I was in the area for work recently and had a break in between sites. So my coworker and I popped in for lunch. It was our first time. We were seated right away. It felt great being able to eat a healthy meal that wasn't fast food junk. My coworker couldn't decide so he order to combo lunch (half sammich, salad and added a cup of soup). He said it was delicious. No complaints. I ordered a salad. It tasted amazing. I'm glad the dressing was on the side. I didn't care for it and ate my salad without dressing. I honestly think that speaks volumes on the taste and quality of the salad because I'm definitely a person that will go HAM on ranch. I wish they had this chain in my state. I'm definitely going to pick it as a food option next time I'm on the road for work and it's in the area Server was chill and answered our drink questions. I got a plain unsweetened iced tea. It was excellent. My coworker got a lemonade that looked (and confirmed it tasted) amazing.

This is my second time hitting up this spot, the first time being a business breakfast with some co-workers. I remember that time, also being happy with my food and we were all commenting how the food was great and fresh. This time I was meeting up with my cousin visiting from out of town on a Saturday, around 9am, we were seated promptly although it was pretty busy. What I swallowed: *SMOKED SALMON BENEDICT: I love me some smoked salmon benedict and this was great. I think the bread could have been a little more toasted but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The side of fruit was also very sweet and fresh. Our server was really nice, she happily refilled our juices and coffee while my cousin and I catch caught up chatting away for several hours. It's a nice, relaxing place for both business and pleasure.

Not surprised that this brunch spot is so popular! Came here some Saturday morning with a group of 8 people (predominantly kids) and we waited about 30 minutes for a table. Decent amount of open space for the kids to squirrel around as they grew impatient. Parking in this strip mall lot filled up quickly with customers from all the neighboring businesses. Unsure how our visit compared to weekdays, but I'm guessing this was on the busier side. Customer service is fantastic. Our wait staff was great with the kids. Clearly they get a lot of families. I ordered one of the seasonal specials on the menu, Tacos Al Pastor Hash. I'm one of those crazy people that likes pineapple on pizza, so I was thrilled to have it in my dish accompanying potatoes and pork. Took a few bites of the chocolate chip pancakes at the table, and those were tasty too. Would come here again but not during brunch rush.

First Watch is constant across the board on each location. I've been to locations in Wisconsin, Virginia, and now Colorado and it's consistently good no matter what location you go to. The servers greet you right away and it doesn't take that long to get your meal after you order. If you're a breakfast person this is your place to go to. If you're not the biggest fan of breakfast you're able to order lunch items anytime during the day.

I love breakfast and having locally sourced ingredients and healthy options is fabulous. First Watch is one of my favorite chain restaurants and truth be told, we don't often frequent chains and opt to find mom and pop options. But, First Watch is def one of my go tos. I also love the clean lines, modern farmhouse decor and small touches. They've also recently added alcoholic options. We tried two and were impressed. I'm thinking the vodka cancels out the kale juice though, lol. We ordered the bacado omlette and farmhouse hash. Both cooked to order, flavorful and fresh. We always eat well here. And today, we shared a banana nut pancake, also yummy. Always have good things to say about First Watch. Thanks for being consistent. Till next time.

This was my first time at a First Watch and I will definitely be back! It was delicioussss. I wanted to try so many things on the menu, everything seemed good. Both of our meals were great, and even my annoying fussy friend liked his so that's a good sign. The restaurant seems a little trendy and fun too, which you don't get much in this area of town. It's a really large place too so we didn't have to wait but I'm sure on the weekends it's pretty busy. Parking is easy! But hey that's Arvada for now ;) Our server was really sweet and rushing around, but still helpful. Everything was great!...Besides my date haha will be back soon :)

In sum: This was my first time at First Watch, and although their menu seemed very delicious and abundant, I may have ordered the wrong thing for myself, but the service was pretty great. In terms of COVID as well, everything is back to full function and we didn't see masks on anyone, just a slight caution to the COVID-cautious, this doesn't affect my review. On the bottom of the receipt, there is also an option to write down your contact info for contact tracing in case any worker tested positive and they could let you know if you choose. I thought the service was pretty impressive, our waitress was kind. We had a party of 6, and when we were ordering, our waitress didn't write any of our complex order down but everything we were given was perfect and correct, so that was fantastic! We were checked on a couple of times which was great, we knew that the place was busy. For the Tri-athlete meal: I thought it was close to average or below average. My omelet seemed very watery for some reason, and I thought that the veggies were lacking in flavor. The green bell-peppers and mushroom, alongside the whole omelette seemed a bit like one could make it themselves at home for less. The tomatoes and bell-peppers seemed a bit like it was picked from a salsa jar, that's what the consistency felt like. I I wasn't a huge fan personally. The toast and jam were pretty good! I did get a side of tomato basil instead of the fruit, I'm a pretty big soup gal. I wasn't a fan. It was very thick, and I'm fine with thicker consistencies, but I felt like it was too thick and just had a strange taste. I couldn't put my finger on it, but it just didn't hit the spot for me. It did come with a size of crackers! Overall, I think this restaurant seems pretty great! I just wouldn't recommend this meal.

Fried at the perfect temp it's not oily, just juicy deliciousness. And OH MY WORD can you say pepperoncini aioli!! Yes please!!! But wait, there's more- dress the whole thing with a spicy, vinegary slaw and you have the sandwich of my dreams. Seriously, this is the first time I've encountered this sandwich in Denver and I'm so happy I did. We also tried to pulled pork sandwich which was nice but a little on the lean side. I almost wonder if they're shredding pork tenderloin for the pulled pork because it did miss that fatty gooeyness of a pork shoulder But very tasty. Yeah I'm sure the fries are hand cut, tasty "mom" fries (like moms kitchen). Maybe not super crispy, personal preference, but who cares, because again, pepperoncini aioli! I'm not sure the cocktail program is quite dialed in yet. The drinks sounded great but lack balance possibly because they're being served in a pint glass instead of a rocks or a Collins glass where I think they would benefit from not trying to make up extra volume with mixer. Lots of great beer choices Service was excellent. Staff was friendly. We would definitely go back. With lots of folks thinking the same thing, we slipped in and grabbed a buzzer to keep us company for the 15 minute wait. I had been eying their Cucumber and Fire cocktail while waiting and it didn't disappoint. The refreshing cucumber balanced the jalapeño really well. Yum. The parents split a fabulous looking French Dip and rated it well (4 outta 5 stars). Their massive fans and we're looking for a bit more flavor in the horseradish dip for a perfect score. Not bad. Me? I ordered the Melted Monk sandwich with tomato bisque. I nixed the kettle chips. Absolute fan of the bisque. I could have had a gallon of it - really flavorful with great mouth feel. So good. I wasn't a fan of the Melted Monk sandwich, but also wasn't sure how the green apple slices would pair with the caramelized onions and raclette cheese, on cranberry walnut bread. Sounded interesting. Not bad, but wouldn't order it again. That aside, I'm still a fan. Teller's has always been a great choice and I'll return to some of my favorites next time. Never hurts to try something new! My guy raved about his Ahi Burger, and man, it was so much food. His tots were so good! I'm likely ordering this next time. Also - I almost forgot!
