He was on time, did excellent work from an impressive setup, stayed in the estimate and was just an all-around nice guy. We had Jose, a week and a half ago, come clean are driveway, sidewalk and small patio by the pool and he was done within an hour and a half with fantastic results. Before he left he pointed out some problems I had on my roof and gutters/grain spouts which could fall at any minute on someone walking to the pool. I was dreading fixing this for a long time because I knew it would be very pricey. He showed me pictures. He showed me videos and then gave me a quote, for if I wanted to get the job done at a later date. I was so impressed with his initial work and the quote he gave, I took a leap of faith and decided to go with JJ Gutters Power Wash for my Roof and Gutter problem. Jose was the most transparent and honest person I have ever meet. I asked many questions along the way and did a lot of research which brought even more and more questions in regards to my roof. Every time, Jose listened to my suggestions and explained why something would or would not work. He worked with me every step of the way until I was comfortable with every detail. And yes, I was that client that wanted to know every detail. Today, Jose and his team proved to be highly professional and easy to work with. His crews had excellent attention to detail and they also cleaned up after finishing the job, which was greatly appreciated. They were punctual, completed the jobs as promised, and the quality of their work was beyond excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with how my roof and gutters turned out. Sometimes you come across situations that you wish a super hero would come and solve all your problems. I truly feel that Jose was my super heroes because he was able to make my house like new. I feel very blessed that God put him in my path. Honesty is very hard to find in most people these days. But you will find it in Jose. I now have a house that is like new. My siding was fine except for the driveway side that gets no sun, it was getting mold/mildew so we used him as recommended from a friend. Seemed simple enough, but the powerwashing of my vinyl siding went wrong somehow. The next day we saw streaking and discoloration on all sides. I waited a month or so before I contacted him because I was hoping that the weather would even out the siding, And he was recommended by a friend. But everyday I drove into the driveway and saw the discolorations, i got more annoyed. Some spots shiny, some dull, some dark/light etc. I finally emailed him and sent a picture and said I wasn't happy. He called right back and said he never gets complaints. He pretty much accused us of doing bad powerwashing ourselves in the past, but this is about 8 year old vinyl and never been washed buy us or anyone, as I told him when he got here. He said he'd come out at some point. I emailed again a few weeks later since we didn't hear from him and he said he'd get here eventually. He finally did show up today. He said the house was fine, no mold etc. I said what about all the discolorations? He said oh that's just oxidation. I said well we never had any before. He asked why I waited a month to call and i explained. He kept saying, what do you want me to do? And i'd say, i want it to look even, no discolorations He said it was just dirty and i'm probably just someone that likes to complain and that it got dirty in the 2 months since he did it. None of that is true. I'm only posting this review so that other people might give it some thought before they potentially have the same issues with their vinyl.. After arguing over and over that there was nothing wrong, he finally wiped down 3 sides by hand with some chemical. I asked if maybe it wasn't rinsed enough, or maybe the chemical was too strong or wasn't applied evenly. All he said was that he's never had a complaint in 20 years. First time for everything I guess. . I give him credit for coming out, but his attitude of it's you not me was a bit annoying. I will see if it looks better now that he wiped it down with a chemical If it does, in my mind, it was done wrong in the first place. Posting pics, hard to see on some screens, but take a look. He doesn't have any bad reviews so we used him. Maybe he just had a bad day when he did mine, bad chemicals or whatever, but I guess he hates to admit he did anything wrong?
