Dunkin' (or if you are old enough to remember them as Dunkin' Donuts) is an iconic brand that has been serving the public since 1950 when they opened their first location in Quincy, Massachusetts. From that one location, they have become a global company and have built a dedicated and loyal following. This particular location is in the Quantum Town Centre in Boynton Beach, Florida and is not far off of Interstate 95. Whole parking can get tight, as ot was this morning, it was not a huge deal and by no means a deal breaker. It is a small location and definitely geared more towards takeout. The store was extremely busy, but I received my order rather promptly. My only issue was that the woman who took my order was obviously annoyed with being there. It was not just me, the guy behind me also asked why she was so angry. I will say that I hope her day got better. All in all, I will give this location five stars despite the unhappy counter person. Now do yourself a favor & go to this Dunkin'. The staff here are very customer oriented extremely well manners. Since covid I've hated going and putting in a order in person because of the staffs attitude makes you want to leave. Not sure about anyone else's experience here. Wonderful location I work for a major appliance repair company and it was hard to find a meeting point in the area to have 6 to 8 employees meet. I found this location that has a conference room that meets all of our needs. Jessica makes the process simple and easy and we appreciate her assistance. The room has a big display screen with all connections you will need and ordering is made easy with the friendly and helpful staff. This is my local DD and I prefer this location over others as they are a larger store and more clean / modern. On the weekends, I always manage to grab the same booth and enjoy breakfast with my son. I remember when it was hard to pass Dunkin Donuts but no more. I found out why when I overheard a conversation. I can't vouch for the veracity but this guy claimed Dunkin's donut makers bid on the work so the donut you had last month might not be as the same as this month but my taste buds tell me they stopped tasting good as soon as they farmed it out no matter the month. He also said the bagged coffee you buy in the supermarket is not the same as in restaurant. False advertising? No idea if that's true and no opinion as I never bought their bagged coffee. Messed up my order yet again. The only reason I stop at this location is because it's right by I95 and on the way to work. I clearly specified it I don't eat bacon. I placed my order inside. The cashier taking the order picked the option "chicken croissant without bacon." But, to my dismay, the sandwich still had bacon. I stop at this Dunkin' Donuts pretty regularly on my way to the gym on the weekend. I'll stop here to "fuel up" before my workout with a breakfast bagel and doughnut and will sometimes get a box of doughnuts to bring to the gym (for all the other starving people working out). I've always had pretty good service here and have never had much of a wait. The place is always reasonably clean and the staff is polite. This is our normal favorite place. The only reason for not five stars is since they started doing delivery dudes things have gotten messed up. It seems the more delivery dudes orders they get the less they can handle the in person order and we wait forever for our order. This causes upset customers and we have seem people walk out due to this because they can't wait anymore. We have even gotten upset waiting 15 minutes for our stuff. Also the pick up people for delivery dudes are very rude and demanding. They push their way through and expect to be accommodated right then and there. There has to be a better way to serve all people. We love this location and the people the work there but Dunkin' choice to add delivery dudes is so not good or not thought out well. read more

Dunkin Donuts is no longer your momma's donut shop. In the past few years, DD has morphed from a simple donut and generic coffee shop to a quick service restaurant with a large variety of their staple donuts, higher premium coffee drinks and food choices. With breakfast the fastest growing segment among customer desires, it's nice to see DD try to keep up. However that's their downfall. Even with most of their breakfast food supply cooked before coming in store, the process and tools are so limited it takes an extraordinary amount of time to prep and deliver what appears to be the simplest of items, such as a small wrap with bacon, egg and cheese. This is an issue in many DD restaurants, not just this specific location. Another DD issue is a lack of consistency among their hot food offerings. I was once given a bacon egg and cheese wrap at this store with cold cheese and the egg at the bottom of the bag -- not even in wrap. TIP: if you're getting just one or two chocolate donuts, ask for them in separate bags. You'll thank me later because more than one chocolate or frosting covered donut in a bag because a mess! Donuts are great and so are their drinks. Just don't expect to get in and out quick. The line is often slow moving. GETTING HERE can be tricky. You park in the back and often you don't see the sign until it's too late. DD is located across the street from Publix on Gateway. BONUS: This DD has a small conference room available for business meetings, etc. read more

This Dunkin is hands down the best Dunkin, I've ever stepped foot inside many years ago. The owner, Jeff, is absolutely incredible. I miss seeing his presence whenever I would stop in at 6 am or when I'd post up at a table for hours, he would always come by to say hi, always accommodating or just to chat about Boston. I understand why he no longer spends as much time at this store + wow was his beautiful wife, Jessica just the absolute best manager at any Dunkin I've ever stepped foot in. She would see me walking in + have my drink and/or food ready to go. Neither ever left me waiting but even if they did, I wouldn't complain or mind. The staff adored her + admired her and did everything they could to keep the store running smoothly and quickly. The coffee is always fresh, as is the food and if not, they never had any issues correcting it or remaking it. I don't go in as often as I'd like to either, I miss it but I did go in this morning and as I was pulling out, I saw the owner running in which is what prompted me to write this review bc I desperately wanted to say hi but unfortunately didn't have the time. I love the indoor/outdoor seating, the cleanliness + the staff. They may have had a rough few years, in addition to Covid, but they all did the best they could. People are allowed to have bad days + even when this place suffered a tragic loss of their beloved manager; they still showed up to serve you as best as they could + for that alone, earns them more than 5 stars read more

This location is absolutely atrocious. From customer service to wrong orders. If someone comes in for their morning coffee boost, as an employee you should greet with a smile and be cheerful being that you are starting someone's day. Why do you choose to work somewhere your not happy? Beyond me. But I'm tired of the poor hospitality I've experienced. It seems to be a younger person problem. I think hiring older people would be better as they are more patient. Giving attitude is not in the handbook. I'm a chef and in the restaurant culture, the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT.. our business is what gives your staff hours and if this continues, I don't see why a boycott shouldn't be put in place and make y'all lose business or shut down. Everyone knows what Dunkin Donuts is so this isn't really a review about Dunkin Donuts so much as it is about 2 employees at this location. I didn't get their names but if the Mgr. or Franchisee happens to see this (and I pray he/she does) I hope you know that the 2 male employees that were working Saturday, Sept 1st @ 5:21pm take EXCELLENT care of your store. First of all, although I've only been to a few other locations this is the cleanest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been in. But also, these 2 employees were extremely kind, professional, patient and accommodating. When we walked in there were no other customers and one of the employees was sweeping the floor. As we walked by he was conscientious enough to stop sweeping while we passed and he smiled and greeted us. Then when we were deciding what to order, because I haven't been in a Dunkin' Donuts in 20 years I went into full on, stereotypical, confused, old person mode, asking questions and changing my mind. They were both much more patient than I was probably deserving of or at least I could have been. But then...... (deep sigh) when I finally did decide on what I thought I wanted (a Mocha Frozen Coffee) It was way too sweet and I didn't care for it.‍ In my flailing defense.... I get the frozen mocha coffee at Chick-Filet all the time and I love it. But, without hesitation when they were aware I didn't like it, they immediately offered to change it and make me something else. Now, there are posters around that say something like "if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will remake it or replace it" but I could tell that it was less about that policy and more about them sincerely wanting me to like what I purchased! This location is absolutely awful! I am not one to write reviews but I sure hope the manager reads these. All the girls who work here are extremely rude and make you wait for your order, even when it's an online order. They are always standing around talking to each other while people are waiting. Their customer service in non existent. It's very obvious they don't want to work. I ordered My drink with whipped cream and the girl with the tattoos along the neck refused to give it to me saying it wasn't on the ticket. You can tell the ticket was cut off. I went back to look at my order and sure enough it was specified there was whipped cream. She pushed the drink back to me and said "sorry baby". You don't treat customers like that who pay for something specific and then refuse it to them because they are lazy and you're cutting into their social time at work. Rude staff. We had some coupons that are in the mailer and they wouldn't use them due to one being a bit ripped. It was not expired or used and they said one number was on the mailer still so we got it out of my bag and they said they can't use. I've never heard of not being able to use it if when tearing it one number gets ripped. He wouldn't honor it or anything. I used to come here all the time. It's been about 4 months and I came in today for coffee and what a huge change. I walked in and the floor was a complete mess and so dirty. First, I am a manager in the food service industry, so I understand how frustrating some of these reviews can be, although they do help to improve service. For that reason I don't usually write reviews, but this needs to be said. If I could give them a negative star I would. I had the simplest order and they completely messed it up. My daughter is highly allergic to chocolate, so I ordered munchkins for her on Uber eats with the special instruction of only glazed and jelly donuts. Not only did they completely ignore the request but they basically gave me the total opposite, which of course included chocolate. I can see that the employees there do not understand that dealing with people's food is not something to take lightly! This is a health issue!!! My toddler doesn't know any better and grabbed the chocolate munchkin first! You could have sent her to the hospital!!! Me and my wife are infuriated! Not only will I never order from there again but I will make sure everyone I have a chance to come in contact with knows how little attention is paid to the customer. So disappointing. read more
