From the time we entered everything was completely wrong. We were seated, then 20 min later my wife asked for service. Someone came to take our order which was not our waitress, then two sets of drinks showed up along with my meal which was wrong. We have received a military discount in the past at this and other locations and was told we don't do that here...the manager even checked with another worker and said no we don't. If you google it, it states you do...you should always support the military and I can't believe that this would change from week to week. Food is consistently good with this chain regardless of location. Service was a bit choppy as it took 3 different servers to finally get us drinks. Not sure why. The biggest issue is with the call ahead option on the app. You can add your name to the wait list, but you can't specify whether you want outdoor seating (as about 75% do) or indoor. So the time estimate is wildly off because of this issue. For instance, the app said that our table would be ready anywhere from 12:15-12:35pm, but we weren't seated until after 1pm because (like most) we wanted outdoor seating. Seems like the app should be able to give the option so that wait times are more accurate. Not this location's fault though. read more

I'm giving this location 3 stars because they are still fairly new, so I would suggest visiting at a later date when they have gotten it together. I was really excited for my parents to try this place since I love it in Orlando and was happy to see one open near them in Boynton. Upon initial entry the host (i assume) yelled at a couple who had just walked in with a sho hand motion to wait outside very rudely, they did not say a word but both looked at each other and left.. I understand you have to be caution during times like this however you can be a little kinder just like other locations have been... once seated it took over 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge the table, until we waved someone down. After another 15-20 minutes pass we asked someone else for the coffee... once they came we immediately wanted to put in our order to just get the food and go. Thankfully the food and drinks were very good. A lady that was sitting outside had to come in and ask for someone to go and greet their table since she had been waiting for almost 30 minutes. They definitely have potential and granted, they opened during rough times... however the service needs to be improved. Looking forward to trying them again, with better results! read more

Came during busy brunch time (wait was about 15 minutes) but made didn't even mind waiting because of Cynthia! She greets guest right as you come in but also while we were Standing outside. When our table was ready, Cynthia had the door open for us and showed us to our table and let us know our server will be with us shortly. I just have to say thank you Cynthia, you were ON TOP OF IT!!! Even thought this location was busy, she made sure to greet guest, wipe down the table all with a smile on her face. My family recently had lunch at the Boynton First Watch. Our server was prompt and friendly. I ordered the Ham & Gruyere Melt sandwich - delicious. Everyone was happy with their selections. They offer an interesting and healthy array of breakfast dishes. I usually get the First Watch A.M. SUPERFOODS BOWL which consists of Coconut milk chia seed pudding with fresh fruit, granola, and whole wheat bread with almond butter- it's amazing and I have never seen it on a menu elsewhere else. read more

So this morning, myself and a few guest decided to stop in and grab breakfast. Upon walking it we were greeted by Brittany and asked inside or out we choose to sit inside. Brittany then proceeded to seat us however during these time we are trying to participate and follow the Covid-19 rules. So we did have to ask not to be seated next to people or at least 6 foot rule. I was disappointed that they aren't doing every other booth or table instead your sat back to back. Also another table she tried to seat us at had condensation/was very wet. She acted like it was no big deal. Then once finally seated our server Cynthia said hello and asked what we would like to drink. I ordered a Mimosa and my friend had a Bloody Mary. The Mimosa was very good with what tasted like fresh squeezed OJ . However, the Bloody Mary was all bloody no Mary and wasn't good. Then we proceeded to order our meals when ordering the waitress didn't ask weather we wanted salad or potatoes. She just skipped over that part. The food subpar. While sitting waiting for the check I watched multiple service staff pick things up off the floor with the gloves they had on. With out changing the gloves the proceeded to sever food and touch clean areas. Unfortunately after witnessing these action I could not help but think how unsanitary that was and how it violates so many laws. So I would not recommend coming to this establishment. I have been coming I here for a long time. I have considered this a special restaurant to go to. However they have let their alcohol drinks go to shit. Their margaritas use to be served in a margarita glass now they serve it in a small glass and they throw the extra down the drain. You pay 10 dollars at the bar and 15 dollars at the dinner table. I was so upset. I am done with this place. They really should serve their margaritas in a 6 oz plastic cup and serve them 2 for 1. I am really disappointed with this place. We are great fans of First Watch and been anxious to try the new location in our neighborhood. We are extremely cautious about dining in these days and ordered our brunch for pick up. I love the Avocado Toast and Included firm poached eggs along with it. To my dismay, the eggs were a mass of mushy undercooked sunny side up and the toast was not "toasted". I had to cook the eggs before eating. Quality control is important when trying to establish a good reputation and I suggest that the line chefs check the orders carefully in the future. Basically went there today and asked for gluten free options, its like they got mad or something and barely wanted to serve me or answer any questions. I never said I had an allergy I said it's just a preference. So our waiter proceeded to argue with me telling me we have gluten free bread but there will be cross contamination. Again I kept saying that's fine it's a preference. So I order the gluten free avocado toast. The bread was gluten free and avocados are just avocado, he brought me the "avocado toast" on cold bread that just came from the fridge. Then my husbands Belgium waffle was cold.
