After receiving a recommendation from family, I visited the Run Inn and couldn't be happier with my experience. Kevin was super helpful and took the time to give me a proper fitting for a new set of race shoes and every day trainers. Highly recommend and would advise anybody in the market for some new kicks to stop by the Run Inn for some knowledgeable advice!

They carried about 8 different styles/brands. So hubby ended up trying on all the 12's hoping there would be a brand that sized large. No luck. We noticed a box way above our heads that indicated size 13. Went over to the gun counter and asked the employee if he would get them down for us. He said he would be there in a minute. He had a headset phone on, I didn't realized that he was on the phone. He finished his conversation and went back to stocking some shelves. I went over, he looked up, said he was sorry and grabbed a ladder to get them for us. Happy to report that they fit.

Their staff are very knowledgeable of the type of shoes I need for my hard to fit feet. First, they let me know what type of foot support I may need and then recommend several styles they have for my feet size, width and support. Their shoes are pricey but all the shoes I've bought from them have high quality material, have lasted me a long time and provided comfort and functioned as designed. They used to have boring colours and designs but they have stepped up their game and now have many stylish colours and material for some of their shoes. Unfortunately, the shoes I chose (1540V2) did not come in a newer and more stylish colour and material but it was perfect for my feet type which is more important. The store is located near Willowbrook Mall and has plenty of parking in the front of the store.

I was given the "60 days to return" routine. Wow, 6 months for socks and they are now in the garbage? It's too bad as I have purchased running shoes, pants, watch, accessories from Running Room. I am surprised they put their name on these socks as they are not what I was expecting. I have socks much older then the Running Room ones. It's too bad as this is a great store with great products. I won't be back, there is too many other places to go for athletic wear and apparel.

I hope the company recognizes his hard work, his talent, and his dedication to his job so one day he will be made the store manager. We are lucky to have Kentaro who is so knowledgeable with his products. The aforementioned Sauconys are great because they provide , for me anyway , the absolute perfect blend of cushioning and stability as competing models from say Asics , NB and even Mizuno just don't offer the same plush ride . Being a discounted running shoe store first and foremost I did find some pronation-control products in my size on sale too but they're old , i mean like couple seasons old already . Believe it or not running shoes do have a shelf life as materials degrade over time even if unworn and just don't provide the same support as they used to when new . Staff seems relatively less helpful and knowledgeable than other RR locations so good idea to do your own research before stopping by la : )
