly cute. It would be a great spot for brunch with friends. As far as my food, my waffle was outstanding, lots of flavor and crisp and served with warm syrup. The main negative was that I asked for over medium eggs and instead they were very runny. The bacon was ok definitely not the best, but just fine. Hubby's omelette, whole grain toast and salad looked delicious. Overall I enjoyed the atmosphere and healthy menu, I just wouldn't order eggs. Would you eat this "MILLION DOLLAR BACON?!!" This isn't the first time I've gotten burnt to a crisp million dollar bacon. Each slice is approximately $1.75. I no longer order eggs from them because there's no consistency there either. This has been brought to the kitchen manager's attn several times, yet the quality control hasn't improved at all. Today was the last straw, when the kitchen manager just said get a refund from the delivery service. I generally like the food at First Watch. It's upscale breakfast/brunch and usually consistent among locations. This location has a bar also and so serves cocktails, which is a nice touch other locations don't have. Normally, I'd give this place 4 stars, however, there was some non-stellar service. First, I ordered a drink not realizing it was 9:45 or so. Waitress asked if it was ok to bring at 10 when they can serve it - sure, no problem. At 10:30 when our food is finished she showed back up and asked if I still wanted the drink .... not now, no. This mistake was further complicated with the fact that I ordered the special - a tostada with avocado and eggs/chorizo on top. When it arrived, there was no avocado (the second ingredient listed in the description). After I waited for the waitress to check on us (5 min), and pointed it out to her, the "fix" was to bring me out a small metal cup (think catsup dip container for fries) of avocado. ... not really a fix.
