Where another company faltered, 800-Duct confidently proposed a duct cleaning solution that would work in our 110-year old house. Over the course of a few hours, the technicians were considerate, thorough, and professional as they worked their way through the house from top to bottom. The proof is in the pudding. The previous-owner/dog smells that drove me crazy are gone, replaced with a pleasant, clean smell and feel from the entire system. Duct cleaning is not a cheap venture, but every dollar is worth it here. Thank you 800-Duct!

We rent, but we rent from family so we were extra concerned about them doing a good job and taking care of our wood flooring just off the kitchen. The tile had been draining straight to the dining room and we didn't want the wood to warp. They dried it all out for us with a method I don't remember the name of but it was greatly appreciated. They worked with my aunt on the paperwork because she's the owner but they were great about making sure to coordinate timing with us.

My parents were away and I had to deal with this mess. Their insurance company referred us to Servpro and I can't believe how amazing they were and they handled everything for me from start to finish. It was reassuring as I live over 2 hours away. CJ did a great job communicating what needed to get done and how long everything would take. I was there this weekend and my parents and I were extremely pleased. It looked better than it did before. Awesome job everyone!! Would highly recommend.

I made an appointment with the above company on February 19 for a February 28 cleaning. I received…read morea text message at 9pm the night before stating that all appointments have been canceled due to weather. As someone who is a supervisor and leads a team on daily basis, I completely agree on ensuring everyone is safe, especially when weather can be dangerous. In the text message the guidance given is to reach out to the company and reschedule. The very next day on March 1 I reach out to the company to reschedule. I receive a text message back two hours later stating that there is an opening on Thursday, 2 March at 12:30pm. I agree to the appointment. The day of, at 12:30pm I text at 1231 and mention that I am home, please advise when you arriving. No arrives, calls, or even sends a text. The company is a no show. I call at 1246 and no one picks up. I receive a response at 2:07pm I'm guessing from the owner since the person never identified themselves mentioning that they have COVID and have been hospitalized since Tuesday night and that there secretary was supposed to reach out to me an led cancel. I text back to summarize my experience and mention that maybe the secretary needs more training and it would have been nice to have received a phone call so I could schedule with someone else. I receive another text message that I felt was unprofessional and telling me that we are all "human" and that "this is not in my hands" and that "I have a second job, I work in a hospital, maybe I get infected there" as there are continuous apologies. Here are my concerns: 1.) When originally canceling the appointment due to weather, sickness, etc it should NEVER fall on the client to be the one to reschedule. Proper customer service entails the company reaching out to the client and making the effort to reschedule. This shows that the clients business is indeed important. 2.) The need to communicate through text message should be limited. Pick up a phone and actually talk to your client. This can help alleviate any misconstrued information and it shows your clients that they matter. I wish I could have experienced what the other reviewers experienced, however, the ball was dropped big time. I'm also in the process of moving out of my condo in two days, and this experience really didn't help.

Scott and his crew were on-time, on budget, and cleaned up behind them every day on the job. Over the course of several years, we had Boss Services replace our roof, gutters, powerwash cedar shingles, paint the exterior of our house and most recently, repair and restore a ceiling and room damaged by a burst pipe. We were fortunate to find him and wouldn't consider any other contractor for work we need to do at our home.

My husband, having been in the business, knew his stuff and found Scott to be extremely competent, offering suggestions and solutions during the discussion, listening to our needs AND he walked the area and drew the roof lines and took down EVERY comment my husband made about our needs so he had a full pad of notes, angles, etc. It turned out to be the BEST decision we have ever made. Scott and his extraordinary crew showed up here a day earlier than originally promised (how unusual is that!) and completed the job in one day - no shortcuts, meticulous work and the whole team was terrific. Not only was the work perfect but they left our yard spotless! Scott is not only a masterful technician of his craft but a reliable and extremely professional individual, with a wonderful sense of humor and he radiates honesty and kindness. We are so pleased with all the work he and his crew did that they are now part of our family and our go-to service! All of that AND he was the lowest bid we received. We HIGHLY recommend Boss Services for their work, their ethics and it was just a fantastic experience! They're da BOSS!!!!
