I am an RN and I work in a hospital, wear my face mask for 12 hours at work and take the necessary precautions to keep myself and my family safe. When I need to go shopping, I go into Aldi's in Chicoppe and see other shoppers walking around shopping in the store without masks on, or taking them off once they get into the store, no one seems to be enforcing the use of face masks at this store. This is the third time that I have seen this at this store, and Chicopee was the city where they were enforcing limits of shoppers at all the stores at the beginning of Covid-19, it seems people are becoming lax and as a medical professional this concerns me.

He accused me of stealing the items as I walked in and was not only rude but very unkind. Due to the weight of my return, the long walk to the register and my breathing condition I was not breathing well when I first encountered him. Although he could see I wasn't breathing well he continued to ask me questions insisting I answer him instantly. He treated me as if I was a child doing something wrong. I am a 48 year old woman . The policy is 7 days for perishables and 30 days for other items. It has been 4 hours. After I was banned from doing returns he followed me out of the store harassing me the entire way. He is a terrible manager and a unkind, unintelligent, cold, rude person. Everytime I shop there when he's working he's always just standing up front doing nothing. I won't be shopping there again. $17 return vs over $500 a month in sales. Not bright!!!

I was kicked out of Fruit Fair for going into diabetic shock. I was also told that I was "scaring"…read morethe customers. Nobody offered me any medical help & I was threatened with the poloce. Fruit Fair left me passed out in an aisle for 35 MINUTES! (I know the exact time bc Sam, the co-owner rubbed it in my face.) This is how Fruit Fair treats their customers with disabilities. There are public police records of this event taking place on 12/7/2023 if anyone thinks I'm making it up. (Simply go to the CPD to have the record printed.) I called the police myself right after Fruit Fair threatened me. I needed to tell my side of the story because this was a disgusting injustice. The police officer who came to my home was so kind & understanding! He & the 911 operator explained to me that there were absolutely no records of any 911 calls coming from Fruit Fair on 12/7/2023, so Fruit Fair also lied to me about calling the police on me. The police academy teaches cops that diabetic shocki mimics drunkenness, so he understood me. He even offered to go to Fruit Fair & educate them. He kept asking me if I was okay over & over again. Amazing officer! Fruit: There are fruit flies swarming the fruit, especially the tomatoes! They lay their eggs inside the fruit. You will be sick if you eat it. Deli: There is a CONSTANT swarm of flies at the deli & the deli workers are RUDE! Frozen Food: Their freezers constantly break down, then work again, which refreezes everything. They have boxes standing up, so when their freezer breaks, all the food thaws out, slides to the bottom, then refreezes. This malfunction also causes mold. The 3rd problem is freezer burn; Lots of it. Returning anything when Sam is around is a nightmare. She is a narcissist who believes she can do no wrong. (I pity her husband bc he seems like such a sweetheart!) Sam always gave me a huge problem when I returned food...She once followed me to the parking lot to question why I was returning food! However, today, a January Sunday noon, I've experienced some that never happened before for more than 10 years. That bad feeling is really not good, and I believe no one would take that. This makes a pretty bad day to me. At the self-checkout station, after payment submitted, I was ready to go. At that moment, I was questioned that if I scanned one of the items. I told her that was first one get scanned. And, I would have to ask her if she wanted me to take to "somebody". She immediately agreed and recommended me to talk to store manager. For 10+ yrs shopping there, this never happened before. As a long-term resident shopping for many years, once you got doubted if you've paid one of the items or no (that's just $3.99), would you feel that's kind of rude and negative to your reputation? Especially you serve local community for years, the career and the church. THe store clerk who questioned me seems was retired elsewhere and got rehired here. I'm not quite sure if she did her job or no (checked customers' goods all get scanned and payment cleared). Or, she just wanted to make people a bad day.

This Walmart is always packed and some aisles are always messy. You can't even go in those aisles…read morebecause there's no room to even pass by. There's too much stuff lying around. Many simple stuff are locked up which is totally annoying. The button to call the employee to come open up the locked glass doesn't even work so you have to go look for an employee that can open it. How about hire actual security guards instead of having the people who check receipts be the "security"? Also, those employees by the entrance/exit who check the receipts CAN ask to see the receipt, but you're not obligated to show it; you can just walk by them. This isn't Costco where you have to show your receipt because it's in their terms and conditions when you sign up... it's Walmart!! Take notes from target; barely any of their stuff is locked up. Also, the curbside pick up takes forever and the parking area for that is small and barely has any parking spots.

I love how they are making sure that all customers are able to purchase toiletry and water. They limited to one per person so that during this "Coronavirus time", people will be able to have what they need for their families. I had to also pick up so Lysol, alcohol and hand sanitizer for my family as well. They had a great price on those items as well, but this time they were out and was waiting to restock for consumers.
