Today was no exception. I specifically ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and carefully selected "no lettuce, tomatoes, or onion" on the app. They still added all the unwanted toppings. When I called to speak with a manager about the mistake, the woman who answered was extremely rude. She constantly interrupted me, refused to let me finish a sentence, and then hung up on me. I called back immediately, and the man who answered refused to give me the manager's name before hanging up on me as well. This is not acceptable. You should not have to pay good money for incorrect orders followed by rude, dismissive treatment from management. I contacted DoorDash and received a full refund, but that doesn't change the fact that this place has terrible quality control and even worse customer service. Bottom line: Avoid this restaurant entirely. There are far better options out there that actually care about getting your order right and treating customers with basic respect. One guy told us all the items on the menu that he's tried and liked. My husband ordered their meatloaf with mashed potatoes twice (as his 2 sides). It came with a mushroom gravy. He said it was wonderful. I had their ham sliders. Three mini Hawaiian buns, filled with Boar's head ham, melted provolone cheese, and a sweet honey mustard sauce. They were sticky and delicious. They have happy hour specials and different events/entertainment on a rotating calendar. They should do well here once discovered. We will be back to try their touted burgers and steak sandwich... among other things.
