First, the location I visited in Boynton is ok. They are nice and do a good job of getting the order out. Could try to clean the tables a little better. My main reason for sending the review is for the lack of value in Dunkin overall. I got a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich with potatoes and a medium coffee. It was over $11 before tax. The sandwich is just ok, far less enjoyable compared to McDonalds or something from Wawa or even Wendy's. However, the real kicker is the potato hash brown rings. For $1.79, you get 5 of them. It doesn't even fill up half of the small paper container they're in. I'm willing to pay for a decent meal and ample portions, but Dunkin clearly isn't providing that, so I will have to avoid them in the future. read more

Just want to shout out to the staff here. The staff is always masked. They answer the drive through ordering system right away. There is rarely ever a line. My order is ready so quickly, or maybe I just drive REALLY slowly between the order thingy and the drive-up window?! The staff is always nice, prompt, with a smile. Such an easy, pleasant process; thank you! Also, the items I order are usually in stock, even late at night. Recently, I ordered the 2 for $2 wraps with eggs and cheese. What poor service. We took the drive-thru to order a hot coffee and iced coffee. The staff member had trouble understanding our English, and after a minute or so, she put it in. However, after we pulled away from getting our order we noticed that instead of 2 cream and 1 stevia, she put in 3 cream and 4 stevia. This was what I sent to Dunkin Donuts Customer Service..... I've provided this store # 357070 another opportunity to provide me service, since I had several bad experiences in the past. I've been going to Starbucks, but since I've changed my hours for work, this Dunkin Donuts was conveniently located closed by to me. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN !!!! Hands down... this is THE WORST Dunkin Donuts store. I will be submitting my reviews on YELP and on Google, as well. On 4/27/2022, at 5:58AM ( according to the receipt I received from the store - which I've asked for, otherwise they will NOT provide one ). First off... I've entered through the Drive-thru... repeated my order several times (maybe, 3-4 times) because they stated they couldn't understand what I've ordered. (I DO speak normal English and also attended College). Ordered a small Iced Caramel Craze Latte with cream, 2 additional espresso shots w/o whip cream and a Sweet Pepper Bacon Snack. Second... the greetings from the employees were NOT welcomed at all - just NO welcome - Good morning, how may I assist you, etc. Third... arrived to the window, received the coffee drink with whip cream (which DID NOT look like it had extra espresso shots) and a Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Croissant Sandwich. Fourth... I expressed my concern to the young lady at the window, nicely. I did not order a sandwich and my drink, I did not want whip cream. I was charged additionally for things I DID NOT order originally. The young lady looked over to the side and walked towards behind the wall and the manager came towards the window and confronted me. She asked, "this is not what your ordered?!?". I told her exactly again, what I originally ordered. She asked for my receipt (which I provided her) and there was NO thank you from this manager and she rolled her eyes. She looked over at the young lady and made a comment in front of me, "we both hear her wrong?!?", with an attitude. This was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL from a manager. (I am very stunned this manager is till employed with Dunkin Donuts because I've had issues with her in the past - which was addressed through Customer Service, as well). Mind you... I originally repeated myself several times at the Drive-thru line. This order was VERY simple. I felt like cancelling the order and just receive a refund, with this type of experience. I've already wasted several minutes with the stress, in the early morning hours. Also as well... the latte/coffee I received, was NOT made as ordered. This Dunking Donuts is AWFUL. The drive thru is always a mess. Sometimes they'll give you the food at the first window, sometimes the next. They never tell you. One time they made me get out of my car because they couldn't bring my food to the first window. Bad attitudes INCLUDING THE MANAGER. When they get the order wrong, NEVER an apology. I was dismayed to see that one employee wasn't wearing a mask at all (and neither were the two other customers) while the second employee had her useless mask under her nose.
