Our server was ready with menus and took our drink order right away. My husband was thirsty and emptied his glass in mere seconds. The waiter was too kind. When he returned to refill our glasses, he decided to leave the pitcher of tea at our table so that my husband would have access anytime. He was delighted! Our food came out promptly. I ordered way too much! I got the Monterrey Eggs Benedict served on a jalapeño corn pancake instead of an English muffin. I'm really not fond of the corn pancake as the base for the Benedict, so I plan to ask for a substitution or a different dish next time. I also got a side pancake with fruit. I couldn't eat it all. It was delicious, but it was a lot of food. The dining room has a few TVs that were playing video of natural disasters. I found it disturbing, but like any train wreck, you can't help but rubberneck to see how it turns out. If I could suggest one change, it would be turn these TVs off and uninstall them. At the end of the tour you get to try a sampling of their single origin coffees that are paired with bite size pastries from a local bakery, La Casita, that were delicious! The pairings really brought out the notes in the coffee and even I felt like a coffee sommelier! Plus after the tour you get a discount at the coffee shop and it applies to their sweet shirts. The matcha color is not the same anymore, it used to look pretty green. I know they pre-batched their matcha before hand, but it used to be good back then. We got the Cloud Matcha Latte, Honey Lavender Matcha, Butterfly Lavender Matcha Latte, and Strawberry Lemonade. The cloud matcha was the one that tasted the best, the lavender matcha was so bland and had no honey taste. Surprisingly, the strawberry lemonade was the best drink out of all the things we got.
