Small plate biscuits and gravy
Ben B.

It has been a wile since I had been to first watch before today and prior to this I was not super crazy over it but now I would definitely recommend people to go here while visiting I got the biscuits and gravy which was good the gravy was kinda bland but the biscuit itself was great I also got a muffin of the day (today was blueberry) and it was really good and flavorful and the last thing I got was the million dollar bacon which as well was incredible overall 5/5 stars great ambiance and a solid brunch place would recommend

We were visiting family in Chattanooga and we all like to eat. Taking us the the airport on Saturday, we stopped at First Watch on Gunbarrel for breakfast. The food we saw passing us and menu looked awesome. The pancakes looked awesome but after several days of gorging myself, I decided to stick to something healthier. I loved the A.M. Superfoods Bowl. It was delicious and surprisingly filing. Loved the coffee but even more, the Purple Haze non-alcoholic drink was awesome. They were really crowded and the wait was 45 minutes. But, there was a Community Table that seated 8 and only one occupant was seated. We joined him and had no wait. Additionally, we engaged this local gentleman in super interesting conversation. He eats there 4-5 times a week. If you have the opportunity to pick who you want serving you, be sure to ask for a seat in Lyric's station. She was awesome with the service, prompt, very pleasant and adorable. Lastly, I would like the thank the gentleman we sat with, who we only knew as "Rob, the carpet recycling guy" who secretly paid for breakfast for all 5 of our family members, then left. He was certainly a great man and generous beyond belief. Thanks, Roy.

Great little breakfast chain that offers an assortment of brunch options. We love the breakfast tacos, avocado toast, and the superfood bowls. Highly recommend their bacon if you love bacon!

French toast to go

The food here is absolutely delicious and I have never had a complaint. The price per portion is a bit off balance. Meaning that you are paying for way more than what you were getting and overtime the portion has decreased a little while the price has gone up. I still do enjoy the Belgian waffles and also the French toast. Actually everything I've had so far including the bowls in the fresh juices are awesome.

This is a fairly large shop in a location that I'm not sure entirely suits it - but I was very glad to see it! They have a drive through but I wound up going inside to use the restroom. It's a beautiful and modern building, with a lot of space inside to relax or work. The restroom was immaculate and the line to order was short and moved quickly. Service was also incredibly friendly and pleasant. They were very patient with the customer in front of me who asked a LOT of questions, lol. I placed an order for an iced marble mocha, which had both dark and white chocolate. This was a unique concept to me but it actually really worked! I could taste both kinds of chocolate distinctly and it was very tasty. As I kept drinking it, I will say it was a little heavy on the milk for me, but ultimately it was a tasty drink. If I lived in the area, I'd be back for sure! I'm pretty sure they give some of their proceeds back to local nonprofits too, which is nice.

My friends and I were always lucky to snag a table for us those times. But coming in the morning is really pleasant. I've only gotten coffee here in the past, so this time we got food. I got a Pistachio Croffin (croissant muffin) and we shared a Berries and Cream crepe. And that first bite of that crepe was absolutely delicious. We were planning on sharing that crepe with another friend, but that crepe was so good we demolished it haha. We ended up ordering the Spinach Pesto crepe to share for later instead. But wow, I have nothing but praise for these crepes because they blew me away. The Berries and Cream crepe was just amazing. Fruits tasted fresh and juicy. The crepe itself was perfectly sweet. And the whipped cream cheese filling inside was light and creamy. I couldn't ask for more in a fruit crepe. Also the light drizzle of sweetened condensed milk on top? Chef's kiss. And then we tried the Spinach and Pesto crepe. It had all my favorite things inside, so of course I loved it. I loved the savory pesto spread inside the crepe, the spinach, ricotta, and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. The tomatoes added a nice acidity to balance and the balsalmic glaze tied it all together on top. It felt like applause roared in my mouth. Also I can't forget the Pistachio Croffin I ate too. It had great texture, and had that subtle nutty flavor from the pistachio. I really liked it. Anyways, I'm a big Morning Brew fan. It's poppin' in the afternoon and it's tough getting a seat, but it's not hard to see why. I prefer the early mornings for a more quiet and less chaotic atmosphere. Love you morning brew! I will always remember how those crepes rocked my world and I'll definitely be back.

It can get pretty busy on the weekends, so I aim for the end of the day to get a good seat. Internet is easily accessible and free of time limits. There are a lot of great spots on this end of the county, so it can be hard to choose. You can't go wrong with this one.

The whole bite was good, but the biscuit was a little overpowering with how thick it was, so you kinda lost all the flavors together with just one bite. Turkey club wrap 10/10 Super fresh ingredients. The tortilla was warm and toasted slightly. The bacon inside was cooked perfectly and you could taste it very well. The whole bite was delicious. I love that they put the spicy mayo on the side. The flavor of the Spicy mayo was also delicious, and not spicy.

One of my main things beyond the taste is more health related. I need to stay away from dairy as much as possible and have run into some issues. To minimize my dairy intake, I ask for a dairy alternative like almond or oat milk (and no whipped cream). Most recently, I requested oat milk and they instead made my drink with whole milk...that didn't go well and I got really congested and started having issues with my nose and throat. Was wondering why that was happening and checked the label only to realize it read whole milk, not oat milk as requested. I couldn't even drink half of it. Might be good to add a verification screen like competitors so customers can know their order is entered as placed and help catch mishaps before they happen. I for sure will be checking my labels regardless to make sure this doesn't happen again. I, unfortunately, can't trust that communication issues will not happen again. Normally I'd not care and just drink it anyway but this type of thing closes me up and wastes both product and money. ***Double check your order and verify your labels before you drive off.*** (Why I changed to two stars: The mishap was one thing but, reaching out to them to speak to someone about what happened only to get a message service is disappointing. It is especially disappointing when no one returns your call after the audio message says that messages are checked "multiple times each day"...after several days, I received a less than professional text message with no introduction or identification from a number my phone could not ID)
