This is a new location, but servers should be trained to know the menu. I asked for 2 eggs over easy with tomatoes because their potatoes have onions in the seasoning. Told the server I'm allergic to onions and garlic. The plate comes out loaded with minced green onions. I asked if they could please re make the eggs because I couldn't get the onions off. 10 minutes later he brings back 2 eggs well done on a small side plate. The server watches as I transfer my food all to the side plate, as I had no where to put the onions. Never asking would I like another plate, never asking later why the eggs were never eaten. This is our new go to breakfast brunch place! Wow! The food is amazing and creative. You can have an old fashion breakfast with a twist or some healthy options that taste great. In addition to the great food, they have some very healthy refreshing breakfast drinks that avoids having to order the everyday orange juice for breakfast. Finally, the service is the best in the area. 2 visits this trip to Florida and our first server, Katheryn, remember our names and was very attentive. On the second visit, we had Sea, who again was super attentive and went the extra step. When you leave this place, you are well fed and feel good about the service. "it's the nature of this business to wait" that's what I was told when I checked in to let them know I was here. I signed up for the wait-list online before leaving the house at 10am. I received confirmation it was going to be a 45 min- 1 hour wait. At 1045 I checked in and they tell me they didn't have me on the list even though they checked twice. They finally found me via my number and advice me the wait is 45 min to 115min after I had already waited 45 minutes. I told them that was not possible when I was already waiting. Hostess said "it's the nature of this business to wait". They don't honor their own system. I remained in line and after waiting 10 minutes outside they removed me from the list. read more

I love first watch but this is a completely disorganized and unprofessional location. One of the longest waits I've ever experienced. I gave myself three hours before my shift at work and I was still late and never received my food. When I asked the hostess how long the wait was she said she didn't know but it wouldn't be long. She was unable to tell me where I was on the list everytime I checked in with her. I want to start with the fact that our waiter Christopher is always the best! We had him a couple times at the hollywood location and I am so happy he came over to the new Dania location. He is by far the best waiter! Always upbeat and goes out of his way to make a customer happy! That being said it is with a heavy heart I can't give this review a five star! This is the fifth time I've been to this location (due to my friends constant praise for first watch's food) but every time I eat here there is always something amiss with my food. Today, surprise surprise, it was my friends meal. It had nothing to do with Christopher's service in any way, I think it was the kitchen and to be honest I think it's always the kitchen. One way or the other every time I go to any first watch location the meals are never 100. The eggs are either under cooked or over cooked. The sandwich's are either missing an ingredient or added too many. And the bacon is always too hard. Today was no exception. I would have brought this to Christopher's attention but my friend did not want to make a scene and felt since he came in hungry and left full it was not necessary. However if you don't fix the problem for the next customer you will continue to have unhappy clients in the future, leading to poor review after the next. His eggs (which were supposed to be scrambled well) were sunnyside omelets meant to look like they were scrambled at the end. The bacon which was supposed to be soft and chewy was burnt and crumbly. My Florida French toast which was supposed to have cinnamon and powdered sugar on it had non and was dry, not soft, and cold, not melt in your mouth warm. I understand sometimes busy kitchens forget these minor details but these are the details that keep customers coming back for more. He is one of your best customers and to see the disappointment in his face is the only reason I'm leaving this feedback. When he went to pay his check the clerk asked how his meal was and he said "eh not to good" and there was NO follow up. She didn't say "oh I'm sorry to hear that what happened" she took his money, continued whatever terrible conversation she was having with the other waiter gave him back his check and shoo'd him off. THAT IS WHERE YOU SHOULD HAVE REDEEMED YOURSELVES. Honestly if he asks me if I want to get brunch next Sunday here I might just suggest somewhere else just from that last transaction. Every time i come here i get amazing customer service and the food is great! The only con about this place is the wait time which is understandable since they're not open all day. When I started coming the service and food were stellar. Lately though, the food hasn't been that great but the service has declined dramatically. I used to come every weekend religiously. To the point I knew a few of the servers by name. But now, I haven't been in a couple months and every time I think of going I debate on whether or not I should go there. First watch used to be my first choice... the go-to spot. Now it's literally my last option most times. The effort just isn't there anymore. Servers forget your orders which extends the time you're waiting to eat (not including the initial wait to be seated). When they sit you outside they seat you in direct sunlight because having my face cooked while waiting for them to redo my plate is the reason I decided to visit. There are numerous instances of this. The servers bounce all over the restaurant which feels highly unorganized. I have about 3/4 different people bringing me random items. Sasha brings my drinks. Gerald brings my plate. I have to get Amy's attention to get my plate sent back because Gerald can't be found. I have to ask Paul to bring me utensils and napkins because Amy and Gerald are now both M.I.A. like cmon. I used random names but you get the idea. Maybe management undervalues them and this is the result??? I been coming here for a while and it's my go to before I have to start a shift in the plaza. The staff is super friendly super professional, yes there's quite a wait but with the app you skip the line and you're called in fairly quickly even while on the waitlist. This was our first visit to First Watch, after declining to wait in long lines that wrapped around buildings in multiple locations. It was so worth the wait! Service was fantastic, biggest issue was deciding what to order from an extensive menu full of one option more delicious than the next! MDP decided on the oatmeal, made even more delicious with bananas, strawberries, walnuts and brown sugar. I chose the smoked salmon and veggie frittata with house potatoes, delicious and full of salmon. We shared the lemon ricotta pancakes. Holy cow, y'all. I could've just eaten pancakes by themselves with nothing on them, they were so good. But the lemon curd was tart and perfect and also included strawberries. We made a dent in them but they're so big, we couldn't finish them. Best of all was the million dollar bacon. Absolutely perfect. Sweet, spicy and decadent. Wow what a mess this place was. I've been to the one by sawgrass , so I expected the wait they said half an hour it was over an hour. There was three of us, everyone's order was wrong the waiter forgot the side orders said he took them off the bill instead of just bringing them and everything was lukewarm. Being pregnant really determines whether I like things these days. I don't like a lot of things that I loved when I wasn't pregnant, so I wouldn't have left a bad review if I didn't like it, to be completely honest. I LOVED it though! The silverware can use a bit of a polishing before getting wrapped, but the food was amazing! The Belgian waffle, they outdid themselves. The eggs weren't fully cooked at first, which I honestly would've looooved if I weren't pregnant, they looked delicious, but the server (I wish I kept receipt to remember her name, it started with an M) was extremely fast. They got me new eggs immediately. The Pineapple Express juice was delicious!!! The Farmhouse skillet was amazing. They really outdid themselves. The whole experience was awesome, I will definitely be going back to this location. From what I noticed, my server did her best to be attentive to her tables, grabbed everything I needed in a timely manner, checked on me every step of the meal. We were given a 20 min wait time which was fine. We are patient people, but it took almost 40 minutes to be seated and we had to ask twice about our table.
