I ordered an ice salted caramel latte, and the boy helping me let me taste the premade espresso that they had in the fridge to see if it was strong enough. I definitely appreciated that. The coffee was good, but I don't normally enjoy coffee. That's been sort in the refrigerator. I definitely understand why they're doing it, though, as it speeds up the amount of time to make someone a coffee. Mine wasn't sweet enough and he was happy to add more for me, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I think this place is going to be really good after they work out the kinks.

The coffee was presented in a white ToGo cup bearing a logo in cursive "The Hedges Inn" at East Hampton, which is the Pink Paradise Café sister company. The barista/manager Courtney took us on an unexpected guided tour of the hotel. This was customer service at it's best. Did not even have to think twice about giving this café a strong five stars.
