He also had a surveyor and designer lined up for the preliminary work, and had a pump company and electrician come in within a day to do all of their work after the tank was installed. My job included moving four or five dozen rocks and he has many different size excavators that can handle any size project. He was in and out in less than 2 days. Mike has great connections and stays on top of the job. Six months prior he did all the site work on our house to remove over 40 stumps and relocate two to three dozen very large rocks on our property. They finished that huge project in slightly over one day.

After numerous conversations, over about 8 weeks, I couldn't get a commitment from Steve. Every time I was told they would try for something, they failed. Steve will promise to be there, get you a date, try to get to you, etc, and then just nothing. If the owner conducts business like this, I can only imagine how his crew would behave. I ended up finding a quality contractor (ZF Outdoors) that was able to bail me out, after the delays Steve caused, and still have it done by the deadline. IF YOU WANT YOUR JOB DONE ON TIME CALL SOMEONE ELSE! I'm glad I did! UDATE: Regarding Steve's comments about a deposit. To give a contractor 50% before they even start is crazy, because of situations like this with contractors disappearing and/or failing. Steve and I spoke and settled on 4 payments of 25%, the first of which was due when he showed up and started working. You can believe what you want but BUYER BEWARE!!

They then layer the binder and the top coat. Come to find out they got the wrong topcoat and had to rip the whole driveway up and redo it again! In the midst of me observing, their guys were swearing at each other, using racist slurs, at one point I thought I was going to have to call the cops because 2 of them wanted to fight. Long story short, I had to pay for THEIR MISTAKES. Was told one price and paid a totally different price. Bad communication, employees don't care, won't accept responsibility, the list goes on. Upon talking to other people, rumor has it he also uses his employees for a few weeks then refuses to pay them and puts no trespassing orders on them. He's done it to 3 guys over there, hence why the employees must do a shitty job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! There are being looked at by DOT & BBB!
