Bubba's is expansive with tons of seating options-dining room, bar, or patio seating. Our party reserved the patio and it was a gorgeous day in Colorado, so that was a plus. We had a sampling of appetizers: chips and chorizo queso dip, chicken bites, fried pickles, crooked fried cheese, and for the main course, pizza. All were tasty and hit the spot. The servers were very nice and kept us well hydrated as they checked in our group frequently. It was really a nice event they put on for us.

Specifically the kimchi pancake, which was crispy and so savory! It's one of the best I've ever had! Their skewers were marinated in a delicous salty sauce and the little mechanism at the table that rotates and grills them for you is genius. Having fresh grilled skewers tableside is next level. Koreans really know how to enjoy eating their food! We also got the wings, which were good but not the best on Havana street, but there is stiff competition there. The mussel soup though was a surprise. The mussels tasted clean and fresh and the broth was light with a spicy kick and super refreshing. Gonna come back just for that when it gets cold! Overall the service was decent. They were nice enough to my crazy crew. The ambience is really fun and chill and would be a great late night hangout or hangover destination. The service was also stupendous and everyone polite. That said, be prepared: it's definitely on the pricier side, and they don't offer a military discount, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, the quality of the food and overall experience made it worth the visit.
