Went back today for breakfast with the gift card that Ashley was kind enough to send me. We had a male waiter that was absolutely fantastic!!!! Food was over the top excellent...everything was so fresh and presented beautifully. The young girl who was the hostess and worked the register with the long blond hair couldn't have been any nicer. This is definitely somewhere i'll be eating at often!!!! Customer service IS what it's all about. If Ashley wouldn't have reached out to me about my comment I probably wouldn't have come back again. Thank you Ashley for the gift card and the opportunity to give you another chance..it definitely paid off!!!!! read more

My first visit here was really great. But maybe I was just pulling wool over my eyes. The second visit.. anything but great. The coffee really sucks. It's bitter and burnt. They only have a bowl of creamers at the table and none fresh or cold. I hated the coffee the first time as well but ignored it. The meal I chose the second time was full of water at the bottom of the bowl. It was a breakfast bowl. Not made well at all and the amount of food I got was a disappointment for it being a breakfast bowl. The first time I got a breakfast bowl it was a large portion and filled me. Not sure I'll go back after the last time. read more

I went to First Watch on 2/16 for the first time. I was told a 10 minute wait and I was seated in 10 minutes. The server came and told us she would bring coffee. I stopped her and asked for an iced tea. When the server returned, I placed my order of the "Healthy Wrap" no cheese, but avocado instead. My dining companion ordered the turkey sausage gravy with biscuits. She also asked for regular milk instead of the mini moo type of creamers on the table. As an aside, we were the only table that did not get water. The server returned came back and told me there was a 50 cent up charge for the avocado. I said no worries. A few tables were seated next to us and, shortly thereafter, there food arrived. Understanding this is a new restaurant I wasn't too upset, however, when my food came it was wrong. The avocado was missing, jalapeños were in the wrap...not an item in this wrap and it was also missing the turkey. I waved down a member of the waitstaff and I explained the wrap was not correct. My server came over and I explained the problem. About 15 minutes later my breakfast came. It was pretty good-nothing spectacular. What bothered me was that no one apologized. I was told about a 50 cent up charge, but no one cared that my meal was wrong. When I paid at the register, I was not asked about my meal. I would have mentioned it...although, I doubt it would registered (yes, that was intended). Will I be back? Probably, I hope for a different result. read more

I used to think turning point was good until I found first watch cherry hill. They use the freshest of vegetables and meats and their breakfast comes out perfect EVERY TIME. They give you coffee while you wait which is a huge plus. You can tell they actually care about how great the food comes out rather than just quickly serve customers. I have been impressed 3 times in a row. It just gets better. Highlights are the Parma Skillet and the Garden Omelette and Ham and Gruyere omelette. Thanks for being so great. read more

Our first time here to give it a try. (Friday, Sept. 6, 2019). There was no line and we were immediately seated. Fist thing we noticed was the warehouse look and feel of the place. Open space with large glass...leads to large noise volume, its terrible. Bring you noise reducing headphones! The wait staff all wear orange aprons which further gives the look and feel that you are inside a home depot. We got menus and ordered coffee and juice. My wife ordered a chicken chonga burrito and I ordered the salmon eggs benedict. The burrito was giant sized, and my eggs benedict were well prepared. Because of the noise, we will not be returning. read more

The service was good and checked on us frequently if we needed anything. I had the pancakes with ricotta cheese and lemon. It was not as tasty as I thought it would be but it was good. I thought that the prices were not bad. It good for a quick brunch. read more

Food was good but based on service if I could give zero stars I would People at the front are not nice and look at you like your bothering them or what are you doing here. Wait staff just a tad better. While waiting to pay my bill for a 75.00 breakfast for two by the way, I saw one of the staff act rude to a door dash or Uber eats person totally talking down to them. I guess they forgot it to as those drivers that kept their sorry behinds in business during The worst of the pandemic. I can get good breakfast food anywhere and this food was good but I will go elsewhere like turning point for better service, a smile and a non condescending attitude toward other service workers read more

Busy, busy, busy. Highly recommend joining the waiting list ahead of time as you will end up waiting for a bit. We waited roughly an hour and a half on a Saturday to get a table without the waiting list. They do have free coffee and water for those waiting which is a plus. The Eggs Benedict was just ok but the Breakfast Tacos were amazing A+ dish. The coffee was weak which was disappointing so I hope they improve the strength/quality. I will say leaving a full pot on the table is convenient though. I was told the breakfast chimichangas are great so I will be back to try those. read more

Great sandwiches and of course breakfast fare. Bit of an organic/gourmet touch, but balanced by down homey atmosphere and eats that will satisfy the diner/IHOP eaters in your group, while offering more upscale options/ingredients for your foodies. Priced right (yes, more than ihop, but not ridiculously so....and worth it.) read more

The food can be a hit or miss. It can be good, it can be ok, it's just inconsistent. My issue is when we order to go, whether that's online ordering or directly from a waiter, we are always missing items. It would be nice if they redid their review process before the food is brought out to us. Today we were rushed and given our check midway through our meal. This isn't a budget restaurant and the wait for anything is very long. Time is money. Instead of insinuating that they want our seats for other customers, they should really focus on the customers they are serving now, not the customers they are serving soon. read more

Today was my first time here although I heard about this place when it first opened in the area...the food was great! I ordered the traditional eggs, bacon, artisan toast and potatoes with a side of avocado and a iced coffee. My husband got the banana crunch pancake and eggs with orange toast. Both of us enjoyed our meal and would definitely come back. Portion size was filling and staff was friendly. Only thing to note, if you plan on coming here on a Saturday, make sure to make reservations. Initially we were told the wait would be 15-20 mins and actually waited 45-50 minutes. read more

Been here once before, completely different experience this time. First of all, we were sitted outside and almost waited 20 minutes to be waited on while others after us were waited before us. Their excuse was, "the pillar was blocking us from their view", but then the waiter said they were understaffed. Lastly while paying, the host just disappeared and waited even longer to pay. Food was good though. read more

Great experience my family enjoyed the best place for breakfast ,good quality food highly recommended

Very impressed!!! Two delicious lunch/brunch entrees and a nice staff! My partner's seasonal menu carnita burrito was massive and delicious! Filled with good flavors and an excellent tomatillo hollandaise sauce. My steak and eggs were delicious mixed with good hash browns and carmelized onions. A treat! Will return! read more

The food is excellent. Love the menu. The servers can be moody. One was actually a bit snarky. Parking is horrible so time carefully to get a spot. read more

I had visited one in Hershey, PA and thought it would be fun to take my kids for New Year's Day brunch. Thinking ahead, I place my name on the waitlist so that we wouldn't have to wait long. We arrive at the suggested time and I'm informed that in the past hour they received numerous takeout orders and that would push my wait time back another 40 minutes. That was after my initial wait time of 45-60 minutes and there were 7 tables ahead of me. Sorry, with 3 kids, that is just not a feasible endeavor. I'll be hard-pressed to return to this location after this treatment. read more

Great food, but they need to buss their table quicker. There will be a 20 minute wait and 6 tables will sit empty that entire time.

First time here. Have to say, being the second day open, everything was great. great ambiance, a mix of old modern and new. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Ordered the eggs Benedict, which was amazing. Prices on menu were good and for the amount of food that you are give. Its definitely worth it. Will be returning and referring friends. I gave a four score as it is new and there is still room for growth. read more

I had the most phenomenal Crab Meat Omelet at First Watch. The food was superb for brunch with my daughter. I was visiting from California, which I do often, so have been to many breakfast places in South Jersey. This is one of my favorites to sit outside on a nice summer day and enjoy their summer menu. Service was good. Everyone was pleasant, including other patrons. I'll be going back in the fall and look forward to having breakfast off of their "Fall Menu". read more

Don't go if you're in a hurry or expect to be seated at the time they say on their app. Reserved a place 2 HOURS ahead of time, arrived and checked in... then waited in my car for 40 minutes PAST the time they told me. Never had a bad experience and the food is some of my favorite. It's pricey but the portions are big and the atmosphere is glorious.

This was delicious! We got the works omelette and it was phenomenal! The only thing I would change is either half the onions or dice them. While they are cooked perfectly and yummy. They were too big for the omelette whole. I usually done like my potatoes that way but this place changed my mind! I can't wait to go back. I went during the week as weekend it is hectic and busy. No wait and the lady was super nice. I will definitely be back. read more

Very good food, beverages and service. Dining room was very clean. Just be sure you get there early as parking is limited and it tends to be crowded. We arrived at 8:15 AM and were seated almost immediately. Prices are higher than your average traditional 24-Hour Diner however if you are looking for a place to go for a special Breakfast occasion this is the place to go. read more

I have eaten here several times. The food is always good, but I wanted to leave the review based on service. In a time when restaurants are struggling to find help we were lucky enough to have Vincent as our waiter. He was by far the most attentive server I have had in a long time. He was pleasant, fast, and checked in on us numerous times. I was with a client and we both said should we ask him if he wants to work in Customer service for either of our companies. Keep up the great work Vincent! management take care of him or he will be hired away! read more

What a great place. Love the decor! Huge menu - a little overwhelming to be honest, but so many wonderful choices. I went with the avocado toast and side of grits with butter. Grits were yummy. One small thing that would make the avocado toast platter perfect would be to serve the avocado room temp and not freezing cold. It makes everything else on the plate cold. Love the fresh squeezed OJ. Service was spectacular. I would definitely go back, but would love to see that small adjustment - game changer. read more

This place is excellent from the Beginning to the End. The food is made with care and it's fresh and service is outstanding

Have been here twice so far, once on a Sunday and again a Thursday. Sunday: we did have to wait a while but we checked in on the app so that helped with the wait. The food was delicious and the staff was nice. Thursday: no wait was seated promptly. Waitress was super friendly. Food was just as good on Thursday as it was on Sunday when it was crazy. They leave the coffee on the table which is nice. My only complaint is that they use the single serve creamers. I like that there are options but I had to asked for half and half because there were only 4 in the bowl. Overall will be back. read more

I've read others reviews and despite being a new place, new staff, long wait times like every other place on a brunch sunday... others apparently lack of understanding of such a thoughts... The food is great! All though new, the servers I had were good. Yes, they may need to work out some kinks being a new place but the food speaks for itself and came out quick all three times I've been so far so I wanted to leave a review to support a good local establishment!
