Went here for the first time finally and imma just say, maybe I ordered wrong or it's just overhyped but I definitely felt the food fell flat for me and my friend. We just weren't really impressed. However, the food was still decent it just wasn't all that I was expecting based on personal reviews from friends and colleagues. I know I need to get the bacon and I didn't, so maybe that was my first mistake. Not horrible, I just don't think it's even in the top 5 breakfast places for me right now. I LOVE brunch. This place offers yummy food options. I was tempted by my favorite lemon ricotta pancakes, but opted for an avocado toast instead. I came with a large group on a Sunday morning so, as expected, the service was slow, because the waiters were slammed. We had a long wait - which was understandable, but unfortunately half of our party's food was brought out relatively promptly while the rest of us endured a 20 minute wait for our plates which felt awkward. We asked for many coffee refills so the waitress left a carafe of coffee so we could refresh our own cups. I'm not sure if they normally do that. The food was very tasty and the restaurant felt comfortable amidst the bustle of a busy summer morning. I would definitely return. read more

Customer service was not good . The establishment had empty plates on tables and was not clean . According to mgr they had rush and were doing some training. The mgr did not appear to be interested in my experience and overtalked me . He was quick to rush to get a gift card and did not appear interested in anything after that . Not sure why there aren't a lot of reviews for this place. Maybe the place is newer but I genuinely thought this place was great. We were told there would be a 30 min wait for 6 after realizing we put our name down for the wrong location, but the hostess say us down within 10 min. The service here was honestly great and didn't have any issues. The place was super nice inside and the place just feels lively. I ended up getting the elevated egg sandwich with a side of biscuits and gravy. The biscuit was still pretty crispy so I know it was fresh. The gravy too was super flavorful and had the right amount pepper in it. The egg sandwich was also fresh and everything just tasted so good. Everything also paired together well. Food was good, service was good, ambience was so-so. We came on a Sunday just after noon, so the wait for a table was averaging 30 minutes. We had gone online to place a reservation so that we wouldn't have to wait, but we still ended up standing in the foyer for about 10 minutes waiting for a table. The foyer was packed and people were starting to queue out the door. There wasn't room on the benches and chairs so we stood near the register. The parking lot was full too. It's free parking, but we had to park pretty far from the restaurant in what might have been shared parking with the vision place behind the restaurant. I would stay away from the covered parking spots because they are apparently reserved for a medical company. The restaurant is a standalone establishment. It's just a big square with tables and chairs and booths squished into the area. The noise was so loud, we had difficulty hearing each other. The color scheme appears to be grey. There is nothing unique or memorable about the decor here. The menu has a lot of wonderful breakfast items: lemon ricotta pancakes, Floridian French Toast with kiwi and berries, the bacado frittata, and even sandwiches for those wanting lunch. Three in our group chose the Eggs Benedict - two got the smoked salmon Benedict and one got the BLT Benedict. Another member in our party opted for the seasonal pumpkin spice pancakes. It seemed a little early to have these on the menu since it is definitely summer here in August, but since this is a national chain, I'm guessing someone north is already pining for the Fall season. Food was nicely presented and was filling. There was plenty of room for our rectangular shaped plates to fit on the table. Prices were approximately $15 per plate. The server was kind, and prompt with taking and delivering our order. She refilled our drinks upon request. I like First Watch, but I'm not fond of this noisy location with its drab, uninspiring decor. This is a modern restaurant with lots of glass and high industrial ceilings. The color scheme of muted greens and blues create a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Great experience! Delicious omelette breakfast..very clean....tables not too close together...I love that they leave the coffee pot on the table as opposed to having to wait for a refill. Our server Isella ( not sure if that is correct spelling) was just charming and took good care of us. Manager at the register was very friendly. I don't recommend door dashing from this location. They always fail to put the correct items in your Togo order. Luckily DoorDash helped resolve the issue and refund me but the staff here doesn't do anything to help. Again great in person but avoid if ordering. read more

I've been to a First Watch restaurant in Collin County a few years back and I don't have any bad memories of it. I wanted to check out this new location in N Dallas and give it a try. It is a lovely building and easy to get to. The service was great. The place was clean. I didn't use the restroom to comment either way, but overall I'd say it was all looking good. I wasn't thrilled with my food. I had the roast beef with havarti sandwich and I didn't care for it. Between the sun dried tomatoes and the grilled onions overwhelming the flavor, the beef tasted like processed ham or corned beef. I didn't care for it at all. My husband had the breakfast tacos. He said they were fine but generally unremarkable. Maybe someone else will have a better experience but I wouldn't plan to return anytime soon. read more

Lemon ricotta pancakes are delicious! We shared the pancakes (they are huge), bacon, and million dollar potatoes. Morning meditation was a nice blend of juices. Do not come to this restaurant unless you want horrible customer service rude workers in a non-understanding manager who does not care and it's only there simply for a paycheck. My husband and I have been ordering here for months and it has not once been a good experience there is always excuse excuses. And then it happens again. I came in there today to get my food and said it was already ready on the app I get there. I wait 10 minutes. Finally someone talks after five minutes of standing there. My order takes another five minutes to come out and when I get home Meanwhile keep in mind. I live two minutes down the road. My food is already cold, which means my food had been sitting back there. It was already ready for a long time. I always place my order through Uber and I put it for pick up and it said my order was ready but they never gave it to me and by the time they did it was cold once again. The manager never cares you can tell he never cares he just floats around looking lost he didn't say "I'm sorry your order took so long he said nothing and I walked away with my cold food. Will not be coming back I have put up with too much and I'm too nice for this. It's not ok.! read more
