This store is short staffed but that should not push other things aside for cleanliness. As I waited for our food I watched a women use her hands to push the garbage into a garbage shovel and then grab the broom handle and go onto do other things, then shortly after that the gentlemen who was making the food was twirling a bagel on his finger and then put it back in with the other bagels, he went to make a sandwich and dropped it on the on floor and the person I assume was the owner or manager picked it up and threw it in the garbage and then went back to making coffee without changing their gloves or washing their hands. If someone pulls up to the drive thru during business hours it's not to sleep. How do you get a preprinted mobile order wrong. Left off a whole FOUR ITEMS then asking me, "it's just two teas right?" With ATTITUDE then, disrespectfully asking me do my order over again which should have been already COMPLETELY prepped and just ready for me to pick up. THEN STICKER SAYS NO LEMON AND THERE IS DEF ((SEE)) LEMON WEDGES IN THE TEA. Good to go when you're trying to make it to work on time, and didn't have a chance to make coffee because you kept hitting the snooze on the alarm clock. Yes, it's fast food. Yes, you shouldn't eat it often. But the iced coffee works in a bind without hitting rewind. I don't usually stop on the road for coffee but it was early and I needed a second cup. I was pleasantly surprise by the taste and quality of the coffee here. Very good coffee, perfect temperature and just the right amount of milk for "dark". The server took the time to show me the coffee to be sure I was happy with amount of milk. I had a sesame bagel with cream cheese and was very happy; it was toasted! Delicious! My husband had a cream donut and couldn't be happier! I come here every morning usually and I never have a problem with the morning staff there so friendly and genuinely so sweet! But lately I've been going in towards the afternoon shift and once the manager leaves a girl with glasses and black hair works the window and I've never had a good experience while she was working so rude and very disrespectful. Not to mention my coffee is never right when she's making it and will always give you an attitude if you ask her to fix it. read more

I have an issue almost every time I go there to order my drink. I have no issues at other locations I go to . This place is brand new and I'm so happy! They have a VERY pleasant and super organized am staff as well as super friendly day shift manager! They have a conference room for up to about 12 people with soft and comfy chairs. I brought my kids in and the two little ones, age 1 and 2, made a mess.. The gentlemen helped me clean up and told me not to worry. I felt bad, but they eased my guilt. It can be tough with two babies, but the staff was a pleasure! They have free wifi and delicious coffee. The food is fresh and made to order! Love this place. Big difference compared to the one down the road. SUPER CLEAN AND CONVENIENT! read more

Visited this Dunkin today, my first since they switched it to a DD. Horrible experience. Being it was the first time ever at this DD, it was horrible. The girl at the register was nasty, not nice, bad attitude, and didn't like anyone asking any questions. I won't be back here. That person is a bad fit for your store and you should not allow her to treat customers this way. Reverse racism is the problem likely here. Very bad experience and then I tried the egg and cheese wrap, two for $2, a waste of money and not anything great. Cheap and small, tasteless. Go to McDonald's you can get a nice burrito for $1 only have to buy one and for $1 and it has sausage and other veggies and cheese and egg, much better than here at DD. Plus the people who work there are friendly and kind, no attitude like this girl there today. You need to hire people who are kind to ALL people. Bad experience and we won't be back! read more

If I could give this dunkin 0 stars I would. They can NEVER get my order right, even something as simple as a bagel and coffee. Not to mention they make me pull up and wait 10 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese.... not worth it. In the time it takes to get through this dunkin I could've made myself a nice breakfast full of things I ACTUALLY WANTED and make it to work on time. PS. This location was great when it first opened but has gone drastically downhill since. Every time we order coffee now with cream and sugar, pull off take a sip, pretty much no sugar. Every other DD when you order the exact same way you get cream and SUGAR. Their food here is rushed and thrown together sometimes good sometimes not and they mess up my iced coffee almost every time also.. I guess we will have to start going to the other Lantana location and get out of car because they have no drive thru.. One of my favorite Dunkins. I drive by a few others to hit up this DD. If I am in the area, this drive thru flies. The plaza is dead but this place rocks. If I have time to kill I will get an iced coffee and hang out inside. It is very clean unlike most of the other DDs in the area. read more
