Today June 17. Since when does a medium coffee automatically come with creamer and sugar? Nasty! Didn't realize until I got home. A medium coffee is a medium coffee... not also sweetened with cream. Staff were not attentive. The service here is pretty good, they rarely get your order wrong but they are frequently out of products. It's a small Dunkin' on a corner in a shopping center so no drive thru but they have a couple tables inside, and a couple of tables outside, though these are usually taken by the geriatric morning crew. The food is Dunkin' food. Microwaved fresh to order, but this place is so tiny you get to watch it happen. If any Dunkin' in Boynton deserved a "better than mediocre" badge, it would be this one. read more

I've never really had a problem at this location. The person who took my order was a nice older woman, she took my order very quickly and had no problems. First time trying this refresher, initial taste is not bad, but the after taste isn't great. I probably won't get that drink again. Almost has a chemical like taste. A week ago my Daughter used the DD app on my phone to pay for coffee for me and a breakfast sandwich for herself while I waited in the car, she came out and told me "they said the app didn't work on the phone" so I gave her my credit card to use, while she went back in to pay with my card, I noticed that the amount was in fact charged through the app. I went inside to explain that I had now been charged a little over $10 twice once on my credit card and once on the app, the owner became involved and though I proved via the app and my Chase account that I was charged twice he kept over talking me . Anyway the pompous little idiot never acknowledged that he double dipped from me though I proved it, and never made it right,, he ruined his reputation with me over $10! I was there in between appointments last week and I wish there was an outlet available just to charge my phone for the time I was there. I don't get the vibe that they want you to hangout here. For Road Warriors that are in the car, Starbucks is a more accommodating environment. I like the Dunkin Donuts coffee however I need a place that will meet my needs when on the road. Never been to this Dunkin Donuts before and never will again. First of all it smelled like vomit inside the store, it was pretty bad. The lady working the register was dead inside. I'm pretty sure she gave up on life a loooong time ago. By the time we got our coffee and donuts I was pretty much ready to slit my wrist. Luckily we got out just in time. No stars for the location at 4430 Hypoluxo Rd. After waiting in line for 15 minutes the manager told us the dining room was closed and that we had to leave because there weren't enough employees. There were only three of us in line waiting patiently. He could have locked the doors before throwing us out and not let anyone else in! Yes the drive thru was busy but inside was NOT. This was after berating an employee in front of us for "making a mistake". But in actuality it's very bad customer service now just this morning i was told not to call a blueberry cake donut a muffin and then the other associate over hears my question and butts in my conversation and tells me "you have eyes can't you see what flavors donuts we have " now that the corona virus pandemic is going on the manager looks at every customer like they are infected and he is disgusted. Best Dunkin around. Very friendly man working the night shift. We talk regularly when I go in to order my drink, and he's always very nice and personable. On top of that, coffee quality is consistently high. I usually order a black cold brew, and it is always very fresh. Some Dunkin' Donuts cold brew is honestly not drinkable. This one is very good. I have also had the matcha iced latte and some of the donuts. I have no complaints. I love that it is 24hours, and the workers are always hard at work. I appreciate this location a lot, and I will continue to go to them for my Dunkin. read more

Worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. I've lived in the area for over 8 years. The morning chaos is usually manageable depending on who is on the registers the app has been a god send except when they become backed up and you have about 20 people in a small window looking for orders with no structure. I went in just recently and it was empty I asked the older woman behind the counter what donuts did she have available, she looked my 14 year old niece up and down and said she doesn't need donuts. I said none of us do and began to look at the donuts in place of my niece, the older woman then scolded me about it being her store, and about me not looking over her counter to see the donuts. I asked her to repeat herself and she crossed her arms and told me it's my store and I said she doesn't need donuts. I will never set foot in this establishment again, to body shame a child is ridiculous. And her approach was terrible. So angry at manager of 4778 N Congress location in Boynton. Like any restaurant, there are screw ups. That is understandable. This one is always busy so I get that. But, when they screw up, they are kind of nasty and rude. I have stopped there on my way to work and get the occasional messed up sandwich or bad coffee. The other day I received a coffee with either curled milk or something odd put in it. When I called to tell them to get it replaced, they seemed nice and cordial and said they would replace. When I came back the next week to get a replacement coffee (just that), the manager was rude and gave me a speech on how "customers like me" just want what he alluded to free food. Went in here after spending the day at roger dean park. Wanted something sweet and didn't want to have to take a loan out to buy it; so, when I got there I told them frozen chai latte. They scanned my perks and off the two went (think training was going on) to make my drink. When I got it, I was in a hurry so didn't really look, but upon entering the house, I noticed it had all ice and tons of powder on the bottom and tasted just like a glass of milk! Around the corner of the building from Publix with lots of parking. I went in at 930pm and they had a nice selection of donuts and bagels left. They had a great deal but 6 get 6 free plus iced coffee for 2.00. It's nice and clean with lots of seating. They have a nice patio outside and it's bright and colorful inside. read more

Great Dunkin Donuts I come here probably once or twice a week after work and the guy that's there every time is always super friendly and chill, sometimes he'll even hook me up with a few extra donuts or give me a whole dozen for the price for half a dozen. Their selection of donuts is pretty good too and I've never had a problem with the coffee I get unlike some of the other locations. All in all a great place 5/5 for location, customer service, and quality. read more

The employees are quick and efficient, so even if there is a line you will not have to wait long. I used to get cafe con leche, but two times the milk was sour. They replaced the beverage for me but acted like it was my fault both times. One time the manager said "try it now because I don't want you to come back." Seems as though the DDs that are rated so negatively are all owned by the same person since they are all in the same area in Boynton Beach .You would think their corporate headquarters would pay more attention to their customers but unfortunately they don't. The new DD on South Congress, which is owned by a different person, next to the car wash in Boynton is the best! Fresh baked goods and delicious coffee are the norm. I love this DDs. The staff are all super friendly... not sure why others say they're not. I come here very often and my order is pretty known to most of the staff. Service is usually really quick and the coffee is great. I refuse to go to any other DDs since the coffee is never the same. When I used to work overnights I would stop here and the gentleman who works is always friendly and efficient. Always remembered me. This morning was quite a nightmare but my fault for thinking it would be different. I went in around 6:15am and 3 women were working. One yelling, "hot or cold coffee?" and motioning for customers like she was herding sheep. The volume of her voice was definitely not appropriate considering it was early morning. I ordered a large hot coffee and donut. My donut was thrown on the counter in front of me and I proceeded to walk down to the other side of the counter to wait for my coffee and get out of the way. As I was waiting I hear: "ma'am,ma'am your coffee, your coffee is here" over and over again. I did not realize she was talking to me, at first, however. She brought my coffee to the other end of the counter where I was standing; which I was standing in the right place to begin with. She puts my coffee on the counter rather aggressively. For 20 million years at EVERY DD when you order; you go to the end of the counter to retrieve your food/coffee whatever. You don't stand at the register! DUH! This is not a new procedure. This is the second time the female employees who work this early shift have given me a hard time. I am not sure if they just prefer male patrons over female patrons or if they aren't morning people. For Christ's sake; lose the attitude; you have the entire rest of the day and many more people to give trouble to. Please leave us working people at peace and allow us to get our coffee and maintain what little sanity we have left before we get to our jobs. Usually I bypass this DD and go to the one on Woolbright or Hypoluxo and Military which is sad because this one is a 2 minute drive from my house. Such a shame. I hope corporate reads this; though highly unlikely because it seems these DD's are run by incompetent morons who don't mind hiring employees with a "God complex". America runs on Dunkin....WRONG.
