I'm mostly reviewing the drink than the Starbucks itself because I feel like all Starbucks are pretty standard unless they really stand out by how horrible they are. This Starbucks Drive-Thru is really really convenient. I had to come in today to try their new Spring Menu and I absolutely loved it! I ordered the Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato (see pictures below) The girl at the window thought I wanted the Matcha and I was like "No girl, the macchiato please. I hate matcha." Everyone was really nice at the window and my drink came out relatively quick. The window was cute, I actually don't think I've ever been inside for longer than 5 mins, but it was a good Starbucks run. Drink Review: I absolutely LOVE Ube so if you don't you might think this drink is weird. Honestly I could've gone without the toasted coconut pieces on top because it added a weird crunch on top of the crunchy ice and it didn't need it. The coffee inside was great as well. It blended really nicely with the Ube cold foam. Purple is also my favorite color so if I didn't like the drink I would've been disappointed. The blend of the espresso and the sweetness of the Ube cold foam was absolutely delicious. This is by far my favorite drink Starbucks has come out with. read more

I really dread going to this Starbucks because the drive thru and inside wait times are ridiculous. My orders at least never had issues until today. I ordered the new Turkey Sage croissant they have (usually delicious btw) and they served me an ice cold item that I don't think they even warmed. I was already long gone but when I'm spending money on an over priced snack, I want it to be properly warmed. All I can say is that I go to Starbucks Almost daily and no matter which one I go to the service has improved 100%! Every one seems to put on their smiles and shared it with the public. I popped in after picking up my son from camp this week and we had a mommy and son lunch date. This joint resides in the Canyon Town Center area and it has a drive thru! We went inside and got a fruit tray with crackers and assorted cheeses. The strawberry acai and frappuccino were delicious. My son kept sipping between both drinks to figure out which one he liked better. He mentioned to get the acai for him next time ;) The fruit tray was plentiful too. I usually go for the ones that have the hard boiled egg in it, but they were out when I asked for it yesterday. Boo :( There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's not a good idea to sit outside with all of the heat that we've been having and it would be better inside to enjoy the nice a/c. The super quick and friendly service stood well with the visit and will likely to return when in the area for a quick fix. read more

It's good to go to basics sometimes. I love my small local coffee shops but Starbucks has longer hours compared to some coffee places that close earlier. Back in the day, about 15 years ago, I used to drink Starbucks all time time. Then moving to FL, I stopped drinking it so much... This location is extremely close to my home. When they first opened, I didn't like how they were making the drinks. So, I waited for a few months before I visited them again. They have significantly improved. Whenever I visit, I usually stick to my all time favorite of iced caramel macchiato at Starbucks. I like their seating and it's a prefect place to get a few hours of studying and drink or eat something as well. This Starbucks is located in Canyon Town Center. It went like this: Me: "I'd like to order a Grande Peppermint Mocha" Her: "sorry we are out of peppermint today" Me: "ok then just a Mocha and which of the loafs do you have right now?" This place is always busy! Great location for a Starbucks. Unfortunately, they seem to have been hit pretty hard during the pandemic and reduced business hours for a few months as they were looking for new employees. They seem to be ramping back up to speed. I go to Starbucks every single day and spend between $15-20. This particular Starbucks is closest to my home but is the most inconsistent. Whenever I order a cappuccino I get a latte. I don't want a latte. I want a cappuccino. I like less milk, more foam. I do not want a big glass of milk! I have spoken to the mgr about this but the problem continues. Happened again yesterday. My venti cap was 85% milk w/ a light layer of foam. I use the drive thru. Could I say something when they hand hand me the tray? Yes. But there are usually 10 cars behind me. I ordered a ham and swiss panini at 5:34AM, 4 minutes after they open. You would think that the food items are fresh, but you would be wrong. As I was eating my ham and swiss panini, i started to notice a sour and metallic taste. I immediately stopped eating it, knowing that whatever i had just consumed was not fresh, but I hoped i hadn't consumed too much of the spoiled food. I am now writing this from the bathroom where i am experiencing the worst, most painful diarrhea i have ever had in all my years of living. So bad to the point that I've almost fainted, 3 times. Updated Review: Fast WiFi. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. When they first opened things were kind of a mess. This is the worst Starbucks. We go every single day. For almost two years now and order the SAME two drinks every single day. For the past 6 months, it is a 50/50 chance our drink is wrong. It is a running joke in my household If it will be right. They are ALWAYS in the weeds, so we rarely ask for a remake but the amount of times I have straight up thrown out our items is ridiculous. Why do I keep going? I guess I always thought they would figure out what "light cream" means but nope, we continue to be served pure half and half 50% of the time. They are always backed up, people are constantly asking for remakes, they don't check their mobile orders, they fight with each other behind the counter. I love Starbucks and I go once a week as a treat. I had my 6 week checkup and decided to stop by. I wish I didn't! I was in line for 20 minutes and there was only 2 people in front of me. Then it was finally my turn. They gave me my food quick. After sitting there for 5 minutes waiting for my drink the person at the window asks me what I ordered. I told her and she told the person making the drinks. They where making drinks for pickup in-store and for those who came in but I was sitting for 15 minutes with my son crying as if he is in pain. She stands there staring at me as if she is in Lala land. Then she gives me my drink. I take off because the moving car helps him sleep and calm down. I've been going to this Starbucks since they opened a couple years ago. I am a steady customer there. I'm there Atleast 5days a week sometimes twice a day. Through out the years customer service has dropped tremendously as well as quality of drinks. Today during their happy hour (yes I understand that they are slammed during this time) I received the worse customer service and one of the worse drinks.
