    My insurance company ignored my suggestions of remediator I wanted to use but for some explicable…read morereason they insisted I use 24 Restore. I said I wanted to use someone that I heard good things about. I heard nothing about 24 Restore good or bad. I was exacerbated and I gave in relented and used them. They sent someone out to look at the place and then have had the original project manager quit so they never. Egan the remediation for water damage despite calls and emails to someone that no longer worked for the company anymore. Months later I was getting sick and had an itchy thought and mold started to grow. I had to vacate immediately while they came in and removed all the mold covered drywall. Then my place is totally gutted and the insurance company said they were not going to pay the increased costs. Finally they agreed to pay more money to do the work at cost. Apparently this was coming out of Restore 24s profit. The rebuild guy came out to look at the scope of work and blue a fuse because he was going to lose out on profitable jobs so they quit but never to me, the insurance company a month later sent out a check for 30,% of the cost to rebuild when I called about this they said Restore 24 quit and now the only remedy is for me to do the work myself I called other contracts and the cost to rebuild my place was no where near the check they gave. I tried appealing to corporate vps at the main headquarters of 24 Restore but they were interested in helping. I finally got a remediation contractor to fight the insurance company and I found out Restore 24 has a horrible reputation but insurance companies use them because they are cheap. If I had done a little more research a 3 month job would have not become a 2.5 year nightmare where the house was inhabitable

They take people's money but deliver a terrible job. Look for another company if you need help!

    I called after they responded to a Yelp request. Don asked me to tell why I thought I had mold…read more Every 2 words he interjected with a question. After a few times I said you asked me to tell you and I will give you the information. Well, I was interrupted an additional 2 times. When I asked if he could stop interrupting me and let me finish a sentence, he hung up! I found the brief interaction unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Since this was a first time impression and opening communication, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I could not imagine trusting this company representative with my home. I would give "0" stars if it were an option!
